Had a good time there, as good as 25 years ago. Very nice an friendly stuff and ownerfamily.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. It is a very nice family owned hotel with friendly staff and family owners. They do everything for their guests to make the experience and the stay unforgettable. The hotel is very close to the sea, have great food and clean rooms. I will definitely go to Crete and for sure choose this hotel again. Thank you all once again for everything. See you next year.

The old building needs to be renovated. Value for money hotel. However, you have to pay both for internet and sunbed.

No free Wi-Fi… No free access at the beach. Poor breakfast but ok for two star hotel. Nice rooms at the new building.

Very nice little hotel right by the sea … Far from complete tourist hustle and bustle and perfect for relaxing … The rooms were clean and quite large and the bathroom small but fine … To explore the beautiful island, it's worth taking a rental car (you can get right in the hotel) … We were happy around … All the employees were always nice and immediately took care of small concerns and wishes … Very interesting was the demonstration of aloe vera products from our own production … The food was completely sufficient and always tasted us … There was something for everyone … Price performance is completely right … We can recommend it 100% and will be happy to come back … Thanks for a great holiday:-)

It is a nice family driven hotel. Rooms are good and it's generally quiet in the evening. Some more kitchen tools would have been great and the Wi-Fi network is having issues in the evenings. The staff is serviceminded and friendly. There are two swimmingpools and children pool next to each swimmingpool. The village has a very limited number of restaurants, so taking trips with the bus is a good idea.

+: Beautiful facilities, good food for a 3-star hotel, great pebble beach right next to the hotel, 2 pools, several bars, bus stop right next to the hotel, quiet location, also suitable for children.
-: Hotel beach lounger costs 2 euros extra a day; All inclusive is limited to the periods 11am-10pm and includes only soft drinks, filter coffee, beer, wine and ouzo (much more HalPension Plus instead of all in) ; Little traditional Greek food; Cleaners do not arrive daily on the part and partly in the afternoon; Additional offer Greek evening was disappointing: There was melon, popcorn and 1 cucumber cocktail, although Greek specialties were offered, the snacks cost extra and you had to register in advance in advance in a binding way; The food is not labelled: You don't know what you're eating; All inclusive guests are not served by staff and have to get their drinks themselves at the bar, everyone else does; The owners of the hotel eat Greek delicacies on the public terrace, while the guests enjoy the daily resembling European standard.

Great family-run hotel With good value for money for all those who want to relax in wonderful Surroundings.

Very hospitable rooms are clean eating well you don't know what you eat and most of the time the eat is cold unfortunately taverning on the beach are very nice big blue and robinson hammer well it is very quiet and you see many cats.

Maybe a great hotel for families but… the rooms are quite unlovingly furnished and the beds have also seen better times. Also, it is sometimes very noisy (family hotel). We don't need to talk about breakfast. Jam = softened gummy bears — orange juice = syrup with water — Greek yogurt = quark with wallpaper paste. For people, for breakfast only food intake is O. K. The bathroom is more of a wet room. The shower tends to be a bigger sink and the curtain sticks to the butt. For one or two nights it is O. K. But in no case any longer.

Very inexpensive package trip. Clean and quiet. Food is boring.

After a long journey (approx. 2 hours bus ride) from Heraklion Airport, however, you will be compensated at the arrival at the hotel:
— It is a small plant, with 4 main buildings (all only 2 storeys, with apartments and studios) /We inhabited a studio/room clean and functional, with balcony, fridge, TV, air conditioning (even on demand), toilet and shower (also very clean).
— The hotel is situated in a green ' garden Oasis ' in the village of Koutsouras in the southeast of Crete.
— we immediately felt comfortable, the family friendly atmosphere was truly lived and carried out by the hotel management (spouses and family together with their employees).
— The spouses stand in the kitchen and prepare a varied meal (also traditional), with lots of fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits, everything that can be harvested in the large garden area around the hotel grounds in season.
— The beach is within walking distance (40 m), the trail is lined with lush blooming vegetation and some large palm trees.
— The swimming pool is also used by families with children.
— Sports can be done at the back of the hotel under trees with basket, volleyball and table tennis. For smaller children there are various play equipment (also swings).
— There is a private car park.

A family run hotel for families. Get all inclusive. Temperatures can be in the high 30s and you need to drink often for free. 2 hours by bus from airport. Perfect for young children, young parents. Pool for infants too. 3 meals a day with Greek food plus huge salad bar. Internet works great. Shore front is all stones and you need footwear. Bring snorkel gear for the fish that swim up to you. Try the icecreams at cafe near the beach. Rooms serviced every two days. Beach and pool never crowded as hotel keeps the size under 50 people. Pay to see Chrissie island. Most southern point in Europe. Big waves.

Amazing view of the sea. Clean crystal water that is only 2 minutes away from the hotel. Best food ever!

The holiday will be remembered, the time was, as always, much too short… in the Midst of nature surrounded by a great view and lots of Surprises is the family business. Not only a warm welcome was given, the friendliness and helpfulness as well as the Service were over the whole stay. Thousands of Treats and scents to Feast tempted to lie in the air… Moussaka, escargots (snails) with rice and anchovies are some of the meals that the stomach will make you happy, only the scale is not :) ) Just also for families very suitable. Malý rodinný hotel, nesmírně příjemný personál, kaménková pláž s hezkým přístupem do nádherně čistého moře, deštníky za mírný poplatek, pouze pro hotelové hosty. Žádné diskotéky, žádné vodní sporty se spoustou hluku, klid a pohoda. Výborná místní kuchyně, báječné zeleninové saláty.

The hotel is nice and close to the beach but isn't any opportunity to have fun nearby. The environment was really boring and bad without a car. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and the entire hotel (restaurant, pool etc. ) were really clean. The food was Delecious, very boring but after a few days. Every day the same taste, the same spices, same salads and even soup or dessert (just the tasteless watermelon. ) We hoped more fish (due to the proximity of the sea. ) or fruit (local crop), but it was also a big disappointment in this respect. The swimming pool was a great pleasure not only for the children. :) Summed up my opinion: it is not the best place for this money. The price value rate is not particularly good.

The stay at the South coast was very pleasant for us. Rooms clean, staff friendly. The apartment was functionally furnished and filled the small kitchen fully and completely their purpose. The hotel is small but fine. The pool is always clean and refreshing, as daily cleaning. The way to the beach through a path lined with Palm trees, directly to the beach. The beach is Rocky though, but nevertheless he invites to the recover a. The place Koutsouras is small and yet one finds everything, from the butter to the fruit. There is also a pharmacy and a Baker. So those seeking rest and relaxation, which is well catered for in the South coast. A small drawback to the conclusion: Unfortunately the children's playground in a not so good condition, also lack a fence around his children to know him. This is definitely expandable. all in all, it was for us a beautiful holiday and we come definitely again.
