Amazing Resort, we stayed in the suite next to the beach, the “Topos “ dining was great & service is as well, loved the breakfast buffet w traditional Greek culinary creations.

We stayed for a full week and we had the best time here. From our arrival til our departure. The staff is amazing. They truly go out of their way to make you feel welcoming from the moment you step on to their property to when you leave. We got married while we were in Chania and they were super with their hospitality and making sure our special day was way beyond special. Big thank you to MARIA! She went above and beyond to help us with our wedding plans. The food is yummy. There’s a restaurant right next door which I highly recommend. Sorrocos (spelling? ). 5 stars to them too. The Domes Noruz Chania is gorgeous, I felt so pampered in luxurious accomodations at an affordable price. Definitely resort look with 4 poster bed, mini kitchenette, large shower and your own patio with soaking pool. Delicious breakfast with views of their own private beach. The staff speaks English (and probably more languages than I do) and are very helpful and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a vacation to Crete.

Very great place. Top service! Each room with its own pool, unique rooms & suites. The private beach is very well maintained, the view wonderful. The old town of Chania can be reached quickly by car. Deserved 5 stars!

Beautiful hotel and staff are so accommodating The hotel is super clean and the food was delicious special shout out to kostas for making us smile at breakfast everyday and nikos at the bar.

A peaceful adults only hotel. Excellent food and great beach.

The staff was great — especially the four-legged one who greeted everyone her tail wagging, and who applied herself fully when it came to entertaining the guests dogs. I know she is not, in fact, currently officially employed there, but perhaps she should be. For a canine, she was remarkably noncommittal even when people were dining, and throughout our stay she demonstrated utmost dedication to pleasing everyone. We think she deserves a permanent post. Oh and the hotel was nice, too.

I loved this hotel so much. Beautiful and chilled and nothing was too much trouble. Missing it after an amazing 4 days there.

Great location, great rooms and restaurant, great personal service, and outstanding staff. From the welcoming valet, to the helpful concierge, the restaurant and room service staff, and housekeeping, you all made our visit an unforgettable experience. I hope we can return again next year.

My dream place. Domes Noruz is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right on the beach, the food is amazing, and the staff is so friendly and polite. I would highly recommend that you visit this island and spend a week there on the beach, eating the delicious food, and spending time with the locals.

Very bad experience. Although the hotel nice the staff is not. There is a lot of miscommunication between them (especially between the hard working staff and the managers which give us different information and are not very friendly) which ended up affecting us more than them. It's a shame because you end up not feeling very welcome!

Domes Noruz really takes the definition of 5-star to a new level! We got to the hotel really late at night but our reception and welcome was so warm and inviting. When we were shown to our room, I could barely believe all of the exceptional amenities we had available to us (including Bluetooth speakers throughout the suite! ) but it didn't stop there. The service was consistently great from all hotel staff, and we even got wonderful recommendations for things to do in Chania. The breakfast buffet was my favourite part, but you should also check out Zeen restaurant and Raw bar! The sushi at Raw was superb! To the staff of Domes, thank you SO much for a wonderful stay, you made our trip unforgettable! P. S. This hotel is literally right on the beach, so make it a point to enjoy a night-time walk along the beach during your stay :) You'll love it!

The room was spacious. The swimming pool was beautiful and always immaculate. The onsite restaurant and gym were superb with friendly staff. Excellent access to the beach too.

Excellent small hotel on 83 rooms I believe. Staff were really nice and good at what they did, rooms were fantastic. Main bar was spot on. Restaurant for breakfast was very good and lunchtime was OK, dinner was a great menu food was delicious but the service was a little lacking in professionalism.

Great location for enjoying the beach and sunset but a fifteen minute bus ride from central Chania. Taxi fare from the airport was about 35 EUR. Rooms are clean and unqiue compared to typical hotel rooms. Private outdoor pool and bathtub. Cleaning service seems delayed. My room wasn't serviced until late afternoon. Also note that Marriott Platinum members get breakfast for free. Don't think this is mentioned online. So don't get "breakfast included rates" if you don't need to.

Superbe hotel. And hotel room. Very Close to magnificent chania in Crete. My wife and I spent one week in august in this magnificent adult only hotel. The only negative point was the nonchalence of the restaurant personnel which was easily corrected after a remark at the reception.

Went here for our honeymoon. An absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful, accommodating people working there. One of those places you’ll never forget!

Stylish, chic hotel conveniently located for the beach, Chania Town and airport. The food was a mixed bag, with some great and others a little lacking. There was a great selection of drinks on offer. The Spa was comfortable and relaxing. The gym was smallish but had enough to get a good workout for either cardio or weights. The rooms were comfortable but in some cases design had taken over from practicality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel did flood during our stay, in exceptional weather but the speed of the clean-up was excellent.

Fantastic resort. Beautiful sandy beach with an incredible sunset each night. Private plunge pool was a great way to cool off in the sun. A perfect way to relax for a week.

I am not sure one can wish for more, this is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We received very warm welcome at the reception by Nicole, who gave us private tour of hotel premises. After our room was made ready (with an upgrade to Absolute Heaven suite), we were walked in to the private heaven of relaxation and tranquility. The room offered wonderful views from the private infinity pool, sea view from the bedroom, the bottle of welcome wine, private bath tub on the secluded terrace. What is more, the room faces the golden sand beach and has very nicely designed interior. I am sure I would like to come back here one day and I recommend this adult only property to anyone who seeks full relaxation. Spa and gym are also available, with Elemis treatments.

Great hotel. The best in the area by a long chalk. All the rooms have either a pool or tub but we spent most of our time on the plentiful beach loungers with the service button. The sushi at the raw bar was pretty good, although I think the cocktails were a little pricey. The restaurant did good food and far superior to other tavernas in the neighborhood but didn't quite match the culinary heights of serenissima in town. Chania itself was a 15m/ €10 taxi ride away.

Amazing location for adults only to relax and enjoy. It was a wonderful exprerience, the place was extremely detailed and very new construction. The breakfast was to die for. The beach clean with great sunsets. Worth every penny. You can just totally relax in the hotel and enjoy the nearby restaurants, take a short ride taxi to Old city or rent a car if y are more adventurous.

This probably was one of the best resorts I have been to. Great service and amenities. Awesome spa and health club. The drinks at the beach and pool were excellent. Also, the breakfast buffet had a great selection of local foods. One nice thing is that they had a quiet pool for a little more romantic getaway.

Been here 3 nights so far and the hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations. I have been fortunate enough to stay in some fantastic hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental & Ritz Carlton, but this hotel is definitely up there with one of my favourites. The staff are so polite and helpful, the rooms are gorgeous with a plunge pool and outdoor space to sunbathe — every night the staff have left bottled water besides the bed, a very nice touch. The restaurant is great we have had lunch and also eaten at zeen where the sushi is super fresh and delicious. The view from the rooms, pool and restaurant are breathtaking. There are two pools, a quiet one and one with a bar that overlooks the sea. There is always space in both to sunbathe and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Great new hotel with very friendly staff. Just opened this year (2017) for full service. Could do more for Marriott Rewards cardholders. Don't expect much (upgrade etc. ).

This hotel is fantastic and is for adults only. The rooms are cleverly laid out, the staff are amazing and you are right on the beach. Chania's Old Town is a brief taxi ride away. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and attentive staff. I loved the personal touches like gifts of sweet treats left in our room for various reasons (like leaving a good rating on Google maps! ) and discounts for drinks and spa treatments. Huge modern rooms and a private plunge pool (some less private than others) make this an extremely stylish home from home. Amazing views of beautiful Chania sunsets with cocktails in Raw bar is a must. Love love love the spa and hammam. Somewhat mostly older (as in 50+) clientele which is surprising as its marketed with Ibiza chill lounge music/dj sets to a much younger, hip crowd (not Saga holidays types moaning about said music). Few minor points that I expect from a new hotel but I imagine these will get better as the hotel matures and staff get into a smooth rhythm. Food although very good is a tad pricey compared to very good tavernas in area and makes dinner and drinks at hotel a lonely experience and lacking some atmosphere. If a reasonable half board was available maybe more people would stay to eat at the hotel? But overall this was wonderful and relaxing holiday in a contemporary setting. Would highly recommend. I'm having the time of my life! Great location, even better staff. All so friendly and helpfull, from reception to housekeeping. Every room a private pool on top of the 2 big pools. Super food… never ever seen a breakfast buffet like this before…
