We stayed 3 days in January at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. Room, service, breakfast, everything great.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. Nice and friendly service staff. Parking lot around the hotel with parking ticket. But in front of the underground Garage — book at the hotel. Hotel is just behind the promenade. From here, for example, walk through the Stoltera to the hotel and restaurant Wilhelmshöhe. The hotel has a sauna and massages are available. Recommended for weekends or short breaks.

For a short weekend to relax with the family, this hotel is not recommended. No parking facilities young unfriendly staff for breakfast. You didn't feel welcome! The choice for the price skimpy no fresh yogurt no quark all in cups. Everything was hingeklatscht and in broken German Pampig responded on demand from coffee. The location was nicely located 2 minutes to the beach. In the evening we are with our daughter in the Sandbank lounge nice ambiance of the waiter however with strong tipsy babbling the drinks are added so we are after the drink directly to the room. The cleaning was very good very nice room. But we will not resist for this price and this service!

Breakfast does not offer nearly room for all guests. Is uncomfortably located in the basement. Offer of sausage and cheese leaves to be desired, and is partly not at all tabled. Will only be asked for questions.
Especially on holiday we would like to have a nice breakfast in peace and with Muse. In this hotel the incentive is not given because I would describe the breakfast as just enough.
Very young service staff, which in itself is not a problem for me if they are properly trained. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
The guest is not king here. We have noticed that in a complaint. Because the room is really not cheap, I would have liked customer friendliness.
For the price definitely not recommended!

Central location, within easy walking distance of the old stream.
The guests in the room above us were very noisy, so I try to get a room on the top floor at the next booking.

At night at 4 according to music in the room! Hosts are not interested in the sleep of the guests. Otherwise small buffet and Zimmerreihnigung will not be met on a regular basis! Actually a pity because the rooms were good in themselves and especially the Hozeldirektor very friendly!
