Very nice rooms, great view. Breakfast is fantastic, very large selection even with sparkling wine. In Broilerbar, however, we were treated like the last. Although we were standing there with a 90-year-old lady at the rollator and were not allowed access. The staff there was very rude to us. Our complaint to the hotel management was unfortunately without result.

Thalassotherapy and cosmetics and massage, sauna, swimming pool, all with sea view. Nice shops in the hotel, all rooms have beautiful views of the Baltic Sea and direct access to the beach, within walking distance of the harbor and atmospheric fish restaurants. Beautiful. Parking is convenient.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at the hotel Neptun, from the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. The staff are very efficient and friendly, the hotel appearance feels very welcoming, everything was beyond our expectations. There is a very well-equipped fitness room, a relaxing Spa area, and a lovely pool, all overlooking the beach. The breakfast has enough choice to satisfy everyone's appetite and in the evening the theme dinner choices were delicious.

I was a guest at Neptune for the first time. In summary, it was a fantastic week. Attentive and always helpful staff, the location is unique anyway, good food and the wellness offers are also first class and worth every penny. I felt very comfortable, thank you very much and 5* of me 👍😁

Fantastic view, a little attention, both when we slept there for our wedding and also now for my birthday 😀 That made me very happy. Even if small mistakes happen, there are people working there, which should not be forgotten! We like to come back again and again. 😊

The poorest service you can get. Not a five star hotel. Not a five star restaurants. Food arrives not as ordered or not at all and corona virus to blame for it. Rude and arrogant staff.
One thing good is the spa. Everything else don’t worth the money.

We come since 1993 to Neptune and will continue to come regularly. The Hotel is big, but it has its privacy. The staff is very nice, the Service great and the Hotel has much to offer in entertainment. Food is always great. We can highly recommend it.

5 stars! for us, in any case. All very nice and friendly. Rooms in the 16 floor was very clean and modern. We have us felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! The Breakfast is 5 star Plus and the staff very attentive and friendly. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

It is mega nice. On the floors, there is no foreign access. The rooms are well maintained, the bathroom very simple and to feel good. The view is super from the balcony.

Very nice Hotel, we had a panoramic room with views of the Mole, what I can only further recommend The Breakfast in the 19th century. Floor was perfect, thanks to very nice staff and great views. Spa, gym, restaurants, evening entertainment and disco (during the week), leave nothing to be desired. A small lack there was in the beginning in the room, but as was expected this will be fixed quickly. Thank you for the great stay.

A really great hotel, which I very much recommend from the heart. Very nice, well-appointed and clean rooms with a breathtaking view of the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also excellent with a great selection. Here everyone finds what their heart desires. Also in the spa area there is a nice selection of programs and treatments. We tried the yoga class and the Pilates hour and were very satisfied. Thank you very much, dear Neptune team, for the fantastic days. We are happy to come back and welcome you!

The room was excellent. The Outlook is fantastic. Very friendly hotel staff. Spa area clean. The swimming pool is of course the highlight. Filled with water from the Baltic sea. We would like to thank, of course, for the Surprises of our wedding. If several people check in and out want to is easy to mess up. But everything in the green area. What I must complain about the communication via E-Mail. I never get a response. All in All, the stay was simply fantastic. We come in all cases.

Wir hatten in der skybar (oberste Etage) eine Abendveranstaltung von einer Konferenz. Es wurde ein kreatives 3-Gänge Menü serviert, bestehend aus Fischsuppe, Lammrücken und bayrisch Creme. Jeder Gang war geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und liebevoll angerichtet, das Personal professionell und freundlich. Besonders der Lammrücken ist hervorzuheben. Auf den Punkt rosa gebraten so wie es sein muss, mit Kräuterkruste, balsamicojus und Beilagen. Die Aussicht aus der Skybar ist atemberaubend, man sieht ausführende Schiffe und hat einen tollen Überblick über Warnemünde, den Strand und die Ostsee. Wenn hier keine Abendveranstaltung stattfindet kann man hier Kaffee trinken oder abends einen cocktail genießen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

I was there at a meeting. The rooms for this were well equipped and offered enough space. The lunch in her restaurant was very good. The proximity to the beach is top. There is a point deduction for the large hotel block, which stands directly on the beach and impairs the look.

The hotel is almost perfect. The service is outstanding, all staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and meet high standards. Especially the food is worth mentioning. Very fresh, a very large selection and very tasty.

The view stands for itself, of course.

In short: This hotel is definitely worth its money and we will certainly be a guest more often.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but the lounge was cool and comfy. Waited for a free seat in the Broiler Bar, really good restaurant.

To start off with the views were absolutely incredible and truly make it a cafe or bar that is worth visiting however the quality of the food and drinks left much to be desired so I cannot rate it highly simply as an experience as the main menu was lackluster and this service merely acceptable and definitely not what I would have expected when I'm paying quite so much for simple food. This all being said the view by itself makes the entire experience worthwhile just order yourself a children's cappuccino they're absolutely delicious and the best recommendation I have from the menu.

Absolutely recommended. Very nice staff, clean rooms. Only shortcoming, the rooms are not air-conditioned. If you have a room to the north side does not have much of a problem, as the sun can then not shine into the room and warm it up. The view from the upper floors is sensational, of course.

We have now been to the Hotel Neptune for the third time and, as always, we felt very comfortable. We love the corner room with the great amenities and views. Unfortunately, not all bathrooms are created equal. At first we were housed on the 10th floor, where everything was perfect and very chic. After we decided to stay longer, we were allowed to move to a corner room on the 18th floor. Here we did not feel the bathroom as comfortable and beautiful as on the 10th floor and since it was very windy pulled and whistled it very much as soon as the window was opened. The service, however, is top and the staff nice, we felt very comfortable. Beds very comfortable and comfortable. We'll definitely be back. We love Warnemünde and the Hotel Neptune.

The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own parking spaces, but they are not always sufficient. This is especially difficult when you leave the parking lot and want to come back later. 18, — per day you can still add to the already quite ambitious room rates. To get there, you can adjust to a certain waiting time for check-in.
The rooms are rather small but modern. The sea view is very good.
As a starting point for the beach, for sporting activities and also towards the Old Current, the hotel is certainly well suited.

45 Jahre alt und sicherlich optisch ein schandfleck im schönen Warnemünde, jedoch on top Renoviert, ich war nur im Lobby Bereich, der entsprach absolut einem Top Hotel! Die Preise sind dementsprechend…

The normal rooms are small, but the double room is great. The view is fantastically beautiful and a treat at dusk. The service and the food simply top class. We always like to come back.

You rarely find a service like that. From arrival to departure, every wish and special wish is fulfilled. Thanks also to the porters!

Actually 5 stars if you only had to rate the food. On our last visit we were served by a very cheeky basement. Incredibly! Don't fit the Neptune. Have been a regular guest here for more than 20 years and have never experienced such a terrible evening. We definitely come back and hope to no longer get to such a waiter.

The service was a disaster in many areas and not worth 5 stars. Only the service at the Heavenly Breakfast and at supper was great.
At the heavenly breakfast there should be a card or more information. We only found out at the end that you could even order a Rumpsteak.
The cappuccino from the vending machine does not taste, this should be freshly foamed.
The rooms are quite modern but without any highlights. Good: View and sky in the room.
The spa area is great.

Actually, we wanted to go to the Skybat. But we were told at the front desk that it is full. So we sat down at the front desk at the bar. There was live music there, which I particularly liked. The waiters were all very friendly and even before coming. I would, despite the prices of drinks, go back.

We are regulars and have been more than 15 times here because we like it. However, this year we were not at all satisfied with the food and the long waiting times in the restaurant Weineck. In the old restaurant we liked it better.

Our visit to the hotel Neptun was always a great experience for us, we always like to come back. All the mid-workers are well trained.
In summer we are looking forward to the next holiday in the hotel.

Unfortunately, my claims to a 5 star hotel are different. We would be disappointed in many points. The view is great though.

We were here for a night in Neptune.
The staff is very attentive and accommodating.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The sea view on the Baltic Sea as well as on Warnemünde is unique.
In the evening we were in the lobby bar. For cocktails and wine we were still very well entertained by a musician.
The breakfast is really unique.
I'm sure we haven't been here the last time.

The staff always cared for one and also addressed directly.
So you felt welcome and cared for as a guest. It was a cordiality and warmth to feel.
Since there is also hotel where this one is missing only one number. Like in the YHD, where we used to be. The trend in recent years has been very negative.
We want the whole team to have a good time and motivation. Like a well-booked hotel.

We were there for brunch. Compared to a few years ago a significantly reduced offer for the price. The staff did not have much to do because it was relatively empty, and therefore could be very attentive to our well-being.

How I love this hotel! The location is not too overoffering. Breakfast overwhelms me every day because you can't eat as much as you like.
The rooms are cozy and clean — and the view first.
We arrive next month for the third time and it will definitely not be the last time.

We stayed today at the Hotel Neptun and wanted to go to the broilerbar! As Rostock or doberan guests, this is a highlight that they do like once or twice a year. Basically we know the somewhat brittle charm and know what we are getting involved in, I would like to emphasize that we were also well entertained in the broilerbar! As always full, we got our vibrator, which was supposed to wake us up when our space became available and took a seat at the lobby bar. When I ask if we take a drink and then settle the total bill in the broilerbar, the barred young man behind the bar tells us that we already have to pay with him. My friend ordered a chocolate without cream, which was then delivered with cream! On his veto, the young counter man then offered to drink them himself… not bad, but I don't expect such treatment in a 5 house and if we wonder why the tourism figures for mcpom have decreased so much compared to the rest of the Baltic coast in 2017, we should keep the mirror in the quiet chamber and about such behaviors as this bartender think!

We went with 4 people for Christmas lunch. The service was impeccable, the decor festive and the food delicious. The view is also great of the beach and promenade. The hotel has many different restaurants with different food and price categories. They are all great. We always come here many times when visiting Rostock.

Good hotel, great, the rooms are comfortable and with good view, because the hotel is Ujfalusi located in front of the beach, has a good spa, with indoor pool, gym and sauna, a good cafe on the top floor with excellent view. There are also two good shops where you can buy good clothes and accessories. Maybe there are some services in the room as the no iron for clothes as they gave, that service is provided by a third and takes about two days (only to iron a shirt for example), the elevators are small, but has four, AUB so were Crowded.

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Dünenfein restaurant.
Good choice of dishes. Especially the fish was delicious.

Warnemünde is worth a trip all year round. A dream. We are Hotel Neptun fans. Since the 70s year we are happy to be guests there. Times with longer, sometimes shorter stays. And… Port tour is obligatory, every time.

The view is very nice, location is perfect (directly at the beach) and the spa is also modern and clean.

The swimming pool has come a little over the years. The sauna area was very small. The breakfast was not very good, but the food was very good and the staff were very friendly. What a pity!
The elevator system is an improvement!

A great hotel in which we felt very comfortable. I guess we'll be back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very Dear Room woman (6th floor). However: in the kitchen there is air upwards. Although we are not gourmets, we would have to make comments here and there. But the Italian next door loved us very much.
All in all, a clear recommendation.

5 stars do not mean that the guests behave like this. … Otherwise, there are very good, professional and friendly staff, particularly at the reception and in the breakfast area. The service (luggage, car parking absolutely peak). The sauna area is nice. The infusion staff still needs some practice;-)
A completely successful stay.

The Hotel Neptun is a very nice clean hotel with very good cuisine. Friendly staff. You get everything your heart desires. Those who do not like wellness and others. It still has to be with booking otherwise it is not.

The new system in the elevators (use of the room cards in the lift) is not yet mature and worth improving.
I had got a room on the 15th floor where the rug was still contaminated with dog hair. As I had to learn, on this floor many rooms are allowed for pets. I was very surprised about that and had an information about it with the option to choose another floor.
In the pre-mail you have the possibility of an online check-in offered, which was then no longer possible.

The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast (buffet) is fine, the restaurants offer upscale cuisine, the service is attentive and always friendly. Especially recommended are spa and fitness area! Always happy to return! Only parking at €16 per night is a bit unfavorable.

Rooms nice and big, huge Flat-TV, bathroom with great big shower. Everything was very clean, only the rubber seal of the shower is a bit torn and on the many light dust was switches. Breakfast varied and presented well, the service is very nice and immediately available. However, little is smiled, but the Northern lights are not in anyway famous, what seems to me, as grummligen Berlin, rather symathisch. Sky-Bar, and a Bar in the Lobby are also well equipped, at least, our wishes were not fulfilled, even if something on the map. The view from the rooms is unbeatable.

Wanted to have some drinks at skybar in the Hotel, we were told that only house guests are invited that night, although there were clearly other tourists going just for drinks.

Perfect location, great architecture as all rooms have a see view balcony. Most of staffs are very kind, and helpful just two who were discussing on serving caputicino during the breakfast. SPA with amazing view and indoor swimming pool with salt see water.

Good service, very nice view and location, public transport is just a few minutes away.

So this is the best broiler there at all. Staff very friendly and we always like to come here. Thank you.

Wonderful views from the rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent. We had our two rooms, in the direction of the evening sun posted – just beautiful. The staff was to us always very friendly and competent. Every request was promptly fulfilled. Our rooms were very well equipped, very clean and quiet. The wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access in our rooms, which was sufficiently fast and always available. The Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and very well balanced. The offers in-house dining options are extensive, from a high level, but also appropriately too expensive. The SPA area was gorgeous and very relaxing. This beautiful Hotel we will be again next year treat.

From the point of view that it is a 5 — star Hotel, and not the hostel around the corner, is our weekend at the Hotel Neptun simply have been a disaster. We wanted a relaxing short break in Warnemünde spend, however, were of the staff that has always driven a hurry, had to with mediocre food partial take, and were compared to the retirees as second class guests! Conclusion: Private, NEVER AGAIN! Who wants to know more: It started already at the arrival with a bellboy at the more than to grumble our bags in reception took. Our visit to the Genusshafen of the hotel Neptune corresponded unfortunately not to our expectations. A offered by listless waiters, a forgotten court, halbrohe potatoes and inattentive Service showed a picture, which you don't necessarily recommend. Why you look at the order for the cause of food-being, reveals itself to us. A tiny attention towards the its would have been appropriate. Conclusion : not recommended.

Unique hotel with incredible views. The beach in Warnemünde is also very nice and mostly Algenfrei. The rooms are modern decorated. The room service is good and fast. It's a pity that the swimming pool next to it will probably never be opened.

Incredibly, this hotel has a five star! We had to carry a wheelchair from the parking garage via a narrow staircase over two floors! Are the guests next to the table at breakfast and wait until it is done with eat is because there are not enough places. With several House shoe we were US carriers including such in the nursing home. The House itself has come just in the year. The cleanliness itself is fine also the staff are very friendly something else would be a disaster in this price class. The promised sauna and fitness area is not functionally sterile more, each third-class suburban swingers Club definitely has a nicer look.
Who's on OSSI nostalgia like ready meals and money plays no more role is well catered for in the Neptune.
A Trabant or maintenance as a vehicle that should park in the parking garage due to acute lack of space to represent no problem.
My conclusion five star are too much as a three star hotel and I would not have been satisfied the prices so but.

Our wedding was a complete success in your home.
All our guests, clearly we were impressed by the excellent service and hospitality. The synchronization of the waiter was top, the food was perfect.

We were in the "broiler room" eat, therefore I am referring to this. The food was very good, it tasted all present. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is comfortable, and the view over the beautiful dunes. All in all a successful trip.

Iconic enjoyment! You must have tried the broiler in the legendary broiler bar with views of the Baltic Sea and the beach of Warnemünde.
