Perfect place in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Costas and Maria looked after us and were the perfect hosts. We will definitely go back again.

We LOVED Mantraki Apartments — we've been to Agios Nikolaos 3 times now and this was by far the best place to stay. Super friendly staff and family atmosphere. We can't wait to return. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed here for 11 nights in August with my two sons. We loved it! Perfect location and lovely apartments but above all a warm friendly atmosphere. On my birthday I was serenaded by the owner on his accordion! And his wonderful wife gave me a gift of a book about cooking with olive oil — so thoughtful and kind. The apartments are charming and spotlessly clean. We had a city view and we loved sitting on the balcony at night just watching the world go by. I loved this place and hope to come back soon.

Great apart/hotel for famillies and long stay in downtown Agios Nikolaos! Stayed here 2 nights with my girlfriend. I booked via a third party hotel website for 110 € (169, 20$ CAD). The lady was so nice and welcoming when we arrived. It's about 10/15 minutes walk from the bus station of Agios Nikolaos. Our apartment was a bit greek traditional old school decoration, but other than that, we had a kitchen, all equipped, we loved our balcony with the view on the city and mountains. It's a perfect place to stay for a couple of days. You got many little restaurants/cafés/bars within few minutes around the hotel. Totally recommended. 4/5 visited in June 2017

Lovely hotel with very helpful and pleasant owners who are always around to help, all will tell and will advise the best places to visit. The room is spacious, has everything necessary for living. In the kitchen a pleasure to cook there are all the necessary utensils and appliances. The sea is very close, we had seen it from the balcony. Also close by is historic downtown and the entire infrastructure — shops, taverns. If will come again to Crete — we will stay here, Costas and Maria and their girls are huge Hello!

Mini hotel home-style, 2 bedroom rooms and a kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. Children buy m cot, lift, and pot issued after our request) a Good city location, near 2 beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants. A separate "landmark" hotel owners are very sincere and friendly people, if you look-decide all questions, suggest great restaurants and firms of car rental. The place is quiet although in the center. In a room with a view of the city sometimes hear the Church bell at 6 am.

Wonderful location, lovely room, owners who go out of the way to help, serve delicious local drinks, Greek coffee, tea, Greek snacks every time you step into the lobby. A night is set aside when the owners, Kostas plays the accordion and sings and his charming Wife Maria joins in. On this night they spoil you with lovely cocktail snacks and drinks. It felt as if we were living in a friend's home! Thank you Kostas and Maria for being the most decent human beings we have come across after a long time! God bless you and Mantraki!

Best hotel in Agios Nikolaos! The location is ideal! In the center of the town. 2 minutes walk from the coffee shops, bakeries and the market. 3 minuted walk from the beach. And yet so quiet! The apartments are spacious and clean. The bedroom is in a seperate room. Prefer the superior sea view. Bigger balconies, swings, and relaxing panoramic view of the sea. Wi-Fi in the apartments. They help you rent a car / bike (really nice bike trail recommendations! ) Costas and Maria are the most interesting and authentic hosts ever! All their advice of where to go and what to see/eat/drink were gold! Thanx for everything.

Rested at this hotel a year ago, a wonderful quiet location, the atmosphere of a cozy house with a sea view, a big thank you to owners (замечательный, спокойный отель в центре города, очень понравился. Оборудованная кухня очень кстати, путешествуя с маленьким ребенком. Все очень понравилось. Спасибо хозяевам)

Nice family run apartments with people that makes you feel like home.

We had a great welcome by the owner with a nice welcome drink (read big glass of ouzo). They are really helpful and friendly! The room is large and comfortable and with a sea view on the small harbor. The beds are nice and we had a nice shower! The hotel has a good central location close the center and the coast. A small beach is near the hotel with good restaurants.
