Nice hotel with a good food, deceant rooms and nice service. Overall a good place to spend a night or two on Crete.

Kind stuff. Although facilities need renovation.

The hotel is in the center. They feed well. Very friendly staff.
The rooms themselves are already shabby, the last repair was a long time ago. Got a room with windows in the courtyard-well. It airs badly, the window is better not to open at all — it sat smoking for a couple of days, then it became normal.

Very nicely placed hotel (near the city centre, restaurants and shops). The staff are friendly and smiling. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Average hotel without frills in a good location in Iraklion.

This to me is only a three star hotel, staff in dining and bar area very helpful but you have to ask for info or clean glasses in room etc. You can hear your neighbors, beds not that great. Stayed in many hotels so I can compare and not be biased.

This Hotel has a high standard for a reasonable price. Reception crew is very accommodating. The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast is very rich and the lounge and the bar give this Hotel that cozy atmosphere. Enjoyable and affordable. Very well located, pretty much in the heart of the city. Definitely recommended. This hotel has been around for a long time. Rooms need some work. Staff deals with many tour groups. Can be very loud, especially when students are on holiday.

Small, clean and although basic hotel, it does the job! City hotel, right in the centre, about 10 minutes walk from LIONS square. Beautiful cafe at the ground floor as well! For a centre located hotel with a basic package, that's your hotel!

Great accessible hotel in the center of Heraklion with very kind staff. The hotel has a wheelchair room with a large, fully accessible bathroom. There are handles in the shower and next to the toilet. The only downside is that the eating area has a few steps so wheelchair users have their meals at the table down belw. Room service is also available. Overall it's a great hotel and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Heraklion.

Location is great. Staff were courteous and professional. Lobby and bar have been updated. Breakfast buffet is varied and abundant. However, our room had a 70s look and feel, which in a European hotel means, among other things, a dearth of electrical outlets — — e. G. We had one available outlet.

Nice and clean. Don't expect any luxury though. Great location for visiting the city. I'd certainly stay again.
