Appart from the mindblowing sea lanscape, the generous, well attended gardens welcome you even before the polite and professional staff does. The previous unjust reviews had scared me, but after entering the room, serving the first lunch and interacting with a few employees, I realized I had nothing to complain about. The food was well cooked and varied enough for me. The service was impecable. Cleanliness was maintained perfectly. The lounge areas were generous, the playground was fun, the pool area was a bit crowded but confortable for families with kids. The way down to the little wild beach is difficult if you aren't fit and you don't appreciate natural lanscapes. For me it felt adventurous, just as the 2 km. Walk to amazing Giola — the natural rock pool. Yes, you will certainly find better in Dubai, Turkey, The Ivory Coast… but for much more money. For me, this holiday was a 5 star experience. I am evaluating with 4 stars:because we had to check out at 9 30 and wait for the autobus 5 hours more… we had to leave the all inclusive bracelets and had only the breakfast included in the last day… but due to the fact that we had to wait it was quite unpleasant.
