Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good and very clean. Breakfast plentiful and good. Parking costs 1 euro per day. That's fine and more of a symbolic price. Nobody has to get upset about that. Good value for money. Located just outside, but very quiet location. Access to public transport is also good. Recommended.

We spontaneously decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at the Baltic Sea during the Christmas holidays. No matter where, just from the Harz to the Baltic Sea. The Linden Hotel in Stralsund was actually pretty much the last free accommodation that was affordable. So the decision was dropped. And that was good. The hotel is cosy, the rooms (Junior suite) are large enough. The staff is friendly (also to 6jährigen in need of notification) and the associated restaurant also offers something for all tastes. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, so that everyone can have their own taste. Unfortunately, the pancake machine, which was so highly praised in many other reviews, was not on the breakfast buffet, which made our son a bit sad, but did not stop the great stay. We would choose the Linden Hotel again if we come to Stralsund again.
