Review of Blue Bay Resort Hotel 4*

Myself, wife and daughter are not long back from our third two week stay in this beautiful hotel and were blown away by the kindness and generosity we experienced from the start to end of our holiday thank you all so much for memories we will never forget. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and the hotel and grounds itself are just as beautiful. Well kept very clean and modern, something for everyone to enjoy from relaxing by the pools or chilling in the many seating areas in lobby area's, to the tennis court, kids club, mini disco in the evening for little one's. There is entertainment every night either in the amphitheatre in hotel grounds or at the pool bar area. Variety of dance shows, my favourite the Greek night with live music and dancers. The rooms are modern spacious and clean, very comfortable and cleaned daily by hardworking cleaning staff. The restaurant serves freshly prepared and cooked food with a wide range of choice daily something for everyone to enjoy, also fresh salad and fruit available during lunch and dinner, again the staff work tirelessly to ensure everything is just right for you to enjoy. Also a wide range of drinks for you to help yourself to a meal times. The pool area in main building has a pool bar that serves various drinks/beverages and snacks throughout the day, including a tea/coffee machine to help yourself to all day. There is a shuttle service to the beach down the hill and back. A good bus service from the hotel to Heraklion daily and only €3. A good taxi service if your not up to the walk to Agia Pelagia Town/beach not far from the hotel which has good range of shops tavernas and a lovely beach. The staff are all amazing and will do their best to ensure you have an amazing holiday, from reception right through to cleaning staff they are all friendly, helpful and lovely people. Overall just an amazing relaxing place to holiday something for everyone. We can't thank you all enough for an amazing holiday and for all your generosity l, memories we will never forget and look forward to seeing you all again.
