I had a most enjoyable stay. Your restaurant has the most delectable choice of dishes. The staff were friendly and professional. The gym was great though some of the equipment wasn't in working order. The room was lovely and toiletries very good quality, except you don't stock toothpaste and toothbrushes. Overall I had a lovely stay.

In fact I was so impressed about your reception, cuisine, room comfort, paintings and freshness of the atmosphere. However, I will advise that you put toilet brush in all the toilets so that any waste that get stucked in the toilet bowl can be brushed away because on two occasions I had to put on double rubber on my hand to clean and flush it off. You dint expect your cleaners to see someone waste right? I will also advise that you don't prepare so many foods or fruit drinks, It looks like there were more food than guests and at times they taste a little funny, especially some of the fruit drink. In all, I rate you 10/10. Keep it up, the sky is the limit!

Great hotel. One of the best hotels in Ghana. The staff was on their toes and were quick to respond to your requests. We were there for the Wampex exhibition and my guests and I were very pleased with the service provided to us. The manager paid close attention to all the details around the hotel which we appreciate as this isn't a very common sight in Ghana. The restaurant has to be the best in Ghana. Compliments to the chef for the finger lickin' food. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Accra as this is true value for money.

The service is of high quality. The staff from the biggest executive to the smallest of employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms give you the air of luxury and elegance and are really comfortable. Would definitely come back again whether for a conference or on vacation.

Service I loved. My Problem is after spending money on food and drinks, I move to the poor area to take a picture of myself with my phone (wasn't like the pool had people in it) and a guy tells me 'it's not allowed' I can't take a picture there. Really?. If only people knew how good pictures help in marketing.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very good and professional. Especially the executive lounge staff and housekeeping are very very good and the reception However the following need fixing — consistency in delivering good food one is never sure of quality. Sometimes good some times bad The aircon. Very hard to control and there is a bad smell in the room if it is off. When on its too cold.

I felt like home due to one reason, and the reason was a staff, her name is Freda. The way she received me and how assisted and talk to me as if she knows already. She made me fell like am in the house with my sister, she is so wonderful and really understand customer relations. She deserves an award. Thanks.

Very kind and professional employees at every place including security guards at main entrance. Rich breakfast, Movenpick branded coffee was delicious. Clean rooms. Dinner was good, same for room service. I voluntarily recommend it for businessmen and other tourists.

5 star hotel a good place to discuss business as well it's a place where president, pilot and a whole lot of officials go when they visit the country. You've got to be loaded to be here. Security is tight here very nice place.

I made my 2nd stay in less than 6 months. All was well as expected. Great room, fantastic breakfast and great service all round. It was rather difficult to get housekeeping to pick up a call when I needed them to. Overall, the great place I have come to expect.

Movenpick hotel is one of the new and best hotel in the city of Accra. It has numerous rooms, luxurious apartments, Olympic size swimming pool, air conditioner, steam bath, massage, large parking space, outdoor sitting, green area, standard bar, high table, restaurant, gymnasium, supermarket, and other features. Their staffs are respectful and willing to go extra mile to serve. You get to meet a large population of tourist of international community. I loved the toiletries and sheets. The rooms have good views. I think they have good and multi talented chefs. The jollof rice was almost Nigerian. Very expensive place though. You can pay in dollars.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle picked me up from Kotoka and offered me bottled water and Wi-Fi. That was great seeing as how I had traveled a long distance and wanted to contact my family to let them know I had made it. The room was nice and had a view of the pool. The breakfast was also very good and had many selections. My only issue was that the airport shuttle left us because the check out was taking a bit longer than anticipated so we had to take a taxi. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Great hotel. I'll be back!

This place is elegant and holds their staff to the highest standards. Smiling faces and a wonderful deli. I am not a fan of vanilla ice cream usually but their VanillaDream ice cream is AMAZING and a must try. I fancy the chocolate croissants as well!

Your service is very good, your staff are courteous and professional. Your buffet is also very rich. I was at your hotel for the first tone on 2014 and its good to see you have maintained and kept the ambience. However, I think the restaurant staff need to pay a little more attention to watch when a customer needs his bill. I also think your place is a bit pricey too, though I can understand the need to maintain the grounds and keep your standard up. I wish you all the best and hope to stay with you again.

It's an excellent place for conferences, the buffet was top notch and the concierge were on point, a little drawback is to improve on the lighting for speeches in the conference rooms during evening's programs, because our speakers were struggling to read their speeches because of poor lighting in the conference rooms…

That place is trully a 5 star hotel. It has every facility you will ever need and their food is super cool. A very serene environment with a vast car park. The place is very secured. Its closer to the octagon in Accra, Ghana.

Top quality hotel, with excellent service. The food is delicious although the buffet is very expensive. There is also a nice coffee shop to have sandwiches and local dishes within the hotel. ATM on site. Walking distance to a fast food pizza place and the National Theatre. Families not staying overnight can pay a fee to use the pool for the day.

I need to give this hotel 10 stars. You will even feel like resting in the bathroom. Every where neat and cook. Nice and besutifuk staff.

The rooms and facilities are all nice and some of them great, but it is the staff that make this hotel into a five star accommodation. They were super helpful throughout my entire stay.

Going inside the hotel premises is a problem. The security offices there are unprofessional. The way they check cars unbelievable and it's unprofessional. Because they don't have a device that can detected every bad weapons or bad item in someone car.

Mövenpick is awesome. Commercial area is set part from lodging area. Wide car park well demarcated. Beautiful lawns. UK visa application office is here. Emirates airlines office is here too. Lots of law chambers and foreign companies have their offices here too. Open to public Restaurant has nice food and affordable too.

Food is not great especially the classic burger which I returned (The burger patty had a little piece of bone, which completely put me off). The margarita pizza was sub par. For the prices being charged you will be sure to get a better meal experience at Golden Tulip or Labadi beach hotel. Note: You will be charged the swim fee if you just sit at the pool, there are no signs making you aware of the difference between the pool lounge area and the outside restaurant sitting location. In all definitely will not repeat!

What a spectacular edifice. Breakfast is yummy with a lot if varieties. Swimming pool is big and beautiful. Staff are exposed and welcoming. Its a great place to spend the holiday. I love the cultural display.

This is a truly superb hotel. It is not just that the facilities are great (although they are), with good attention to detail, it is the effort they make to recognise the guests, call them by name — in the restaurant, bar or just walking through the foyer and make the guest feel the hotel and staff are genuinely interested in their comfort and well being. I will be back.

Very nice and beautiful place along a road side and it has a strong security system. Very save to go or stay. It has shopping mall, exchange rate shop, good hotels, banks etc.

It's a nice looking place. I haven't stayed there before but I've been to their restaurant. Considering the fact that I fell sick after that I can't say much for the food. I do have a weak stomach so… Good service though. Nice people. I went there on my birthday and they had this small parade with singing and a sparkler so I guess it'd be good for a special occasion. All in all not bad but not great either.

Great stay and helpful staff. I tried buffet dinner and the highlights were amazing local foods in the menu plus a great dessert selection. The indoor bar is also very cozy. Downside is the pool side bar closes at 7, It would be nice if they opened longer maybe played some jazz music there in the evenings. It's such a nice outdoor area.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week in the summer. We had an overall fantastic experience! Definitely the best hotel in Ghana. The first night we arrived to the hotel, we were received very nicely by hotel guests and dinning staff. Throughout our stay, the staff of the hotel was extremely willing to help with anything and always had smiles on their faces. I am grateful since they made our trip to Ghana so great! The only thing I would complain about was the room keys. They constantly wouldn't work and you would have to go back downstairs to get them re-wired. Very very inconvenient.

Horrible. Extremely slow service, bad food and zero customer incentives. Staying there for a year does not make you any different from the first time guest. You get exactly the same attitude, same price and same terrible service. Arrogant staff that would be glad to send you off the hotel because they have the biggest infrastructure in town. I waited for 2 hours to get my room ready and yet I was charged for early check in. BEing a 5 star hotel goes beyond the infrastructure it's more about the service. I wish I can give them a negative star.

Breath taking! all of a sudden, I was in Ghana anymore. It felt like I was in the most romantic setting of my favorite romantic comedy, it was the banku with Tilapia which I ordered that brought me back to Ghana. I absolutely loved it.
