Epirus Hotels with a Pool

As a location it's my favourite beach I've been to my whole life, crystal clear waters with a perfect sandy beach.

Good hotel over all, Great beach access and free beach chairs. Just the facilities in the room are a bit outdated and there is no elevator.

We have stayed at these villas for many years now, the latest being July 2025, in Villa Iris. Villas are spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay, ideal for families and perfect for relaxation. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel last minute due to a family emergency with our father being ill in Ioannina hospital, we travelled from UK not knowing where we were going, anything about the place.

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice.

Lovely, cosy villa to relax. 5min walk from restaurants, shops and the beach. And run by very friendly people. I’ll definitely stay there again if I go back.

Very nice hosts and very nice place. They were very friendly throughout. We had a problem with an "ant invasion", they immediately solved this.

The perfect place to stay. Apartment very clean, provided with everything you need. Location away from busy towns and beaches in foothills but only 5 minutes drive to nearest excellent beach.

The atmosphere is awesome. The pool is spotless and the water slides are the best to have a good time.

Lovely clean apartments nice pool area with a bar mini bus shuttle to the town easy walk down the hill to the town but coming back is a different matter.

It was really nice. The breakfast was great, and the place was calm and cozy. The terrace offered a stunning sea view. Parga is truly a beautiful destination, and this was my first time visiting.

Great hotel but there are some things you need to know!
Staff were super-friendly, good service at the bar which opens until 11pm. Rooms cleaned well, new towels every couple of days.

Fantastic hotel and even more fanastisc owners and service. The food is amasing and the chef is as well…. Averybody whos working at the hotel is just amasing and express the best service ever.

Absolutely stunning villa! Fully equipped for a family vacation, the poll has a great section for smaller kids to sit and play in the water.

The place was fantastic I recommend it to everyone.

We have just spend a week at the Lord Complex and I can truly say it is one of the most relaxing, pleasant weeks away I have ever had. Rooms are nice and cleaned every day.
