Wonderful guesthouse! The location is perfect, in the village! Access to all shops on foot! Mr. Pantelis is an excellent person and an impeccable professional, he helped us with whatever we needed! We had an adventure with our vehicle when we arrived and yet he was the man who helped us spend a perfect four days and enjoy the Nemesis Guesthouse with all its features benefits of! Date again next year! We highly recommend it!

Amazing hospitality, unique scenery with wonderful service from the property manager with high standard facilities. The cleanliness is impeccable and the space is fantastic for rest and relaxation.

Although we have stayed at Agios Athanasios many times, this is the first time we have stayed at the guesthouse. The only thing I regret is that we have never stayed here before. From now on we will know where we will stay. The host K. Pantelis is wonderful. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything is wonderful!

On a trip we did with Plus Radio we stayed at this amazing guesthouse! The host Mr Pantelis was very friendly and helpful in whatever we needed. The room is in traditional style, very clean and warm. For breakfast she had a full refrigerator, breads, apple pies and in the cupboards honey, jams of all kinds and snacks. Equipped kitchen with kitchenette, kettle and toaster. The wine they offered us along with the fireplace created the warmest atmosphere we needed to relax. I will definitely prefer it again!

The most welcoming host! The room is fantastic, spotlessly clean with everything smelling of cleanliness. A fridge full of fresh goodies for breakfast. A table with buns, cakes, bread, butter, jams.
And the surprise of Mr. Pantelis a wine and a king pie for New Year's Eve! Beautiful rooms, you rarely meet such professional and beautiful people.

Travelling with my family of 5 we stayed in a 65 square meters suite. Although we initially needed some assistance to find Nemesis, the owner Pantelis was very helpful. We gave him a call and with no hesitation at all he came with his bike to the central square of Agios Athanasios and guided us to the property. There is ample parking just outside. The unit was on the first floor of a two storey building and consisted of a one plan living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It should be noted that this is not a hotel, but a collection of houses, therefore do not expect a public areas building or some sort of reception. Upon arrival our mini fridge was full of juices, milk, cheese and ham. There was also sliced bread, jam, butter and in general everything we needed to prepare a descent breakfast on our own. The hotel is very close to the central square. Pantelis was just a call away and always at our disposal to answer questions about the area. We definitively would stay again if around and recommend it to our friends.
