Great boutique hotel. Very accommodating staff … nice central location yet in a quiet neighbourhood … beautiful "beach like " on the roof top … great breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and attended to our needs. The room and amenities were average. The location was ideal as it is in the center.

I stayed here with a tour group and the service we received was very good. The staff was knowledgeable about different sight-seeing opportunities near by and gave good directions about how to get there and when to pay for a taxi. Some rooms were small and others were large. It was one of the nicer hotels that we stayed at in Europe. I would recommend staying here because it is half way between two of the metro stations. The location is good if you would like to utilize the metro and go into the town square. The breakfast was good too; they had a nice spread of different pastries, sausage, and eggs. If I go back to Athens I will be staying here again.

A perfect experience!
We were warm lying at 11pm, with a quick introduction to the city as it was our first visit.
The room is clean, large and modern (I had requested a renovated room).
Breakfast is gargantuan.
As for the location nothing wrong: 3 subway stops downtown, a stone's throw from the U. S. Embassy.
Only downside, on the last evening our roommates came home late with their child which we heard well through the wall.

The location is quite nice. Only a couple of subway stops from the city part of Athens, but far enough away to be easy to find and not quite so cramped. The employees are extremely helpful and speak English fluently as well as multiple other languages. They are very patient, even with American tourists, and have provided us with lots of information. The lobby area is very well decorated and has recently been remodeled. It also has some arcade games, a pool table, and a bar on the ground floor. The rooms have not been renovated are somewhat outdated, but not run down in the slightest, and the provided amenities are very helpful. I am very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Athens.

Greag location. Very close to city center. Food is great. Rooms are clean and comofrtable. Stuff is friendly and nice. Prices could be better.

Expected a little more from a 4 stars area. Area is safe, close to bars and restaurants and the embassy. But the room just sucks for 4 stars. Way too expensive. I guess it's just for tourists season.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are simple but very clean and the service is excellent. I loved the gym, it is spacious, not fully cluttered with old machines, and the gear are an ingenious combination of wood, water, and leather. There is also a brand new TRX Pro hanging from the ceiling and two regular, professional treadmills. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the capuccino delicious, and the little extras served during the day in the lobby area made our stay in this hotel very enjoyable.

Friendly, professional, there is a mini-market and fresh orange juice at breakfast.

This hotel is very cosy and the service is very good. I really like it.

Comfortable room: Particular the white marble on the furniture and the lamps a bit retro. Good food, breakfast in particular varies regarding hot salty foods.

Want to praise all the hotel staff: extremely friendly and polite, always happy to help. The customer service here has been the best that I've experienced in Greece (considering that I am there once a year). I stayed in the updated room which was great — — clean and spacious. I had a small shower problem, which I brought up to the consierge. The staff and hotel manager immediately attended to it. On top of that, not to inconvenience me while they were fixing the issue, I was offered another room. The hotel is close by a metro station and not far from downtown. If you stay here, know that you are in great hands and will be taken care of! Highly recommend and will stay here again! Special thanks to the hotel manager Natasha, consierge Aris and the rest of the crew!

Everyone here is very friendly and alwayd ready to help you with anything. The food is very good and they can cook you anything!

A great accommodation very close to the city center in a beautiful neighborhood. Some great bars with nice music, a bakery, a souvlaki place, a Tavern, a mini market-kiosk and a 24hours sandwich storeare located in about few meters from the hotel. The hotel is is really good choice, modern, clean, friendly stuff, the facilities satisfying and the food delicious. The interior design in the public spaces like the living room, the bar, the lobby and the restaurant is contemporary pop style and it relaxes your eyes. Loved it. The stuff is so friendly, professional and problem-solving that my stay was accomplished with a big success. It is very close to the main attractions of the city and the public transportation means help you be there easy and quickly. I totally recommend it and I will be back for my next visit in Athens.

This is in a nice part of Athens. Although the walls are thin and the beds could be more comfortable, the staff are above and beyond helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again.

The only positive thing I can mention from our experience there was the Staff. The Staff was very nice and kind. All other aspects were very disappointing, in the pictures it looks like a cosy hotel, in reality looks like a very old hotel with bad smell in the bathroom. The food was low quality too.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The only problem is that the elevators are too small, and the isulation is quite poor; you can hear what people in the next room are saying.

Well known place for me, I chose it most times I travel in Athens. The staff is always excellent: kind, helpful and very warm. Great value! Next to the centre of Athens, half an hour from Acropolis, Monastiraki and many of the museums. Variety of restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The room as always clean and spacious, renovated fitness room and playroom. Congratulatios!

Good Hotel in the centre of Athens. Although it looks old it is currently in renovation process and both the lobby and the breakfast area have left it amazing. Breakfast very rich and varied.

Really nice and welcoming hotel. Everything is a stable 4/5, the breakfast, the food, the common areas, the rooms and the gym. The only part that is lacking are the showers. The water pressure is (very) low on the top floors and there are no inserts for the shower head. I really recommend it if your in town.

This Hotel is simply AMAZING! The best one I have been so far. The rooms and facilities are excellent, modern design and exceptionally clean! The best asset though is the staff. I have never met people that are so nice and willing to help you with everything! From the reception to the bar staff every single person is amazing. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel near to the city center, nice location, well connected with buses and metro. Amazing service and a nice, flavorful spread of breakfast. Staff is really courteous and try their best to make the guest comfortable. Rooms are clean, spacious and balcony add to the comfort. Highly recommended.

Somr details were off, like quirky bathroom appliances and thin walls (which allow you to hear your neighbors even when they aren't really being loud). Good service and cleanliness though!

Hotel fairly well preserved in a good area within a 10-minute walk from the metro and 2 stops from Syntagma.
