Me & my partner spent 5 days in this absolute joke of a hotel last week & I can tell you that never before have I experienced such a ridiculous place. "All inclusive" is not all inclusive in the slightest. I am aware that some hotels have exclusions but neither me nor my partner, who have been on MANY all inclusive holidays, have experienced as many exclusions as this — "all" inclusive finishes at 11pm, you have to pay for drinks after this time (even water! ), some juices (pineapple, orange, for example), to use towels, the safe in your room, the sauna, the indoor pool, one of the buses to one of the two beaches, the list goes on! And one of the most shocking was you had to pay for the freshly squeezed orange juice machine, even though oranges were available for free?! I am so confused. Furthermore, neither of us were made aware of these exclusions while booking or even after booking the holiday. The general manager of this hotel was incredibly rude to both me and my partner, saying things about me to him behind my back, printing off my previous review and telling him to remove it, shouting at me and lying to my partner telling him that I shouted at her! She is the rudest, most disgusting woman I have ever encountered, she made the holiday at least ten times worse than it already was and wouldn't go out of her way to improve mine or my partners time at her ridiculous hotel. And I will be taking the matter of her behaviour further because this is not acceptable, from anyone, let alone the manager of a hotel who's job it is to make sure her guests are happy. It is clear that this establishment values your money over your happiness and is the cheapest most outrageous place I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. The only pleasant bit about the holiday for me were staff members Tali & Grigoria. Thankfully the rooms were quite nice (even if they were a considerate walk up hill on a road from the main hotel) Avoid it at all costs. I would have given it 0 stars if I could.
