Lovely place to visit but beware of this fish, they bite! Nice restaurants which serve great seafood, obviously!

Great little hotel, attentive workers, good room cleaning.

Good rooms, relatively fresh hotel 3-4 years. Good deposit, near the beach, taverns and supermarkets. The pool and elevator in the hotel raise the ego level. In the room put not very well, on Sundays do not take away at all, only remove the garbage and make a bed! The most disgusting thing here is the very weak Wi-Fi internet. Score that it's not at all!

The rooms themselves are good. Registration was quick. But expect that if you bring it early and there will be breakfast time, it is paid on the first day — with attendees. The Internet here is bad, in the lobby can still somehow you can use it. Of the pluses is a close public beach. There are taverns nearby. The supermarket is not far away. Breakfast as many wrote so-so, but believe that could be worse.

Very nice, small, quiet Hotel. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful Employees. Panormo is a beautiful, typical Greek Place with very good Taverns and is not yet so crowded for tourism.

Lovely small hotel very poor breakfast.

We have returned to Panormos because it is beautiful. Restaurants provide great Greek and European treats with some Asian and north Africa surprises, amazing french influenced pastries and Italian dishes. The beach well there is a choice of two either side of the harbour. One provided easier views of the sun going down. I don't want for anything while here. I sit at Vinzi Bar overlooking the ocean as I eat an amazing omelette.

Nice quiet clean hotel. Room was a good size with its own balcony. Reception girls were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all cold offerings. Slightly lacking in the bathroom towel refresh and soap/shampoo replacement department. Hotel is near beaches, supermarkets and some excellent restaurants especially the Anchor. Rethymnon is only half an hour away by bus. Whilst the village itself is charming, it is awash with cats which ignore humans.

Breakfast could be better, because you don't have many options and you get the same everyday. And when you have for 10 days the same breakfast, it's not so nice.
Room was very nice and clean. Just that in hotel one room is without Balkony and we got exactly the room
So you can't dry your stuff from beach or smoke if you are a smoker.

The location is very nice.

The Hotel is beautiful, especially the rooms are very nice, the personal is absolute friendly and give you the feeling being home. We loved it.

We stayed at the hotel for one week in September. The hotel is very nice, right by the beach and the room aside from being beautiful is cleaned every day. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30, hotel staff very nice. It is placed in the small village of Panormos, which is the perfect getaway spot. Our room had a sea view (which I recommend getting) and spending evening and mornings on the balcony overlooking de Mediterranean while listening to chill-out music was priceless.

Very clean and smart. In April, very good value for money. I am being well looked after as a sole traveller and having an arm in plaster! No tea making facilities in the room was a disappointment until friends nearby lent me a kettle and a mug. I have a double room with ensuite and balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The pool is tiny but adequate if you wanted to cool off and not go to one of the lovely little beaches less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I'm having a great time :-D.

We booked two family's rooms. Because of changing in plans (a force majeure change) we had to canceled our booking. It was four days before arriving, and 1 day too late for cancellations fee. (usually hotels in crete gives you 1 or 2 days free cancellation). We wanted to ask the hotel not to charge us, and promise (on email) our next vacation will be to this hotel (we are in crete each year). But before they even answered, they have charge our credit card, and didn't answer our letter. We send them few letters to the hotel email, but no answer. We called them in phone, gave our mail address again, but still no response. A good hotel is measured when there are fault. When you go to a vacation, you expect the hotel to help you if there are problems, not to ignore you rudely. The Hunger for easy fast money made them lost their job to give proper service. There are allot of good and decent hotels in crete (most are). I suggest you deeply not to book in this hotel, because if something will go wrong (some times things does) they will disappear and ignore you.

Good hotel, I recommend like to continue. We had booked a junior suite and family suite (approx. 80m ²) get :-). And if you've been here, then be sure the beach gate 'Spilis' visit.
