Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. BUT the staff are great hotel is lovely and the food is brilliant. This was our second stay at this hotel. And we will be coming back.! We stayed in the imperial. Not stayed in the royal.

I am in the resort right now… Drinking… loved it. Staff is so helpful. They changed our room… they did everything they could… resort is at best location n best view… temp is 26 agree in night… entertainment for kids all day everyday… n different programs at every night from 8.30 to 11.30 or beyond… will visit again. Thank you guys for making our holidays fantastic… kudos.

Great hotel. We eat well. We have a good rest. Perfect vacation.

Very nice hotel, sea view, large and clean room, air conditioning. Great pools and bars and restaurants are at the top. For couples or families… To summarize, NICKEL.

Great family hotel! We were there 10 days in May and had a lovely holiday with great memories. The facility is very large and well maintained. The food always plentiful and something for every taste. Staff and service very friendly and helpful.

A very nice Hotel.
The Location is also very practical and for every Taste something.
The Food tastes good and is very rich, is also promptly refilled.
There are 2 Pools for Young and Old that are well sized.
The Hotel's Grounds are also very nice and well maintained, as well as the Terraces where the Evenings find their great End.

Great hotel at every point of view, I recommend.

Our room. Was great large and comfortable the food was good for 3 days then not so good there were a large amount of children for the second week in may and the noise at time in the meal times not good. Only I nights entertainment for adults. Loads for kids. The staff were good our TUI rep was lovely. The excursions we took was a real problem as they refused to pick us us at the hotel was had a really steep climb down the road which we attempted but my husbands balance problem. Made it impossible for him to do so it was walking down steep steps which had a handrail then across the children's pool to the road which was not so steep unfortunately on the day we were going on an excursion at 7 45 am we were walking across the pool area which was awash with water and he fell and sprained his wrist and had a large swelling on his head. Lovely Hotel but not in a good position and not adult friendly.

The Belvedere Hotel was an experience of a lifetime, my family and I took pride and joy in being there. The staff, the Animation team and the chefs were amazing! (beyond words). The animation team was outstanding. From dusk till dawn they were waiting to help you plan an exciting adventure/activity and not to mention their own fun and fantastic schedule. They have activities for the young and old; and if given the chance they would have you up and moving all day! At night was the best, you were entertained with a good comedy skit, you would laugh until you drop, you would dance until you’re tired and you can participate in some of their night activities such as; Miss Belvedere, Mr. Belvedere, comedy skits, Karaoke etc. If you are going with the intention of going to bed early … forget it you wouldn’t want to miss the program AT ALL. Every day your room were clean with fresh towels; and that’s something you look forward for on your vacation to just relax after being out in the sun. ☀️ and let’s talk about the food; long story short AMAZING … can’t be put into words! Very nice location in high enough secluded and quiet quality services. Recommend for families or couples looking for romance.

Unfortunately, the Service on the 1 was. Day not so great. The Hotel is a little older. You can see it in the rooms. The tiles are cracked and the grout mold formation. (Bad) Otherwise you can use several Pools on the plant. To the beach it is to run a good piece. The way to the Hotel is uphill.

Nice, spacious grounds. Perfect to explore the island. Food absolutely reasonable for a 4 star hotel. Happy to be back!

A great hotel with clean rooms, high facilities and friendly staff.

We had an utmost pleasant stay, really friendly staff, beautiful view over the coast of Hersonnissos and really delicious food. Few remarks are the cold swimming pools and the smell of nasty (but still cute) donkey near the hotel entrance. The hotel has a bus stop at the bottom of it's hill (since the hotel is located on top of a hill), it has multiple animals, multiple swimming pools, possibility to get massaged, a hyper market right next door (with extremely low prices), pool tables, a playground for children, a deserted mini golf terrain, …

Stay mixed… without entertainment at night. Average cleanliness… generally friendly staff except in the restaurant where you are supervised because you can not bring a bottle of water (purchased from the market located in the Hotel) … the prices of the drinks are exorbitant…
The hotel is noisy and you can hear everything from one room to another…
We will never return to this hotel.

A fantastic hotel with an exceptional staff.

Pleasant Holiday at the Imperial Belvedere at the end of October 2017. Quality room, impeccable services, hygiene also. The meals are very varied and there are many choices. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Were there in the summer of 2017, it was crowded and the staff was totally overwhelmed. Would definitely not go there again.

My first vacation and it was so great in May very hot, hotel fantastically beautiful everything full of palm trees very family I felt very comfortable many pools, great staff, maid always nice every morning hi said simply Super Hotel clean, food delicious great vacation it Even a few tears on departure. The small village of Cherssonis very nice. Thank you.

The most beautiful hotel in the city with a breathtaking view.

Exceptional hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. That's all it does among the most beautiful or I went it contains five pools every night a little show for kids or entertainment. Every day an activity is proposed as volleyball from shooting to the football rifle of ping-pong or other interesting thing for entertaining. Have a nice vacation.

Moin from the country's high northwest. I spent 10 days at the Royal Belvedere with my partner at the end of May this year. We actively searched for a hotel that offers many sports facilities and came across the hotel.
Food & Drink: 5 out of 5 points — There was something different (specials) every day, with some stuff retained. The dessert was gigantic. Everyone gets fed up here. Also interesting: The water hardly tasted of chlorine — we had no stomach problems.
Rooms: 4 out of 5 points — Always clean and fresh — but a bit light of hearing.
Activities: 5 out of 5 points — volleyball, football, water polo, aqua sports, it was really done EVERYTHING. So if you are actively looking for sports holidays, you have it easy to do so in this hotel — tennis clubs can even be hired for free. The animators were all very nice.
Beach: Now to the big problem — the beach (Star Beach) is tiny and extremely loud — had rather something from the ballerman. That is why we have only been there once. However, the pools of the hotel are so good that we just settled there. So if you are looking for a hotel with a proximity to the beach (it is about 1000 meters to the beach) — as well as peace and quiet — is unfortunately wrong here.
Conclusion: The hotel is highly recommended — if you can do without the beach.

Super hotel super eating always gave something different facility is also super from the complex you also have a super view of the sea that is not far away. Is on any case to recommend I'll be back.

Good hotel, new in its "Imperial" part, services and leisure are well organized. International and local food. More inventiveness in desserts would be ideal. 1 Olympic Swimming pool, 1 pleasure pool and a small indoor pool all salted. Only the interior is bathable at this season as the room is maintained at 26 °. Extensive complex, it takes 15 minutes to reach the beach but everything is done for you to stay at the hotel.

Clean nicely located friendly staff, only the coffee from the vending machine could be slightly stronger. Highly recommended. We felt very comfortable.

Friendly staff, really good variety and quality of food, brand new mattress, TV with lots of channels and usb stick ability! All inclusive bar open until 1am, great entertainment and it feels like no need to leave the complex if your that way inclined. I would be back in a flash.

Hotel crowded suitable for children. Friendly staff and good clean rooms. The pools are clean. Only drawback is the beach is small, but taking the bus to Malia (every 15 minutes with a journey of 17 minutes and cost 1.80 per person) you can find beautiful beaches. At the last stop which leads to the palace of Malia is located on a beautiful beach.

Beautiful Hotel with many swimming pools for adults and children. The activities offered by the animation staff are varied and accessible to all. The shows offered in the evening are good. The cuisine is diverse, and the 3 restaurants are of good quality. The staff is very available and really friendly. We're there for the second time, and I hope not the last. Thank you.

Staff work hard for guests and are amazing. Food selection is excellent. Animation team works hard but some of the evening shows were average. Overall an excellent hotel within a large complex that works hard to meet the needs of its guests. I would go back again without hesoration.

Absolutely perfect spot for a resort hotel. Sister hotel Royal Belvedere next door share grounds. Food delicious, service and standards first class, plenty to do for all age groups. Staff very friendly and helpful, Imperial more for adults, Royal cater more to young families, perfect for a multi generation family holiday, you can use facilities at both sites no extra charge. Booked through Jet2 so far as been a brilliant holiday. Will definitely come here again.

A good large hotel and with espacion. Food repetitive but good, too many species. Good animation.

Really lovely hotel with loads of room, gorgeous new accommodation, tons of food and drink and glorious weather. Beware the pools are chlorinated salt water, if that affects you at all. You do get used to it in the end, though. Beach is a really easy walk if you don't have mobility challenges. Entertainment is provided by a third party company and is on all day, every day. The entertainment staff are all amazing and work really hard to help everyone have a great holiday. There are lots of pools on different levels and there's a maze of corridors with lifts for those who are unable to use so many stairs. The internal pool isn't open in summer season. Drinks measures are generous and unhealthy snacks a-plenty! There's a gorgeous stone-fired pizza oven by the Olympic pool where you can stuff yourself silly with delicious pizza. Most of the buffet food caters to Eastern European diets but there's always plenty of fresh fruit and veg and a huge selection of fresh loaves to choose from, plus desserts to die for! Safe is a deposit plus a fee. Work still ongoing for superior rooms in Imperial, but they're very discreet and helpful.

Good location.

On arrival check in was fast enough however we had to wait forty minutes to be shown our room in the heat wasn't great. The hotel is massive spread across a large area so you do need to be shown where to go. The room was good, clean and spacious however if you get room 414A and like a view change your room it literally looks at a brick wall! The pools are big and plenty of sunbeds but as the hotel got busy you need to be up early to get a decent spot. The restaurant is big with plenty of choice each day, the staff aren't very happy and do look a little miserable but effective enough. The pool bar is nice the staff friendly but can be hard to get served when busy. It's worth having a walk out if the complex as there is a massive supermarket at the bottom of the hill to get water and what ever you need. Cheaper than the hotel shop. Overall a nice place to stay but as soon as we can go back to Egypt I will be heading in that direction.

Rooms are adequate, 5 pools with plenty of sun loungers. Food is nice if a bit repetitive. Would rate hotel to be a 3.5 star.

Location: rooms most standard tv, safe, bath without old prenpdležnostej bathroom except for liquid soap, air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room and do not need, do go to sea to sit on the Internet!
The food is excellent for 7 days stay was a varied menu, everyone can find something to the liking of themselves. Well if you're not accustomed to eating lobster and caviar every day! The only minus the tea only at breakfast and in the bar all day.
Staff polite, not intrusive. Cleaning every day, towels too, no complaints, and we sit in the hotel room.
A large area is where to walk, snack bar snack, and so still bars, 4 pools.
To the beach-10 min7, normal for adults protresti calories. The beach itself which is not very near to the people darkness places little, sun beds and umbrellas are extra charged, if you go by on there beach clean and people a little.
Overall a good hotel but not for the fastidious. Of course, much could be added, but we are going to have a rest.

Cleanliness of the rooms more than doubtful. In short my 1st time in Crete and it was a nightmare.

Great place for a family holiday. The food is good and varied, although without the shrimp:) To the sea on foot with 15 min. On the way to the sea: you can feed the animals on site and go to the market for fresh fruit and all kinds of useful things! On the beach: 2 Euro Euro Lounger, umbrella, 3 3 euro, beer. Pools for all tastes and sizes. In the evening, in the hotel, an entertainment programme for children and adults. Rooms are cleaned every day and always fresh towels people a lot and most of the children.

Normal 4 stars, not more. In-room Wi-fi no, daleča to the sea, the beach of shit, price OK.
