What an amazing stay, we loved the location, the very helpful staff with their smile on their faces even so late into the season. we only can recommend this nice place with the most beautiful breakfast, efcharisto.

Perfect for couples or with older children 16+, great rooms and facilities nothing is too much trouble, very atentative staff the best. Perfectly located in Koutouloufari and it's wonderfully authentic Restaurant's and roof top bars with views over the bay. However note you cannot beat the Cocktails at the bar made by Vangelis!

Just got back from here. We have just had 4 of the best days away ever. From the rooms, location, cleanliness but above all the staff made our holiday. Have met freinds for life and our break was far too short. We will be back very soon too see you all.

צוות המלון מאוד נחמד אווירה שקטה. למלון יש בריכה קטנה בכניסה ומסביבה כיסאות שמש. אין הרבה צל בזמן היום למרות השמשיות. המלון ממוקם קרוב מאוד לאזור עם הרבה מסעדות וחיים לילה. מרחק המלון מחוף הים כ15 אך המלון על גבעה ולכן בחזרה מהים השתדלו לא לחזור בשיא החום. למלון בר בכניסה שאפשר להזמין משקאות ואוכל. חדרים נקיים מאוד. אסור להוריד נייר בשירותים.

Just returned from a fabulous 10 day holiday at this hotel. Can’t rate it high enough. Spotlessly clean throughout. We had an upper junior suite with a lovely sea view. Plenty of space and safe/aircon included in the price. What absolutely stood out for me were the staff. From the lovely hosts Dimitris and Smaro, Vangelis, Kostas and Giannhs who kept us fed and watered, Maria who made the best Feta and cinnamon pies I’ve ever tasted and the cleaners who worked extremely hard maintaining their high standards. By the time we left they all felt like family. We will definitely return. Thank you Casa Bianca.

From the very first moment I run into Casa Bianca's website, searching for an accommodation for my upcoming holidays in Crete, I wanted to stay here. Unfortunately, at that moment, there was no availability but, after a few lucky coincidences, I was finally able to make a reservation for 3 nights. What to say? … my gut feeling was right This 20 rooms boutique hotel deserves a 5 stars rating, for design (see the photos, please), location (the small village of Koutouloufari is lovely and quiet and, moreover, 5 minutes walking from the beach! ), staff (a big thanks to Dimitris and Smaro, the owners) and cleanliness. We stayed in a Junior Suite, on the first floor, with sea view and our stay was excellent. For the rest, the property has no private parking but parking lots can be easily found on the street. As I am a perfectionist, I'd say that another mirror and a bigger bathroom would be very much appreciated but, also like that, there is nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

Simply the best place to stay in Crete. Beautiful hotel, the kindest, warmest, friendliest staff you could hope to meet. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The pool and bar areas are beautiful, so well kept and spotlessly clean. Vangelis makes the best cocktails we have ever had. The bar food is excellent. We cannot recommend Casa Bianca highly enough. Also it’s adults only, bliss.

Great location with plenty of places to head to locally for eating out as well. Dimitris and the team are very friendly and incredibly helpful. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

An incredible hotel owned by very lovely people and staffed by the kindest most welcoming people! After spending 9 days there in August we have come home refreshed, spoilt and the best part of our holiday was the welcome and care taken by the staff of the Casa Bianca. The hotel itself is a simple beauty, nothing fussy or over the top just classic, extremely well kept and decorated beautifully. Everywhere is spotless, the cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep this hotel at the top of its game, our suite was cleaned to perfection every day despite having 2 children under 6 who do their best to make things messy! The pool area is lovely, the food served around the pool is fantastic, the American burger is one of the best ive ever had! Cocktails and drinks are masterly put together by friendly, experienced and kind bar staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, there is the sweetest village surrounding the hotel which keeps you nicely tucked away from the more tourist part of the town near the beach. I cannot recommend the Casa Bianca enough, my children were treated with such kindness and made to feel so welcome it was a real treat to stay there. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to make our holiday very special.

Vacationing in hotels from 28.04 till 07.05.2017 year. The hotel is great. My husband really liked it, the owners are sincere people.

Amazing view and delicious cocktails.

I went there with my girlfriend this summer, and it was PERFECT. The hotel lies in this small and cosy town with a lot of nice restaurants on a hill overseeing the ocean and away from the normal tourist hustle. A perfect place for a quite and romantic getaway, where you can enjoy each others company. The hotel itself is very modern, new and beautiful and the staff are the nicest persons offering the best service I've ever experienced. If you've ever wondered how the best service in the world is carried out, then just visit this hotel. I have never felt so well treated on any of my previous vacations. All facilities are of course 10/10, and we could not have asked for anything more. You will definitely fall in love with this place! :)

Beautiful rooms with minimalist aesthetics. Located in a quiet area which is however only a few minutes away from the lively part of the town. Great sea view also.
