Very nice rooms, nice village but level catering, every day the same dishes, no variance and it's quite a pity… The more open bar that stops at 23h, there also negative but otherwise, pleasant stay.

Great place. Great Buffet and its Cretan restaurant also. Animations at the top with a team of young people always with a smile. The bartender "The handsome" is always at the small care with the smile and no stress otherwise the servers at the buffet are super competent. We'll go back.
The Bretons.

A wonderful place for a family holiday. Excellent, moderately varied cuisine, all well cooked and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great animation, every night of the performance. May not like the fact that over the hotel is the trajectory of takeoff-landing airport Heraklion. We were accustomed to the first day and the planes did not pay attention. But you need to know. Left with the idea that Crete will definitely return and be sure to Stella Village.

Been there a long time ago. In the meantime, a lot has changed — to the positive. Very nice. The staff of the House are simply top. We felt very comfortable.

Only our first night I had requested a room with a shower but it did not happen and the bathtub has rust around the drain. On a good note the foos was great last night.

We were there for one week in october. He had one apartment for 4 people, it was nice but not very comfy :/ there was one main room with TV fridge and king bed, and smaller room separated with a glassy wall :/ with two single person bed. Beds were realy short! I have 1.9m and my feet were always out of bed. I would rate it for 3 stars. Food was nice and tasty. But after 5 days I got bored with it. 4 stars for food. The beach was terrible. Surrounded by cement breakwater, dark gray sand :/. In the sea everything was dead, there were fish but no flora. For me the stay was ok, but im the guy who dont like to sit in one pleace for the whole week so I used the hotel only for sleep. There were a lot of familys with little children.

Family with kids, stayed in Stella Village, in family room, far away from disco/entertainment (we specifically asked for that, and it was what we expected). Location — 4/5: sea, sand beach, blue sky — all good. Rubbish (cans, plastic bags, etc) on the promenade, but that is nothing to do with hotel. Probably maintained better in the high season, and not in mid-October. Staff — 5/5: only one person that was not suitable for the job (some-kind of season worker). All others are friendly and helpful. I worked as a staff in similar places, I know how it is. They do a honest job in Stella Village. Facilities — 4/5: A bit worn out, but well maintained. Fair for the price. No heated pools — I assumed at lest kids pool would be warmer. Contrast of 23C air and 16C pool is a bit to harsh for babies. Room — 4/5: Clean. In family room kitchen is made unusable (ok in all-inclusive resort) The water-lock in the kitchen sink is dried out, due to not being used, and first night in room was a bit harsh with all the sewage smell. Solution: rinsed the pipe and closed the drain myself. AC is made to work only on one setting — around 20-21C. Remote control is useless, as the IR receiver is ripped out from AC unit. Food 5/5: Fruits fresh, meat fresh, lactose/gluten requirements were met on the spot. For a week stay I never had a bad meal. Variety is good. Ingredients used are fresh and good. Drinks 2/5: Juices and sodas are below average. Wine can be used to dull your senses.

Prima Hotel for families, several pools for children with different depths, slides and a tower. Sandy beach over a little busy street just outside the hotel. The bay with plenty of beds is protected by a breakwater, shallow entrance, little waves, but no hotel bar.
Here you can also snorkel and watch some fish.
The hotel has pool tables, Shuffleboard, pinball and various slot machines for a fee.
Wi-Fi is free and available in the whole resort and on the beach!
Food is fine and varied, but not always according to the motto. The restaurant is quite noisy. There is almost always something to eat, afternoon cakes, ice cream, buns and fries with chicken nuggets.
We already had a modernized family room with a chic bathroom (rain shower) and more modern furniture than in other double rooms. Refrigerator and clothes racks are available! The facility is well maintained.
The majority of the guests were French, Eastern Europeans and Germans at our time (early October).
Animation is in French, but other children are welcome.
In the evening there is plenty of programme for families and later live music and dance shows…
Various car rental companies next door, small supermarket in the hotel and also several nearby.

The food for Stella Village is bottom end of mediocre, the cocktails are made with raki, soda water and a selection of syrups, so don't expect authentic cocktails from Stella Village. The wine is local wine, would say average but then again it is usually personal taste. There are only 3 choices of rosé, white or red, grapes are likely a blend, again nothing fancy. The reception staff at Stella Village were professional and friendly, although it seems like a mere façade for low quality. I went to the Stella Palace reception and the reception there didn't maintain the pretended, very terse and seemed to I want to end our interactions as quick as possible. More on the food; not much variety or care is placed in the food production, the desserts are basically sugar in various forms, literally zero quality, and purchased en mass from the lowest priced supplier. The food is the same everyday with little changes, so gets boring quickly. Oh, almost forgot to mention that the first thing the reception does when you arrive is tag you like cattle and depending on which colour you have depends which ghetto you are sent to. Overall rating is 2.5 so giving a generous 3. You have the option to upgrade to Stella Palace, but would likely be for around €15-25 to upgrade out of afterthought class. Believe me I am being kind in my assessment of the place.

Perfect if you have small kids — they have many pools in here, also the animations are happening every day and the beach is secured from waves. And I need to mention their kitchen — the place is usually crowded but all the meals are awesome!

It's nothing short of fantastic. I have been three times now, and this year we brought out 3 year old daughter. The staff are wonderful and are happy to be of help in any way. The facilities are excellent, the location is very safe and access to days out are easy and fuss free. Evening entertainment is top class, fun and brilliant for all ages. I would highly recomend a stay to anyone.

The planes are on top and not very high!
It's not disturbing during the day but at night it wakes up!
The rooms are pretty well made but no way to have power when you are not there (it's convenient to recharge your phone …)
The animators are francophone for a good number but to look at it, the daytime animations are of poor quality: they animate 15 people (a 30 for aqua aerobics). Despite many complaints they still have not figured out how to lower the sound volume of the speakers, which tends to scare away a number of customers to the quieter spaces.
There's a mini-club! Finally it is the name given to it because it looks like a bad daycare where the children seem to be delivered to themselves (makes the most memorable: I have recovered my children painted with gouache on the arms and face by the greatest)
The food is good and many dishes are presented but unfortunately often the same! After a week you will not be able to.
The evening shows are by cons of good quality.

The hotel is so 3chku, I'm going to tell you, I like it, I want to know, I love the food, the children's animations in French and the rooms are not standardized the main benefits of the hotel in that the Territory is star and three-star hotels in Most of the time, the guests five use and guests of 3 star hotels There is a pool of bars, etc. By the way it's inclusive until 11:00, the beach is really sand, but the sea after the second metre is already stone, there is wave for Ditishek good, and so Water muddy, beach and umbrellas free, the towel can also be taken at a hotel, the staff is not rude but it is not always comfortable.

As all inclusives go this is probably the best I've stayed in. The range of food and free drinks was excellent and there was a variety of entertainment, multiple pools and things to keep kids happy and you would not struggle to find a sunbed. On the downside, this is quite an old hotel. I had multiple issues with my room as follows: The electric doesn't work without leaving the electric key chain in the switch, which means as soon as you leave the air con cuts off. The sink plug couldn't be opened (broken), the shower curtain kept falling off, couldn't pick up any channels on the TV, the wardrobe only had 5 hangers and the beds and pillows were like rocks. All of the above, plus the fact that this is a trek away from the nearest town, which is also very small means I can only give the place a 4 out of 5.

Nice big clean facility with nice staff. Food, beach and rooms very good. But, unfortunately, very loud and only for French and Russian guests designed. The Hotel is under the flight path to Heraklion airport. Place the 4 Pools or the beach. Children's playgrounds swimming Pool with Slides are also available. Shops, Bars and car rental are nearby.

Very nice hotel. We vacationed here last year. In the hotel the animation is good and the food was delicious, sandy beach. In General, we were satisfied to Come again. )

Family hotel many pools for child and adults! Staf very friendly and helpful!

It's a 3-star hotel but service, food and really anything is like you are in a 5-star hotel. I was disappointed by my room, there were lamps right over pillows and I've banged my head a couple of times in them. I don't know if it's only my room or not, but some light weren't even working and Wi-Fi didn't reach our apartament. All in all you don't need that room so much, so everything else outweighs the cons. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay with thomas cook Pauline is very friendly and available, the animation team is really great Thomas, penny, bird etc, do everything to make the stay pleasant, clean rooms and very varied restaurant and lovely servers, without forgetting the pool bar!

The boss of this hotel, took couple years ago food from garbage he wash food thru the water and served to the tourists. they were on trip that day, so people from hotel are forgot them for a diner so he did that. o my god!
