Great houses, super lots of opportunities for the kids. Great spa area. Restaurants are just great, their own children's menu with great and varied dishes.

We were there for the second time and were disappointed this time.
Actually a great concept but the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Much worn out and in need of renovation, messy and not particularly clean. Very unfortunate.

Great facility, family friendly, great food.

So on the whole a nice facility and the staff is very nice, we were here for the first time and will definitely come back again. The cleanliness of the house is not quite optimal at least could really improve. Mold in the showers even when times look behind the scenes. But luckily we are not fussy but just want to relax.

We spent 4 wonderful days here over Christmas. Beautiful house, even with Christmas tree, super varied buffet and totally friendly, helpful staff.

Great resort.
With the service staff, a training would be great that you do not touch glasses at the top and pour the leftovers from your own and other tables together on the tray at the table.
With half board it would be great to have a soft drink or a carafe of water.

As for the cancellation of the rooms and all the money they still keep. That is an impudence. I am very disappointed and a customer for years. They lost us as a result.

The hotel and rooms are nice. Breakfast was good. The restaurants look great but you must not be hungry. Long waits and bad food. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly.

Yes but please only if you improved the food or pizza and room did not go out at the witschaftstrackt could hardly fall asleep because noisy was noisy. We had rented a holiday home for three nights and we really liked it. Great facility, playground and adventure pool were great. All staff very (guest) friendly.

Are currently still on holiday but can only recommend the resort to a limited extent.

— Breakfast in the house (no buffet possible or Only hotel guests). If we had known that before, we wouldn't have booked it like that. They wanted to do the service and not everyone at home.
— Outdoor swimming pool is being renovated in the "summer", what is the point of that?!?!? (Correction, on the last day the outdoor area was reopened)
— House very dirty at handover, had to put on his own hand
— all activities cost extra
— expensive drinks (water bottle 6, 9 euros in the restaurant) who has 4 stars must also deliver 4 stars and not just cost so much
— garbage cans overflowing and not being picked up
Too bad had hoped for more, then again Center Parcs, where you get much more for the money.

We were there for the 4th time. And mega disappointed. All in a flop no breakfast buffet although rolls to the house but therefore we do not zah these prices. After 7 days, the measure was full. Demand again at reception and see since we were allowed to the buffet. Too bad for 7 vacation days
Very unfriendly at the reception. Eating especially at noon and evening more than disappointing. Schnitzel semi-frozen in the heat containers was the obergau. That was the last time never so really suler bad and consider the price. Kids Club a fall it was only kids allowed to be registered in a certain time window if you do not stand 20 min before there no chance. Children were therefore often disappointed. Because they were looking forward to it. The animators top. Unfortunately if in high season only single fighters on three days really mega strenuous and yet kind thank you Paulina and thank you Emely who supported her after that super. Unfortunately, it was our last time there.

A resort. Very very child-friendly! Super nice staff, lots of offers for the whole family. Beautiful apartment. We are looking forward to next year!

I can recommend anything… eat super tasty, people super nice and the ambience also maga… come back in any case.

On the positive side:
In itself a very nice complex, quietly located houses and you are for yourself. Can also walk to the hotel without any problems to go to dinner. Great swimming pool also for the little ones. Very nicely laid out and also sufficient. The Little tobeland is also really beautifully made, our mouse resiner lots of fun.
Now to the negative:
— Our house was not very clean, fans in both bathrooms very dirty and germinated, many spiders and cobwebs, after we had reported it at the reception NOTHING happened. We reported it to our tour operator then it was fixed. Good was also really then looked into every corner and cleaned.
— The children's club should be better signposted
— There was a Disney figure where there was children's buffet, this was NEVER on and there was nothing for kids to eat
instead, every day (we were here for 4 days) there were noodles with sauce for the children. This is not appropriate defensively there are so many ways for children to offer a different choice
— the buffets for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner should definitely be bigger and also wider, if there are many people there, you have to be careful that you can not be the one eating over the things tilted over the things
— Wi-Fi should be everywhere, in the hotel yes and then max 200m and then it was.

Room was great. Staff nice and friendly, food sufficient and good. Schlagerparty was bomb. Next year would like to return to this super hotel…

Definitely a place for families, near the autobahn with the possibility to short drives or cycle to the nearest lake… but the food is all buffet. At least this is what I experienced as we were on a all inclusive package. Food quality poor. Nothing special. Bungalows are beautiful well equipped but really for families as there are tons of activities for kids including a place to pet animals like bunnies goats and sheep. Lake near by are stunning worth seeing.

All in all a great place for families. There are plenty of attractions for kids, an indoor and outdoor pool, pet zoo, big playground and a kid's club. The main building is well kept and clean. The cottages are okay, but could be cleaner. Also you have to bring your own towels, detergents, and dishwasher tabs & toilet paper. Staff friendliness varies depending on whom you speak. There is lots of room to improve.

Stayed here for a Week with my family in a house. The house was very badly cleaned, still old toothpaste in the glasses in the bathroom, and the shower was dirty. All the food in the pool bar is heated in a microwave, even the cheeseburger. And the staff was very unfriendly. The only good thing about this place is the restuarant. Will definitely not be going back or recommend to anyone.

On arrival we had to reserve dinner. This could only be done at certain times. Although the time has not yet expired, no one was there. The response was annoyed when asked. Overall, employees were quickly annoyed when they had too many questions. From day one we had cola without carbon dioxide. No small forks for the children. You have to ask extra about it and that in the family resort. In the holiday home Spienwebenn, although on the day was cleaned. Ants on the ground floor. Recreational facilities for children that are free, very little available and that in the family resort. Petting zoo only 2 different animal species, although there is more in the brochure. The single-goat trampoline outside is chargeable. You have to pay for a lot of things. Food: Too often potatoes as a side dish. Adventure pool : I've seen better ones. Supermarket in the resort : Unfriendly saleswoman who calls and at the same time serves customers. Total: Price — Performance is not correct. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

For Parents with young Children, the Resort is certainly good.
If you refrain from the Fact that there is no air Conditioning in the hotel you do not like to place very much emphasis on good food in a completely overcrowded Swimming Pool is the very expensive Prices accepted and then let yourself be muffled by unfriendly Staff you are very well taken care of in The hotel, which has already been in the Year.
Oh, so with the Houses, one must not be Afraid of Ants, which also lives to hundreds in the Houses otherwise we no longer have a lot of Fun.

We had a nice Weekend. The Cottage was well equipped, only in the Kitchen lacked enough Drinking Glasses (Wine Glasses were sufficient for this) and large Cups (not everyone drinks filter coffee). For a Short Trip, however, we can highly recommend the Resort!

In this family hotel rest only Germans, mainly to switch from the bustle of the city. Perfect for organizing corporate meetings. A large boardroom that can seat up to 300 people.

Unfortunately, it was not clearly written on the Page that we have to bring Hand/bath towels and Tea Towels ourselves. Perhaps An Addition would be better.
Sanitary Facilities in the Apartment were clean. Small Deduction only because the rest Of the apartment was not so perfectly clean. But If you don't have a Mega Cleaning heaven, you can see away over it.
We will be very happy to come back and I would recommend it further.

The hotel may be agreeable, but the cottages can be forgotten. At first the houses look well-groomed and modern, but for the stay you just didn't think far enough. No towel racks, no runs for the garden furniture, the parasol has been missing, cutlery and crockery is kept to a minimum, not even a piece of soap is located on the toilet. They are little things that make your stay more pleasant. Then pretty much all the activities take place in the hotel. The petting zoo has a few animals that crawl into their safe zone, you have to register for pony riding at the reception, the mini golf course is rather neglected, we have not tried the adventure pool yet, but no longer have such great expectations. Food was quite good (ice cream or waffles with ice cream) but the operation was rude. All in the Allen just not for people who want to go on holiday independently of the organizer or hotel.

We just made beautiful Pentecost with the family. The apartments we have rented are spacious and nicely furnished. We also find it great to visit the hotel's swimming pool and children's land free of charge.

The cleaning lady came into the room without knocking on the door while I was standing completely naked. I don't care my self since im not that shy but it's still a very unacceptable act. The manager who was greeting me when I arrived in the evening was not able to speak English and actually got irritated when I tried to communicate in English with him. Everything else was okay, but because of these two things, they don't deserve more than one star.

Nice hotel for families and holiday visits to Mecklenburg. Good traffic connection to Autobahn A19. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Absolutely recommended. Especially for children an experience. Swimming pool, games country, large playground, petting zoo, … And the adults are not too short. Many different ways to make your free time…

Very nice area. The cottages are great. Very homely and cosy. The pub was also great. Breakfast and lunch were great. Dinner was not such a hit.

A very nice facility the house was also great unfortunately, there were quite a lot of silver fish. The service and also the food greatly diminished everything is just still designed for profit and on the day of departure I wanted to order just before 2 pm, because all inclusive ended up drinking something and was comforted by the waitress and then when she had time she told me that the time is around U nd we have to pay. We've been here twice now, but definitely the last time.

Nice cottage. Perfect for families with children of all ages. Extensive entertainment. Unfortunately, directly on the highway. So always a certain background noise. Barbecue only possible with gas. Restaurants nice but very crowded on weekends.

The cleanliness in the cottage left to be desired. In the Italian restaurant I had a burned pizza. Swimming pool for the amount of guests just too small. Staff very friendly. It looked good in the hotel.

Always happy. Family relaxing and delicious. The fireworks for the new year were breathtaking. I've never seen this in my life before. The pyrotechnics really used everything and created in the sky a work of art to which I will think my life. Thank you very much. Gladly again.

The service in the restaurant is underground. No one came to order. We then contacted a waitress who took the order and plugged the note. 30 minutes later, not even the drinks were there and on request from another waitress it turned out that the order had not yet arrived. So newly ordered and after 45 more minutes we had food and drink without an apology or anything like that. And we weren't the only ones with this experience.

We were positively surprised at how big the double room is. Also the bathroom is well equipped. There is a bathtub and a shower! In addition, the variable Sliding door for Bath and Hall is refined. There are spacious cupboards and even a refrigerator and a balcony. The entrance hall is also very inviting and imposing. It is pleasant to stay there. It was a bit noisy in the room. Still a pity that we could only stay 1 night!

We were on Sunday brunch including entrance to the swimming pool there. Unfortunately the buffet was not worth the price. It was filling but standart. From the swimming pool we are out after 5 minutes because it was more than crowded and all the seats were occupied by either people or towels. There was no lie let alone a resting room/a retreat corner. There was no direct connection to the sauna area. One would have to go over the cold hallway, at the back door (with constantly opening sliding doors). But the staff is very nice.

Unfortunately, this year we have seen significant shortcomings and quality deficiencies in all areas. This is primarily about the New Year's Eve gala. The buffet was hardly edible and cold. The look was really handsome, but the taste was more than disappointing. The meat was dry and the appetizers partially uncooled. In addition, almost all family members had significant gastrointestinal problems. Saving in the wrong corners, causing health problems, is completely unacceptable. The employees seemed uninformed and helpless. At the reception there was no overview of the booking, the actual number of people in the holiday home and the services included in the price. The table reservations did not vote on any of the four days. We have raised abuses on several occasions, but they reappeared the next day. The beverage prices with booked half board are also overpriced, if you take into account the already paid house prices. It is a pity for its development, because we were really satisfied last year.

Den 2005 to this 2017 we have been 40 times. Besides we love the wild party.

Cottage 417 — absolutely lovely. First class bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a family of 6 to share for 4 days over Christmas. 2017. TV with lots of channels (not any english). Leisure pool great for all ages — some good slides but not too dangerous. Food in ala Carte was very good every evening. Good value for money there. Bar in main Plaza had good selection. Only fault — catering in pool area is expensive 2.5euro for a bockwurst and piece of dry bread. Drinks there expensive too 2euro for small cup of water!? Kudos to all staff — very professional and friendly and would always try to help.

Had rented a holiday home for Christmas. Holiday home has come very much in the years. House but very nice warm.
Beds also great. The fans in the bathrooms very noisy, boomeding through the whole house.
House technician had a fan disconnected from the power supply, then it was only the fan in the toilet that did not want to go out by itself.
Our grandma slept in the lower bedroom and was not powerful in the unspoilt technique, so the fan ran for hours.
We cannot complain about the half-board.
Leisure facilities also good.

A large resort located directly on the motorway with hotel rooms in the main house and many holiday homes around the main house. There are various restaurants on the premises and some leisure facilities. The swimming pool with the slides is great and was the highlight for us.
For smaller errands there is a small supermarket in the main house.
The cottages are spacious and well equipped. Sometimes there is a lack of cleanliness. Despite the proximity to the motorway, it was nice and quiet.
The food was nothing special but OK and the staff was friendly.

I was for a seminar. A few people speak English. The food is correct, but be prepared to get fat. The resort is for family only. Beautiful place, well organized.

Very nice resort with restaurants and small supermarket. So you don't have to go back in the evening because there is no water or toothpaste.

The bungalows should be a little fresh, but I couldn't check them myself.

Delicious food, friendly service and clean rooms.

The location is nicely placed in the middle of an awesome lake area. The service is good, no complaints at all. It's hard though to find someone who speaks English except for the staff at the reception. Our room was very nice. If you want to have a nice relaxing weekend with your family this resort is what you want.

The houses are big enough for at least 8 people to fit in. The bathrooms could need a little renovation and the housekeeping is not allways doing their Job. After pointing some things out to the friendly receptionists most things got fixed. The spa-area is quite nice and good if you need to relax. The swimmingpool-area on the other hand is far to small. All in all it is a nice place to visit with family but I wouldn't recommend it for couples or a group of friends.

Poor service, breakfast and in the evening the gourmet buffet worse than in a boarding house, apartment unfortunately filthy, open cable were at the House around, Bell did not work, spa staff very incompetent, swimming pool with missing ceiling in the locker room, for this very very expensive.

We were there without children, and even if this actually is a resort designed for families with children, it was a really nice stay… Of course you can permanently clean keep not every window pane with many children in the House, but all the important areas are clean! Sauna is not quite as big as it looks in the picture, but there were not many people in there and so very comfortable. The evening buffet was plentiful and fresh even at the end… I don't know how the houses are, but the hotel rooms are great! Groß, with a balcony, with a separate bath and shower, mini fridge, large closet and really clean! Thanks to the super nice and never annoyed staff!

We had a nice clean apartment. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities are super. For children, there are many game options. Our granddaughter wanted to make holiday not away and even longer. We can really recommend van der Valk lens door. 5 stars from us.

We have redeemed a gift voucher for a short trip (2 nights) for two persons in the van of the Valk resort Linstow and booked two additional nights make the journey worthwhile. The first annoyance was that the voucher is not redeemable in the summer (mid-June to early September) and this was not indicated on the voucher. A double room on the first floor in one of the cottages has been assigned to us.
Check-in was friendly, however I would have liked more information (e. G. ). To the end at breakfast — hotel guests and holiday cottage guests are namely separately treated or restaurants). Instead of personal information, we received various brochures — been there, you could tell that one is no more than a in this huge resort number is.
Was positive, that you could park directly in front of the cottage, thus one saves the tugging of the baggage from the central parking lot of the hotel. Unfortunately, the room disappointed us at first sight. The equipment was not adequate for 4 stars and the price per night (€79). The bathroom is very small and the air vent doesn't work in our shower we had black mold and even hair from his predecessor. Furthermore one can turn up the shower only about a quarter — resulting in it, that it is almost impossible to wash the shampoo out of your hair.

The food is generally quite nice, that problem was that our dishwasher did not work so well, the houses.

We ate lunch in the restaurant. I was impressed with the fish. My wife said that their food was pretty dry. And I could not make the payment with card because the device that did not work.

We visited the resort with our granddaughter 2013. We had rented a part of a House to us three. We had supplied us for breakfast and dinner, myself. Because the resort close to the A-19, it is fast in Rostock, Schwerin, Güstrow and goods, Malchow, Krakow. Countless possibilities for trips. Unfortunately, the indoor swimming pool is too small for so much guests. The resort is recommended.

We had the House of the 7.2.12.2.2016 404 when hired.
Unfortunately in the past year increased defects occurred. This time something more unfortunately.

We had a cottage type C more still than the main building one notices the 15 years somewhat. Overall, the very positive impression but predominates. The entertainment options are diverse, varied and very family friendly. Everything is neat and clean and child-friendly. Unfortunately, we learned only on the spot which services all were available and that there are extra family-friendly houses. The staff was always courteous and indemnify complied with all our special requests. The only drawback was the food, which was indeed tasty and good quality, but offered little healthy. In the morning, no Rohkohst, no natural yoghurt, no pure oatmeal. In the evening lots of meat, toasted and cream sauces. Will you do something good for himself and his children to have to cook. If it is appropriate we come back definitely.

Nice Location for a family holiday, very clean and comfortable. Spaces for all Kind of activities available. Very child friendly.

We were in the van for a week the Valk resort Linstow. Unfortunately, you realize the refurbishment backlog at every nook and corner. We had a holiday home category V (No. 344) scrolls the plaster on the facade. Mold in the showers. Temporary sealing of the shower cabins with abundant Silicon. Cuisine from the last millennium. Acrid stench of urine from the toilet on the ground floor. Two toilet bowls jumped. Dead mosquito remains on all wallpapers dead spiders here and there. Simply inconvenient rubber mats under the bed sheets are absolute Kracher but instead ordinary mattress covers. Apparently it is assumed that all guests are chronically in continent. There are no double beds! There are just two pushed-together single beds me very soft mattresses.
This also by the main runs like a red thread. Dirt in the play paradise, the air can be cut from early afternoon there is so bad. In the Plaza, there is no better. Chairs are not cleaned over the days. The fountain is calcified, also very pretty, totally, the pump is loose in the water, the cable monkey cable on the edge.
Waiters are teenager without gastronomic background to 80%. Are very committed and friendly, unfortunately also quickly overwhelmed. Almost daily, the food is so-so, the buffet is repeated. But given selection.

We were here with two children in a cottage in the summer. The breakfast was a mass processing. Taste alright. Dinner at the Plaza was alright, could however be varied. Our cottage was worthy of some modernisation. The bath was in order.

The Interior is beautiful and inviting, the food (meat in sauce ertränktes in 17 varieties! ) However, and the mass of people with little experience in hotels tarnishes something. Some waiters are extremely and helpful, the SPA area is great.

We were the 2nd time there. The first time 2 years ago as a childless couple, short break over 2 nights at the hotel. Our impression was quite positive at this time and this time, we decided for a further stay.
In this we were now to 3 (baby, nine months) and it went for a week in a vacation house Variant C.
Conclusion: We were there the last time.
The cottages are not recommended.
Not only the poor hygiene shows more in some places (in the entire resort), also the cottages make a renovation-needy impression.
Except the bathrooms in the House, here was modernized what is also particularly stands out, because the rest of the House rather reminiscent of Grandma's time.
Electric heaters provide heat the House, care for young children, this time of year is only the highest level.
There are also warm water, however you must very long run. Either cold and sparingly, or warm and lavishly so.

We were over new year's eve here and have some drawbacks. We are working with multiple people and children, to dangers. The interior of the houses, 352, and 353 are left to be desired, the kitchen is at a level of 15 years ago have been without a microwave, without reasonable stove, no heaters in the bathrooms, and approximate clean! Since we have a bedspread for the children forgot we asked at the reception whether we could help but this was denied. A. Day later, we asked for a Extra bed for a surcharge but this was not possible because there is no beds were let alone a mattress. Oh Yes, Wi-Fi gives it only in the Lobby, which for the present time is not acceptable. Now, recreational amenities so-so! The water Paradise did not even have a decent pool for the toddlers just a Pool without anything except water, not really temperature! Also nothing on a Good Stand. The Paradise, unfortunately, had only abgegrifenes inventory and contact was there. But you could certainly try to ventilate it always smelled to contaminated air, whether in the morning or in the Afternoon. Conclusion: for 1000 $ per week there are better. Facilities with friendly and flexible staff! NOT AGAIN! The staff of the Gästehausreinigung was really friendly.

Were of home&house Christmas celebration there, a very good investment therefore fuenfsterne nice staff again and again.

Already the 2nd time there and we will come back. Friendly staff and a great investment. Homes are beautifully furnished, clean and well equipped. A microwave oven would be still great but with the furnace, it's also. Here and there are a few cobwebs but otherwise clean. We can not judge but the food because we always cook. The Valk Linstow we can only recommend.

I'm going with my family since 2005 (since I was 8 years old) in the hotel. Personally I can say that this hotel is definitely meant for families with young children.
Why children?
There is a bathing paradise with cool slides in the hotel and a large game paradise, which is similar to an Indoorspielplatz in small format (was previously by the way much smaller). The animation is also very good as I can get with that.
For adults there is a wide selection of wellness massages, sauna, whirlpool, etc. As z. B

Great for kids* The system is getting on in years, and cleanliness could be better. Also the Motivation of some employees in the Service leaves much to be desired. But the dwarf (3) it has a lot of fun. Indoor and outdoor Playground are great. The water Park is so-so. Food is typical Buffet. Filling, but not very varied. I was with my loved ones for 4 nights in December in the Hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, spacious, with a balcony, bathroom with tub and shower. Overall, good infrastructure (rooms++, reception+-, Plaza+ swimming pool+-, Sauna++, Squash+, Kinderbespaßung like Wonderland, pony rides, petting zoo, Crafts, etc), what the Hotel has to offer, all i. We have received a gift certificate for two nights and were quartered in a cottage there. There it smelled moldy, it was dirty, the bathroom was tiny and the shower in all dignity. There was no SOAP and the heating was also not warm. We would not recommend the holiday homes. However, the main building has made a good impression — we can not evaluate how the rooms look. Anyway, we are checked out again after an overnight stay, because I myself have refused to get in the shower.
