Lovely hotel. Staff are all friendly, pools are good and plenty of Sun beds. All areas are kept clean and rooms are adequate.

We went there as a family of 3 with our 2 years old daughter. The hotel staff was extremely kind and very helpful at all the time. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking to the see. I would like to mention and also thank the housekeeping staff, they kept our room spotless through the entire holiday. We were on half board and the food was quite good and always a lot to choose from. We also tried the kids club and have to say that was a pleasure for our daughter and us as well. The hotel had entertainment every night however we went out on several nights as we wanted to see and try other places. The avarage visitors at this lovely hotel are older people and families with kids which is a plus as you don't need to listen the young drunk people partying all night long. All in all we had a fabulous time and definitely going back for more.

This hotel has everything a family require. Rooms cleaned daily. Food basic buffet but plenty full. Pool area plenty of room as there are 2 to choose from. Entertainment every night which was good. All staff were helpful and cheerful night or day. This is not a negative point but hotel is a short distance from bus stops, beach and centre of village/town and as it was extremely hot while we were there we didn't venture to far but there was ample to keep us at hotel. Bar had pool table, darts, table tennis, basketball and crazy golf as well as big screen TV. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future. Had the weather not been scorching it is the ideal location for doing day trips. The Happy train to Mocho is a lovely trip to the mountains and old Greek life.

If you end up with a bad location get ready for a lot of sleepless nights. Late music past midnight two days ago, had singe sleep yesterday and here we go again tonight with cheesy live music all evening. Not the best choice if you are one of those people who sleep during the nights instead of the day…

Beautiful complex, friendly staff, excellent 80s tunes by the pool.

This is the perfect holiday hotel if you are looking to relax. Specially if you have children. My room was large and very clean. Super confortable bed. The pools are beautiful, there are trees with colorful flowers all over the place and plenty of entertainment choices. Every night from 9:00 there is a free show at the hotel. Between dance show, bingo night and magic show if you are very lazy you don't even need to leave the hotel. But if you are not lazy there is an awesome beach 7 min walk from the hotel. Besides there are some nice tradicional greek restaurants at the beach area. We return last night and are planning to go back in 2 months time. And maybe every summer holiday from now. That is how much we enjoyed it!

Lovely staff, comfy rooms and wonderful food. A great experience even though our tour company went bump whilst we were there! The hotel manager and his deputy kindly sorted everything for us. Highly recommended.

A great place for families and older couples. Some entertainment but not too noisy. Great atmosphere and a lovely family run hotel. 4 time here and still love the place.

What a fab hotel excellent for a 3 star. Accommodation was lovely, clean very spacious with lovely balcony. Food was very tasty from breakfast to evening meal. No complaints. The pool areas were great, with plenty of beds for all. We read the review's for this hotel b4 booking r stay this Sept. Most people return year after year, this does not surprise me and we will def be returning. Full credit to all of the staff, who go out of there way to make your stay amazing from start to end… The owner of the lovely hotel must be very proud of his whole team Amazing xxxc.

A great hotel, good food, fantastic staff;good rooms, and we even had Elvis, overall a wonderful holiday.

Rooms clean and tidy. Drinks a little more expensive compared to other places. Entertainment is good. Only real complaint is crickets are noisy during the day but that is the same for most hotels in the area and it is a bit of a walk to shops and bars outside hotel.

I love going here! The staff are so nice and rooms are great! Evening entertainment is great but pity the Greek night was cancelled. Food is good but could have more Greek culture. Pool is excellent but people reserve sunbeds so early so if you want one it's a race. 3 pools and lovely accomodation. Pool bar is amazing and I think the hotel should be 4* and not three. I've been here 5 times because it's so good. Only 10 mins walk to the beach.

Had a seven night stay at the Anastasia Hotel. Overall it was very good. We arrived about 2:30am and had a very nice welcome from Mike who offered food and drink but we just wanted to sleep. We had two rooms booked, the one we slept in was room 600. It included free aircon (nice), a TV, a safe (chargeable) and a fridge. Couldn’t quite get a Wi-Fi signal. It was a separate building so not attached to any other rooms but was at the front boundary of the hotel. If you have trouble getting to sleep and/or are a light sleeper, this is not the room for you. The noise from the main road is near constant and very loud. Or use earplugs. The Wi-Fi was OK in certain areas. Our girls worked out the best spots to sit around the reception area and pools to get the best signal. Half-board breakfast and dinner we fine, good variety. Three pools, all seemed clean and well looked after. Entertainment was as you would expect for a family hotel. Different every night and good fun. All the staff we encountered were great. This hotel does have a great range of facilities, we didn’t use most of them but shows a lot of effort has gone into improving the experience for guests. You can see why it is ranked as one of the best in the area. We used the bus service most days. Stops 30 and 31 are a 5 or 10 minute walk from the hotel and the busses were regular. We visited Knossos, Heraklion, Agios Nikoloas and the Malia Archaeological site using the bus.

The Anastasia hotel is very friendly, clean and plenty of entertainment, I would have no problem recommending this hotel to family and friends. I would like to return x.

The rooms were great, clean, well kept and looked very nice. Location is ok bit of a walk to shops and the beach but over all not bad. Not good access for disabled people though, steps, narrow passages and uneven roads make it hard to get round. Food is excellent amazing range and very tasty. Not necessarily about the hotel but the noise is very loud from the insects that are around the hotel, they are quiet at night but nothing bad against the hotel at all. An amazing place to stay.

Had a lovely weeks stay at the Anastasia Hotel, staff are really friendly, both my children really enjoyed themselves which is perfect, short walk to a number of nice little beaches.

Best Hotel in Greece. Personal touch. Fab staff. Great family friendly hotel.

Brilliant hotel, friendly staff, good food, family fun and entertainment for all ages, three great pools, play area for kids, crazy golf and kids club twice a day with qualified staff.
