Great staff esp Ilias the chef who goes out of his way to make sure everything is good and klayde at the bar who has a smile all the time and very hard working. A few negatives regarding the all inc. The private section of beach is quite small so if you get a lounger after 10am your extremely lucky. The alcoholic drinks are limited to Cognac, Raki and Ouzo, red wine and white wine on tap. We stayed the first days with about 3 hours sleep due to the cocktail bar downstairs having music blaring till 3am and the room was adequate sized but a few niggly issues. However after a complaint to reception, was moved to a room by the pool. On the whole it's a cheaper option than others in Crete so don't expect too much. Food was great and staff too, we used this hotel more like a b & b which is what I would recommend one does for a better experience.
