It was a really great experience.

Air conditioning does not work! Room fridge no longer rust bathroom, buffet not top chemical drink cocktail full of water brief for a 5 stars not top it deserves no more than 3 stars.

A great week's stay spent at this hotel despite the Covid context! I don't understand people complaining that some services could not be available because of the situation…

Very disappointed. Most of the faclities are closed where you payed for. We can accept that in period of covid-19, but when you have to pay for your last meal and drinks it is not very hospitable. It involves give and takes on both sides in this weird time. Never come back.

The most beautiful pool and magnificent view! If you seek for the best holidays this is the place!

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a bungalow. Everywhere was clean, the gardens they care for. A great program for kids and even adults in the evening. The food was delicious! Staff great and helpful. Beaches beautiful and well maintained, every day cleaned and changed towels. There really is nothing to miss here. It was like paradise and I hope to come back soon!

Rested in 2018 in August. We liked it. A large green area. Your beach. Close to stunning countryside, where you went to dinner. Suggest! Hotel did not go anywhere because he could not break away from the sea.

Phenomenal resort for families. A plethora of daily activities both educational and pure fun. Amazing spa for adults. And a private beach that withstands Crete's windy days. Like a calming force. This resort is also a fantastic destination for weddings/baptisms. The best on Crete. Rivaling the big city hotels of Athens such as Grand Bretagne and the global chains like St. Regis. They have several venues on site… able to satisfy any level of formality desired. Simply the best on Crete!

We didn't like it! First, the hotel is scattered over a large area as a result of this have to make long trips to the restaurant, reception and in general, terribly uncomfortable given the mountainous surface, all the time top and down. The numbers suck, it feels like everything's falling apart, and it's 5 stars! In the bathroom the old plumbing, m plastics broken, the shower did not work, the water went badly. In the room old and noisy condes, the TV did not react at all to the remote control. The safe not only did not work n and was not at all attached to the closet. Food apart from lunch is a complete mess! What's good? For me only the beach! He's great! Hotel do not advise!, from the force pulls on three stars, for those babes that they ask there are many other interesting options!

— the staff are friendly, sympathetic. Particularly noteworthy is the front desk staff.

There are five public pools. Two of them have slides. One pool is equipped for very young children.

— there is a restaurant called Shafran. I can write the name with a mistake. The menu in it is not good. It's better to eat there on a walk. But the landscape there is just a miracle. You can just drink wine under the Greek sunset. There is live music.

Out of the blue is an amazing luxurious resort in Crete! We stayed there for 2 nights over the weekend and had arranged for our visit to be all inclusive. Although not ALL drinks were included, there was quite a variety — house wines, draft beers, soft drinks, coffee and cocktails (very generous with the booze :) ). Aside from drinks, we got breakfast lunch and dinner with endless options from around the world — Mexican, Indian, Italian, Greek and more! There are several pools to choose from and some even have slides into the water. The resort also has an amazing private beach where you could also choose to experience water sports if you like. If you're feeling hungry between meals, there are snacks including ice cream, chips, peanuts, fruit and tiny sandwiches. The workers were all very informative, patient and caring. Our flight was scheduled late at night, giving us an entire day to spend at the beach and pools while being checked out and the resort offered us a "courtesy room" where we can bath and prepare for the flight, for no extra charge! The resort is very big and that is also why they offer a free club-car service, the workers tour the streets and pick up anyone who wishes to get to the pool/beach/room/lobby… Or you could order the club-car service from the lobby in advance. In short — a must have experience! Thank you out of the blue! :)

The location is great with places to discover. Big hotel with carts to take you around. Pools are nice. Private beach is great. Food is good. Wi-Fi always available. The staff is friendly and provides great service.

Very nice place, a breathtaking garden, a remarkable diversity and a superb view of the sea, the cliffs. The place is peaceful, everything is well laid out so that everyone can find a peaceful and relaxing place to pose for young and old.

I do not know who gives the stars, and how many decades ago this "hotel" was five-star, but now (almost a year has passed, so far the feeling that you have been found to be full, to die for rudeness) is a level of 2 *. And then, one star for the green area and one-for the beach (which got the flight of people, one of which fell on our sunbed while we went to the room for water, and with his girlfriend wiped our towels! )
The first room we met was terribly dirty, near the bed and on beds a pile of different hair, dusty and full of sand in the corners. The couch is in creepy spots, planted. The entrance door is skewed and the slit in it into the toe is thick. Went to resent-in half an hour brought to another room, which had to remove the two clogged kind of cleaning lady, uncultivated, in English not a word-smeared the old dirt and left (they are so "cleaned" all two weeks of our stay there, smeared mud, Never cleaned the shells!, but for some reason we shifted our pillows and blankets, although we carefully remade the bed). When I arrival saw a bed with brown color stains and "clean" dilapidated holes! Towels, I realized that we got… It was the most expensive and the most unpleasant hotel in our life! Because there was a canteen! Not a restaurant, but a canteen!

Service with Leclercvoyage southpole Basse-Goulaine. Boarding and service of the hotel nothing to complain about, restaurant varied, very clean and very professional.

The hotel has never earned 5 stars.
In the bathroom was unpleasant smell of mildew. In the restaurant there was pure mass handling and in some cases also strange guests, noisy guests. There is a big crowd at the buffet, once an old woman's old woman stumbled over the wheel of a stroller, fell and stood crying at the buffet. It was also problematic to smoke in an extra open-air section of the mass restaurant, while other guests were still eating. The staff did not step in.
However, the staff in the restaurant is very friendly, even the cleaning staff. The management, however, is quite clumsy. So the management has asked us at the end of the holiday all again "invited" and before yet to write good reviews on Google. At first we were very pleased. So we went to the hotel's upscale restaurant. There, however, there was only standard fare from the menu for the invited, marked as "Eat around" and the drinks we had to pay for ourselves. The "eat around" dishes were something like fish sticks etc. The absolute joke… However, the friendly waiters have helped us a lot.
The rooms were quite small and stuffy and despite the demands of the tour guide and the reception we were given no nicer room. The staff at the reception was partially completely clumsy. The balcony door of the room was too small and the mosquito curtain slightly too short.
Near the room there were always "sports courses" at a pool with extremely loud, annoying music.

Overall — well. The buffet is superb (apart from the fish, it looks like frozen, not good at all, otherwise the rest — nothing to say). The staff at the restaurant are very nice! The beach is good, the pool, the fitness. On the other hand, in the suite, a lot of things that were not going (the entrance door not closing, shower problem, nothing to hang his towel, ants…). A lot of time wasted to talk with the reception that hardly helped us… And refused to change the room (is this a problem in late September? ) In short, it was not too correct. So not really the comfort of a 5 star. The spa was a disaster, the pool (with the Jacuzzi! ) are frozen, the sauna warm (we had to find ourselves how to heat it:) )

Several pavilions, from the room to the detached villa with private pool, the suites are spacious and decorated with large terraces with Jacuzzi and beautiful sea view. All in a flowered and wooded park. The staff is very caring.

By no means five stars. Especially in terms of cleanliness and functionality of the rooms. For this, the staff in the restaurants is super friendly and courteous. We did not use the buffet because mass clearance.

The potential is amazing. Well located good amenities. But, the food in the main restaurant is lacking to say the least. The mattresses are not of good quality and the overall finishing of the rooms is not up to standard. The staff are very nice and helpful. The private beach is a real treat.

Good place to recommend everything.

The facility is beautiful and that's the only thing you could rate with 5 stars. A typical hotel for mass tourism, for people who have to queue for everything at Buffet, and just want to get the plates full. I don't go to Greece to have sushi in the buffet almost every day and other non-Greek food. It's all beautifully decorated and is certainly fresh but doesn't taste at all, it lacks the heart, authenticity and atmosphere when eating. Chaos, poor lighting and no professionalism. It is not the fault of the staff, they are friendly but not further trained, overwhelmed and probably understaffed. We booked half board and are in the middle of the Almyra restaurant every morning after breakfast for coffee, in the neighborhood because you couldn't drink the filter coffee in the hotel. We also omitted Apero and some dinners. The volume in the hotel while eating … we only feel sorry for the personel. One does not understand how to run such a beautiful hotel, but if there is a demand for such places, then also supply for it must be. Probably the owner wants to have exactly those guests there who are worth to the quantity and not quality. We are no longer interested, as we will never stay there again.

I wanted to write a review on my return. There are almost polar opinions, but the truth is always in the middle. The hotel reminds me of the Ritz-Carlton, ABAMA in Tenerife where my family and I were vacationing three years ago. Someone here will write that nothing of the sort, but I write my opinion. The hotel has a large territory in a good location. And I must say they have planned it well and made it. There are lots of greenery and flowers on the hotel grounds. There is a place to just walk after dinner or lunch, and not stupidly cruising between the room-restaurant-pool and beach. And the maintenance of this territory in this state is worth a lot of effort and means. Here someone wrote that the hotel is far from Turkey, but if you like Turkey so and have a rest there. For example, we do not like Naglovato harassing service in far not the most recent hotel in Turkey and after this relationship, we do not fly to Turkey. And recently there was a brawl of staff with holidaymakers. But everyone has his own. Someone needs politeness and tact, and someone needs to scratch their fists. Great beach, sea and pool. The rooms are very nice. The food is alright but for the vegeterians and vegans people there is not so much.

Good food, but: Staff is not too friendly and rooms are not well maintained… pool free buffet supposed to be opened till 18:00 but 17:30 they already cleaning and preparing to close and make you fill like disturbing…

Okish. The place is lovely — peaceful and beautiful. However, everything else is 'almost'. The service is not top quality (e. G. Need to wait for 30 min after check in for someone to show you to your room), the dishes served at the main restaurant (buffet) is nothing to write home about (also not too high quality of raw ingredients. Meat feels very industrialized), the tiny beach is packed to a degree you cannot find place to set foot. And so on… Overall it was a great vacation, but as a cx and marketing guy it always pisses me off to see places that has this enormous potential, but chose to miss it on nonsense.

Location is really beautiful. Too sad the service and room condition is bad. Room smells, blankets not clean, ants all over the place, air conditioner broken. I'm writing this review while still here, out of frustration for being told every day that they'll fix my room and nothing happens. Furniture quality and lack of attention to details makes me wonder how they can advertise 5 stars. Great note on food: it's delicious.

The location is Great as the private beach, Staff is friendly and willing to help. As everybody said the beds are poor. The food is good and have big variety. All in all good experience.

Agia Pelagia is a very romantic place. The hotel is on a small peninsula, two beaches with clear water, lots of pools, playgrounds for rest.

The hotel is basically divided into 2 parts premium and regular, but also there and there the rooms are killed except for the duplex apartment on the right hand how to get off the reception. The rest is shabby where something falls off, in a bungalow room all very sad for 5 * Slippers disposable as from a gauze, a blue towel (not white and blue as on a beach) a waffle robe, coffee machine is not present. Only instant 3b 1, tea bag and cream and all in a small box. In the good rooms in the evening bring a compliment leftovers of dessert from breakfast or lunch.
On arrival in the room there was no soap, no gel, no shampoo, no lotion, and the question where all this we were told that the mole here on the wall of the bottle weighs it for everything. Raised fur T. K. Paid not a little and service zero. So all at once appeared, at once gave the person which it is possible to express all the wishes and not the food and all will fulfill. Wonderful place! Amazing physical scenery. Really nice private beach and many pools. Really enjoyed the food and quality of service. Kids loved the amusement park and its activities. We will definitely return someday.

Today in English for all the typical "package tourists":
The 5 * facility is located directly on the coast with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, well equipped at first glance, very weak but when using the equipment. The drain was clogged with us (also no remedy was created after twice visiting of the reception) the shower worked not correctly as adjustment devices were canceled (again, no reworking). It was EM and that television did not work at the German stations. Similarly, it was not possible French or English television to watch (upon agreement with other guests in any room). For all requests, no improvement took place…
The toilet brush could be exchanged not even because the handle was broken up in there…
The cleaners 'clean' every day, whose result is however really underground…
The service in the restaurant is weak with certainty on the basis of many very unfriendly guests according to… The bars where no All-In is it looks better, but not well.
The food is no culinary delights but mass processing, but on the whole in order, right, similar to the presented…
Conclusion: The hotel can of course in Austria, England, France or Germany with no 3 * star hotel keep up with, but you should not book a week for about €500 incl. Flight and HP with such expectations.
Two-star are the bad service to justify poor cleaning by the staff and the faulty equipment, as well as ignoring the displayed error.

Stayed in this hotel for a 2-day business trip. I was satisfied around with the size of the space in comparison to other places for the same price. They pay attention to customers and they are flexible upon request.

Really recommend to relax for a few days. Beautiful wellness area and great anti-aging treatments. Large room and good leisure activities for adults such as yoga and Pilates. Recommend to explore Agia Pelagia and the local villages. Good food at restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I have to say that out of the blue Capsis elite resort is one of the best hotels that I have visited in Greece. I was invited to the Conference. Conference Hall was simply fantastic. Beautiful views, delicious breakfast and very good Italian restaurant with a magnificent view on the Sea (it was amazing at night). As my laptop had some problems, I asked for IT professionals, the coolest thing was, that it is an it specialist, my laptop in minutes (free! ). I know the price of the hotel not because I was invited and all of the theater artists paid was, but I advice can this hotel to everyone who seeks a business hotel or a beach hotel in Crete holidays with family. Agia Pelagia is a very nice place to stay in Crete in General.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this resort: accommodation is recently renovated and as website pictures are not exaggerated as you often find. Our chambermaid came in very shortly after knocking the first day but apologized and after this she was quite attentive (she noticed we were using tissues so she left one more box for us! ) We had sea view which was a dream, though garden views seem to be very nice and relaxing too. Very green, lots of bougainville flowers. In most outlets staff was attentive and friendly. H20 restaurant has excellent sushi/sashimi. Greek Taverna pricey/staff efficient though a bit stressed, but tasty food. Kids liked the Minoan Amusement Park Entertainment in the evenings and the beach very much so we will definitely return.

Overpriced for the quality. Beach is overcrowded.

A bunch of children and 50% Russians. Alas.
