This place was absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing. We were upgraded (for free) to a junior suite and it was SO nice! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was very luxurious. To top it all off, the staff (Sergey) was extremely sweet and really accommodating. There is a small kitchen that is available to guests with free water. The location is not too far from acropolis and the Plaka area. It was a wonderful experience staying here! (Not to mention the rooftop bar, pool, and lounge) Definitely worth the price!

Fantastic place, eateries in the surrounding streets were lovely. We were extremely comfortable here after our long flight from Australia, the best part was they were still waiting for us even though our plane was delayed. They offer a driver pickup from the airport which we highly recommend, made the experience very easy. The staff were sensational even gave us a complimentary wine on arrival and spoke good English. Would definitely stay here again.

Located 2 subway stops from Syntagma square, safe neighborhood. A 24hr Everest at the corner with a grocery store and pastry shop near by. Great staff and nice accommodations.

The hotel is great. My only complaint is the staff doesn't seem to be at the front enough. It's in a safe part of town and only a quick car ride to the city center.

In the heart of one of the good areas of Athens.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the hotel is in a very safe area, just a few yards from the US Embassy. Syntagma is about a 20-30 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and take away places nearby.

Had an amazing stay in Suite 41 for 4 nights; a huge and comfortable place. The decorations are cool and the staff is amazing, they are very helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more, and plan on staying here again in the future.

Beautiful older apartments with marble bathrooms. The most helpful staff for local information. Excellent English skills. The breakfast, which cost extra, is well worth it, with service brought to your room and enough food to last until dinner with delicious local foods. The two bedroom suites had a bath and a half which was very convenient for four people.

Best service very good hospitality perfect stuff.

The location was perfect for us as the hotel is in a very safe neighbourhoods (near the US ambassy) and just few stations from the center of Athens and the acropolis (less than 15min) and 20min in taxi from the airport. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. All rooms are very big and quiet: we have been in the 52 (with a very large terrasse) and have been upgraded in the 41 when coming back (huge suite with a jacuzzi). We highly recommend this place.

Tidy rooms with original design paired with great localisation in Athens and selection of good wines available in the cellar. Most of all super friendly staff :) All the good things for reasonable price as well, highly recommended.

The lag on the crater rim is gorgeous, but there are many better hotels that are just as beautiful. The rooms are clean, dirty, scabby and smell like mildew/mold. Bathroom old and poorly cleaned, toilet flushing isn't. The breakfast is indeed rich but it tastes everything old, croissants are from the previous day. The Jacuzzi and pool are filthy, a bacteria centrifuge.
