Rally nice hotel with really nice and helpful staff, nice view from the rooms and a go swimming pool supermarket just on the other site of the hotel about 400 m to the beach, we enjoyed our stay here 👌🏼👌🏼

We just stayed there as our flight was 14h delayed. The food had a poor choice and the quality was aweful (there s a nice taverna about 250m east side of the hotel following the main street in front of the hotel, definitely worth to go there! ). The room quality wasnt good as well, as the shower was dirty, the air con turn off after some minutes and we were 6 people instead of (guessed 2 at most 3 bed room)! The area around the hotel look like a dumping ground. The only cooled place in the surrounding can be found in the supermarekt next to it (hypermarket were you can stay and drink a coffee). Never the less the hotel stuff was friendly and forwareded information about the flight. To spend your time I would recommend to go the the beach and drink something at blue'n'blum bar ;)

I went in this hotel for a school trip. Nice rooms, but bathrooms got a very bad shower, difficult to regulate the water temperature. Nice pool, but the bar next to it was always close. Food wasn't always good, but the desserts were impressive. Position: the hotel is near to the centre of Iraklion, nothing to say. In brief, nice hotel but it could improve.
