Family run hotel all very welcoming. Excellent facilities been going to folia for many years and it just gets better every year. Restaurant food is excellent with a varied menu. Swimming pool spotless.

Calm and quiet with short distance to the beach and restaurants. If you don't want to walk at all, you can enjoy a lazy day by the pool and have drinks and cold beverages served on sight. The food is also excellent and should be enjoyed on the top floor of the restaurant where you have a nice view of the island and sunset.

Beautiful apartments with sea view. Good service and caretaking host family. Five minutes walk to the sea and lots of restaurants nearby.

We just returned from our lovely stay for 19 days at Folia Hotel — Apartments in Agia Marina. We want to recommend this hotel for their gracious hospitality which is extended to all their guests and for which the age old Cretan Tradition is renown… It was an excellent location for us as we were able to travel to other points of interest and still maintain a home base. Our family gives Folia Hotel our warmest recommendations. The hotel area is a 2 minute walk from the beach and main road, which actually works very well since you can escape the ”touristy” parts. The location in itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean and well planned. The breakfast fresh and served in nice setting. The pool area is pleasant with a entertaining bar. 

Giannis, Nikos, Barbara & Co makes the guest experience friendly, warm and joyful. 
We miss them. We will surely come back.

Folia hotel is a lovely family run hotel which is well kept and clean, and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have nice view to the sea. Very Good ac, safe box free in the room, the Wi-Fi is great and very comfy beds. I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. It's a great location being a ten minute walk from the main strip and beach.

Super friendly and accommodating staff and owners. Lovely, quiet atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Always someone around to help or just to say hello. The rooms are clean and spacious with a balcony. Lovely views over the country side and towards the sea. Breakfast was good and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. 10 minute walk down the hill to the main street and the beach.

We had a great time here, the room had a great view across the sea, the food in the restaurant was amazing, and the staff was super nice and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough, next time we are in Crete we would come here again.

Spent two weeks here and can't recommend it highly enough. It's family owned and managed by two brothers assisted by a very friendly and competent staff. The place is immaculate, with the very highest level of maintenance. Chosing these apartments will not disappoint. Third trip to Creete, and we stayed one week at Folia.
We highly recomend this hotel, cause it's clean, and has a great staff that provides everything you need. We ate dinner at the restaurant 3 times, and every single time the food was amazing. So was the service.
The room we got was quite charming. They even got a bottle of cold water in the fridge at arrival, and did the dishes for us while cleaning.
Lovely family, always with a smile, awaits you. We'll definitely be coming back.

Wonderful families working as highly staffs and very cleaning everyday as without failure also there hv own restaurant as lovely foods but we didn't eat everyday as we always outing so they lovely food and free sweets pudding ohhh wow also free ouzo drinks without missing every nights we can't say NO lol,, many thanks for wonderful to us as we will be back soon again

Excellent location, well conducted by the owners and staff, nice clean apartments, air conditioning, easy parking, pc and Wi-Fi access, great value.

This hotel has very good service! Very good food try the Stew Stifado very delicious and try the local cretan draft beer called Charma. The pool is great. The staff are very kind and as I said very good service, our rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms are very clean with kitchenette, we had mountain view. The bartender (Billy) is very funny. If you are lucky and you get to know him well, he will go out with you to the local clubs. He's the best. The beach is near about 5 min walk, Chania town is 15 to 20 min away with bus. We stayed at the Folia Apartments in Aghia Marina for 11 nights and paid 440 euros. The beer price is 2 — 3.20 euros. Drinks 5 euros and Cocktails 6 euros. You should try this apartment hotel. I highly recommend it. Have a nice trip.
