Very run-down, 1st room: shower with black mold 2nd room smells fashionable in the bathroom. The rooms were to be urgently renovated and the bathrooms renovated. Until then ; Never again.

On the arrival on 22.11.17 we were very friendly welcomed, with questions about Hamburg and parking facilities she became quite snippy. The rest of the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and questions were answered kindly.

Also during the second stay at the beginning of December was again very friendly reception staff. Thank you very much.

Hotel out of the way, rooms very old and quite crappy. Breakfast just enough. A destination for workers who are out of the house on business trips. If you're looking for comfort stay away.

The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. Simple, clearest menu, but tasty and inexpensive for Hamburg. Those who have no fear of spider weaving in the rooms, who do not mind badly stressed furniture and small mildew stains in the shower, will find here his cookie.

Price/performance fits. Staff very friendly. Room somewhat in the years, but OK. Entry into shower for people with any restrictions a little high. Hence 1 star less.

Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, quiet but relatively small. Wireless/TV all available.
Positively the in-house restaurant has opened from 18:00. But unfortunately the menu is very discreet, as far as the offer of the dishes is concerned. For one or two nights the price does not run as long as there is no trade fair.

The bathroom is a disaster.

I had eaten a schnitzel with fried potato on the eve. It was OK but you get more elsewhere for 11.80 Euros offered. Around the corner is a Chinese at which it tastes very good. I'll go back there next time.

Normal 3Sterne Hotel, Room (214) was OK, decent beds, small bathroom (shower). With balcony. Everything was clean. Something in the years. Free parking.

If it is professionally for a couple of days in Hamburg. It is completely sufficient. Staff is friendly, Breakfast is standard, rooms are outdated but OK.

A simple hotel for fitters and others who work professionally in Norderstedt or Hamburg. The hotel has been in the years and the rooms are not comfortable. But my bed was absolutely fine. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The Reunigungspersonal does a good job. The staff is friendly. Parking is free but the places are limited and the parking is poorly lit and in a lousy condition. All in all one of many old hotels that earn their money with professional travelers and offer relatively little for money. But the prices are still OK for the location. The next door is a small pedestrian area with disco under, Asia snack tasty and cheap and a nice beer parlor as well as some other shops.

Positive: Free parking, free Wi-Fi negative: The hotel is badly in need of renovation. The lift was broken, loose lamp cables hung from the ceiling, the room and especially the bathroom were musty.
For €75 per night in a double room it just has to be more…
The hotel has a taste of a cheap "relegated".

For the price of ~50€ /night it was ok. Not that clean place that it looks like on photos. Breakfast was very good, service people were also very kind. I would reccomend it if you need a cheap hotel near Hamburg.

Neither clean nor as illustrated. We will only spend this night here because we have been on the road for more than 20 hours.
The only positive is the insanely friendly reception staff.
I will sleep in this bed only with my own T-shirt above the pillow.
Smoke detector hangs on the silk thread from the ceiling and when trying to attach it, it is noticeable that it only serves the optics, which is even on a sticker in the smoke detector. "Optical Smoke Detector".

Medium class Hotel on the North side of Hamburg. Interior as in the 1970ties, nice rooms. Easy access to local bus to go Downtown. Restaurant is available. Located in a quite area, but outside Hamburg. Expect 45 mins by bus/Train to get Downtown.

This is a very beautiful hotel. It is a cheap hotel. But at the same time a very good hotel. Rooms and everything are clean. It is very nice and near the bus station. You can take buses to Hamburg easily. Near this hotel you find two big supermarkets and the people in the hotel are very respectful, nice and helpful. I stayed four nights in this hotel so far. If you are looking for a cheap, nice and clean hotel near almost everything with very good bus connection to Hamburg, I would recommend to choose this hotel. I enjoyed my staying in this hotel. Besides the internet connection is very very fast. For me, it is a wonderful hotel.

Less cost and near to market are advantages. Else not very good because poor lift and facilities. They cannot even provide iron. Small washroom with no toothpaste. You have to ask for dental kit separately by contacting reception.

We enjoyed our stay. Good parking facilities and friendly staff. Good location. Nice, good sized rooms, albeit somewhat dated, some might argue. One caveat I have to mention is regarding the windows. Our room was on the sixth floor. The windows open fully, and there are chairs available for climbing on. Outside in the garden are big oak trees. The branches reach towards the hotel walls, and there are plenty of acorns growing on them. I can easily imagine a child reaching out, trying to reach, and falling out from fatal height. This could easily be prevented by mounting a simple locking mechanism on the windows. I hope they do that in the near future.

Stayed here very often on business travel, and I must say while some of the rooms are somewhat ageing, everything is in order and you still get a quiet and decent hotel for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful! If you are arriving by car, make sure you arrive before 19:00h, as the parking lot quickly fills in the evening.

Great place, not only for the prices. I was travelling economically, best hotel I stayed in between Germany, Sweden, and Denmark. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Shower was a bit small, hard for bigger people. Breakfast was a bit weak. Has parking and Wi-Fi in the lobby.

I did not like this place, the staff are not friends, borely speak English and racist I was treated poorly at the restaurant because I am black skin, never come back here.

I love this place have stayed three times and never once was dissatisfied! The shower I'd kind of small, especially Americans. But it didn't bother me that much. I will stay here every time I go to Hamburg. Hey a beer at ANY time of the day or night. Staff was superb even with meine scheiße Deutsch! Ich liebe euch.

An outrage. Since you book a room at the highly acclaimed great Hotelplattformen and also get a binding booking confirmation. Hotel was dirty. Everywhere cobwebs and the carpet on the floor in the Elevator was very dirty. Bathroom from the size ok, but it was also dirty (haven't showered), and the window was only open fully (do not tilt). Beds were very comfortable and the rooms I ok. The balcony was run-down. The Parking lot and the entrance of the hotel were dirty. Was very good, the Parking was free. Breakfast was very rich. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, there was no Bettengebühr as with many of the Hotel Hamburg is required. For one night the Hotel was ok, for a longer vacation, however, is not suitable. Unfortunately, there are no 3 star.

The hotel was clean and OK. I cound not connect to the Wi-Fi Internet neither in the room nor in the hall. I have got a bike to ride for free, which was good.
