Staff is unbelievably friendly, from the front desk. To the breakfast person room. And the great staff at the rooftop bar!

We stayed here before and Service was amazing, however when we rechecked in the secind time got crappy service. Staff attitude should really be addressed by mamagement.

Beautiful hotel, very reasonable rates, super friendly staff, walking distance to Plaka, parking available, beautiful view of the Acropolis. Free breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious choices.

Pleasant hotel and staff. Good location. Walking distance to pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants. Decent breakfast provided. Rooftop bar is good, nice selection of Greek wine and really enjoyed the dinners. View of the acropolis is very nice.

Fantastic staff and location. And the new roof top restaurant is fantastic with the most amazing chef. 4th visit and will be back.

A very nice hotel. Nice, helpful and friendly staff they where very welcoming. Upon arrival we got a free voucher for a welcome drink on the roof bar. The room was very nice and clean, and the bath room the same, and there was a nice big bathtub. From the small balcony you can see the city skyline which is very nice, but some noise from the traffic most be expected. Mini bar standard and the price was as at a fair level. Including in the room there was a smartphone which could be used during the stay as a city map or you can use the built in city guide, Including calls and texts. This is a very good idea and it worked without any issues. Breakfast was 7 euros and was ok with a good selection of bread, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, but the coffee and juice was not very pleasant both had a very chemical taste.

Terrible Experience! Booked through Expedia and the hotel never confirmed my room. Called a few hours later to cancel my room fearing I’d show up & not have a place to stay. The hotel refused to refund my money! Don’t book this hotel! Unfair service! Ps. Expedia denied the above review so I thought I’d post it so others could learn from my mistake!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Walked a short distance from the train station down a pleasant street to get to the hotel. Friendly staff throughout. Breakfast was 7 euro each. Tons of options, good food and beverages options (eggs, bacon, sausage, egg fritters, yogurt, hot dogs and bread galore. The next day we ate dinner and breakfast at the same restaurant one block away from the hotel. It was a local Greek 24hour one and absolutely amazing not only because of cost but quality and tasty food. Our room was clean but a bit cool (35 F degrees outside). Heat works when your in the room so a bit chilly until it warmed up. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. Only con was the shower. Small European bathroom but the shower arrangement could have been better planned. The faucet was right to the side of where you stand to get under the water so every time I would turn to wash my hair my butt would bump the handle and shut off the water.

This place is very nice and close to many cool places to eat/drink, metro station and 10 minutes from Acropolis by foot. The rooms are clean, big enough and have a nice balcony to relax. The guys at reception are nice and helpfull — thanx!

Nice hotel. Very close to historic sites. Skip their breakfast though, instant coffee and orange flavored water… breakfast restaurants are nearby.

About 7-10min walk from acropolis station Room was cozy and clean, and baggage storage service was nice. It could have been better if there was an outlet to charge my phone near the bed.

The hotel is very good considering the area where it is located and is great both from a point of view of the rooms and the cleanliness. Not very happy with the dinners. The breakfast on the other hand is varied and rich.

It has the necessary to rest comfortable, very friendly all the staff… would return.

Good value over price ratio. Very close to the metro Sygrou-fix. Very good and helpfull personel. Four stars easy from me!

Excellent hotel for its price. Updated lobby. Rooms are a little dated but it was clean and has a nice patio. Staff was very friendly. Location is good for getting to tourist attractions. Though the street it is on is an old residential/commercial street so I was a little bit put off by it at first. Most of Athens is like that so I'll still give it 5 stars.

Small but reasonable hotel for short visit. Staff are friendly and responsive. Best if all it is located in a relatively quiet street that is only 5 minutes walk from Acropolis, and 3 minutes walk from 2 metro stations.

Standard room and small bathroom that requires a renovation. Beds with very normal mattress. Mini Bar. Television with few international channels, none in Spanish.
Breakfast buffet with few products and fair quality.

Great hotel, with a good situation. The staff is really kind & helpful. The rooms are clean, but with a small lack of soundproofing. I also loved the kind attention (free fruits & water). Ideal to spend some nights in the center of Athens!

A very great hotel! It is 2-3 blocks from the Acropolis, coffee shops, and pastry shops. A 10 minute walk from a park to see the Acropolis. Also 10minute walk to Hadrian's Arch and more sites! About 25 minute walk to Athens Flea Market. I highly recommend staying here!

The location was good.

Room was neat and tidy but pretty basic. Ours also had a balcony over looking the street below. Great hotel in a fantastic location. Literally a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis and nearby Plaka. Would definitely stay there again!

We went on a short trip to Greece, stayed at this hotel. The rooms had a very large balconies. Quite good during summer to have a an evening tea. The hotel seems a bit dated, but it was quite well kept and we had no complains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our request. The hotel itself is in 15-20 min walking distance to Acropolis and 3 min from metro station. Quite good location if visiting for going to Acropolis.

The best structure in Athens for location and quality of rooms.

Matina at the reception desk made the difference in my stay. She was very accommodating and finds time to answer my queries and guided me to a great restaurant nearby. The room was clean but didnt have a place to keep my luggage on except on the floor. The cabinet was small but the bed was comfy.

A great hotel; A good Athenian address in the city centre close to all the amenities of transport, monuments and shops.
A staff that is attentive, warm and very respectful.
I go there every year to participate in the Athens Marathon. And it's a great pleasure to find them every year.
However, the Internet could be improved.

Staff was friendly and very nice, but the hotel is very tired. Didn't look like the photos, and no views would have been possible from any of the windows. Was on the 6th floor, elevator was so slow and tiny it didn't make it practical to even use it. The cost of the hotel cannot be justified for what is presented/offered.

Not pretty, but very good access to the main tourist attractions in Athens. Rooms are ordinary but very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was extensive but low quality — like most Greek places, the juice was actually cordial, only here you could feel the grit of the poorly mixed powder in your cup; halfway through the allotted time most things were cold and things that had run out were not replaced. The muesli was the most bland I had anywhere in Greece.

The only bad thing is the accoustic of the building, you can hear all kind of noise from next room's plumbing and door in use, etc. Services are very ok and caring.

Had a great time, comfy and tidy rooms, helpful room service and great meals throughout the day. Only inconvenience is that the Wi-Fi is only accessible down at the lobby and upper floors barely get a good enough signal to access even their mails. Rooms were quite expensive compared to other hotels in the region. There are no actual supermarkets, internet cafes, bookstores or bakeries in the area except for fast foods. It's a 5minute walk to the metro station, bus stop and approximately 8min walk to the acropolis museum.

Great, extraordinary and close to the old town.
