Whatever I say is a bit much. 1 star is too much for this particular accommodation. We booked 2 double rooms, a group of 4 people, let's start from the fact that the room we booked was different and they wanted to put us in a different one. We slept on the first night in a broken bed. As soon as we enter the room the toilet was broken, when I called the owner who came with the cleaner, her answer was that we lie and that the cistern was fine when they were cleaning (in the meantime we had just entered the room) She informs us that the yard is our place where we can drink our coffee, after a conversation on the phone with her she tells us that the camera in the yard has a microphone and we have to watch our words, which is obviously illegal. We were also charged €5 every time we filled wood, without we were informed about something like this when the reservation was made, but the lady did not accept us to pay for the wood by card, she said she would give it to us, and then she regretted it and kept €10 from the wood. I will not comment on the fact that they kept €15 because the toilet bucket was simply broken. Almost all the items in the room were defective, and he had a claim for damages accommodation to be covered by us under the pretext that we are spoiling them by telling us that we were liars. It goes without saying that my road will not take me there again because Mrs. Elena, besides being professional and rude, her behavior towards us as customers it was tragic.!
➜ Beautiful place with very good service and a magnificent view! Mrs. Elena was very kind and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and warm! The fireplace was ready for use and that was what lifted the whole atmosphere! In addition, the place is very centrally located with a parking space across the street! The breakfast was wonderful and the courtyard is magnificent! In the pluses I will also add the "Katafygio" tavern which was also very beautiful with helpful staff and perfect food! The ski resort in a short distance of about half an hour! Everything was really great! I highly recommend it!
