➜ Very nice apartment, clean, tidy and appropriately furnished. Park house next to, Sbahn in close proximity, directly at the cruise port and a few minutes walk to the centre, the Old electricity. Elevator in the house. Free powerful Wi-Fi. Everything just fits.
➜ Perfect holiday apartments for a reasonable price in the immediate vicinity of the town centre, the beach and directly at a S-Bahn Station. In the associated Hostel DOCK IN can be shared with all facilities, some for a fee. It can also be booked in the adjacent Parking garage with a Parking space. The apartments are new and furnished in a modern style.

The Apartments are sparsely furnished and equipped. For families with small children not at all suitable: no parental controls in the sockets, dish is open to a shelf in the kitchen, the dining table/table top is not at all connected with the frame (was only mounted on demand by in-house technicians with 2 "Screws"). When a small child and trying to come to the table, it could have very nasty consequences. On arrival no cot/travel cot was ready. Through the site, it is under of the week, very loud, and the railway track directly in front of the house is a disaster, very loud squeal noise of trains is deep into the night. In the hot weather of the last few months it's been impossible to sleep with the window closed to sleep. The garbage cans and the glass container compared to the beginning of time 7, to week. 00 emptied. There is a lack of a vacuum cleaner, a MOP bucket, a MOP to clean at least after a couple of days time, a bit of the ground. Should you wish a cleaning service, you pay extra. Further reservations have been cancelled then because of collusion in this house, nothing of value, and in this noise, it is a nerve at all such prices!
