2-storey, stone-built house which used to serve as the property's stable.
In the basement, there is the dining room, the kitchen and a traditional wood stove. There is also a bathroom and a big bedroom. A wooden handmade ladder leads the guest to the first floor where there is the second living room. There is also a second en-suite bedroom, a second small kitchen with a mini fridge and the basic equipment.
The veranda of the house is at the second floor and has a dining table for 6.

Very nice people and a beautiful peaceful place. Done a cookery course and was given time and not rushed I would recommend it. Thank you for such a nice time.

My family (2 adults, 3 children aged 14, 12, 8) spent a lovely afternoon with Areti at her beautiful place at Metohi Georgili. She taught us how to cook 3 Cretan dishes, including a starter, moussaka and a dessert. Areti involved all of us in the preparation and we look forward to trying to recreate the dishes when we get home! We were given recipes for everything we made.
We then had a wonderful lunch, including wine and fresh lemonade, and were invited to swim in the gorgeous swimming pool.
I’d highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in cooking! Areti is warm, friendly, patient and incredibly generous and her home is just stunning.
