The hotel room was very good,
the double bed is far too small for 2 people … only one had found under our bed a used women's underpants from the predecessor that was really disgusting … Therefore only 4 stars.

Its a good place to relax and use therme Holsten facilities. After few days here you are fully charged.

Price performance rather moderate. The service on arrival as well as intermediate questions and checkout impeccable and friendly. The room itself without any complaints (apart from the heat and the lack of climate, but this was known before and is not mistake of the hotel). The bathroom, on the other hand, had already gotten a bit old, adding apparently already several times "revised", fittings not quite as solid anymore. But: clean (apart from the partly black joints).
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection is still okay, but the quality of the food rather not. The fish (salmon, trout) lay on a plate in which liquid has accumulated, fish has shone very much, so I suspect it was thawed. Bread rolls were also baked goods and so on. I would have expected more in terms of the price and appearance of the hotel.
Use of the gym is possible, but since you also had to pay for admission to the thermal spa, 70 minutes of training cost me almost 20 euros. Then you should perhaps say this in advance. All in all okay, but with some disappointments.

We chose Hotel Dreiklang for the feature of both an indoor and outdoor pool… but was greatly disappointed when we arrived and found out the pools was a waterpark separately from the hotel which we had to paid extra for…

At evening events such as Friday's Abiball or Saturday's wedding, it was not possible to open the windows to cool the room due to the volume of rooms to the garden. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, so you have the choice either to sleep quietly in the warm room or to endure the sounds of the parties when the windows are open. Unfortunately, it was also forgotten to clean our room. But the service staff was friendly & accommodating and the food was very good.

4 star hotel with very good facilities for meetings in a separate building in the garden. Very good cuisine and very attentive and friendly service. My room was very spacious, with fruit plate and bottle of mineral water free — great! 1 star deduction, because the décor and bathroom already make a little worn impression. Overall recommended.

Very romantic, stylish hotel not far from the A7 motorway. Large parking lot from the hotel and opposite public car park in sufficient quantity right next to the hotel a beautiful bath house. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel was excellent the staff extremely friendly and in rooms in a very good condition we felt totally comfortable here.

Had signed up for Easter Monday in order to have brunch but there should not be. Were still there for Allakart food although we found it was a false information.
There was brunch. Nevertheless, very good food got even with a request.

The hotel is really nice. From the outside it looks something like a fairytale castle. The rooms are very spacious with large beds and a fairly large TV. It is also very nice that there is always fresh fruit in the rooms and is always replenished.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.

We chose this hotel because it offers direct access to the Holsten Therme.
This is of course a great advantage and extremely convenient. The stay and also the purchases in the spa are settled directly via the hotel bill.
But otherwise the hotel does not have to hide.
It is called the Landhotel and that also represents.
Nevertheless, it is well equipped and clean.
Minibar and room service are also provided.
The price-performance ratio is good.

I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for a great New Year's Eve party.
We have been there for the fourth time now and enjoy the loving decoration, the nice service and the good food every time.
The good disk jockey always cared for a full dance floor, so that we, in our old age (60 + 55), always felt like being animated to dance.
We are looking forward to celebrating New Year's Eve 2018 again in the Triad.

The hotel does not have its own spa but relies on an external public structure full of people and children, plus a fee (17 euro apiece). From the booking cost 109 and instead it cost over 180 euros by entering spa and breakfast for 2 people. He doesn't deserve the money they ask for.

Really a very good and well-kept hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, cosy and clean.
The two restaurants are quite expensive, but highly recommended. There is also a small bar, which is open in the evening.
The adjacent Holsten Spa can be reached directly from the hotel and brings pure relaxation.
Verdict: Easy to recommend.

I know this Hotel from the first day when it opened. I went there with my husband, enjoyed the nice Sauna and Spa area. After that we had a dinner at the restaurant there, food was good, service wasn't and the food was a bit over priced.

The Hotel is a beautifully located Hotel with rooms in country house style. The rooms are clean and with everything what is necessary. The staff overall is nice, especially in the gastronomy area very accommodating. The food is very tasty. A few deductions there are: the Spa, which is located directly at the Hotel, unfortunately, is not included in the price, hotel guests get no special rates but have to pay full price. The staff behind the reception Desk is not very communicative. Information about Restaurants, Spa, etc. You have to ask, it learns, unfortunately, only half of what is then very annoying. At Checkout there was no demand for the stay. The offer of the hotel bar is not very extensive, at least as far as the Cocktails. The bartender was for each order, uncertain and had to get help. The absolute No-Go from our point of view, it was then that in the bar from 22:30 PM Smoking is allowed. As the evening took us to an abrupt end.

The hotel is located in a quiet and green area, we had a room near the spa entrance which faced a beautiful garden, being here in the Fall made it even more scenic with colorful leaves everywhere. The room was bigger than I expected, I believe we were upgraded. A pleasant surprise to have fruit plate and complimentary water in the room. The bathroom was very large and well-lit, and had both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Even though it is not mentioned on the hotel website but the guests can enjoy discounts on spa entrance. Our booking didn't have breakfast included but we added it for 15€ per person. It was a Continental buffet with a good variety of choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. One thing to remember is they don't have complementary bathrobes to use, however one can borrow one for 5€. Overall this stay exceeded my expectations and we will be definitely coming back soon.

Very nice place, excellent service and nice, clean room with a lot of space. Enjoyed the pool area as well, with both indoor and outdoor facilities. Spent a nice week there and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Nice and cosy place with easy access to Erlebnis des Nordes (extra paymeny). Clean and comftable rooms — not new — but Well kept and maintained.

Restaurant isa little bit expensive for what you get.

Excellent value for the hotel part, the internal communication with the Spa allows to take full advantage of the facilities. The level of the hotel restaurant is on the other hand to improve.

This hotel and indoor/outdoor waterpark is by far one of the best locations for an overnight with kids. The hotel tries to cater toward business needs, but the attention to detail for our family room was beyond expectations. A fresh fruit bowl was waiting, in addition to sparkling water and three enormous teddy bears for the kids. The family room size was huge, essentially a suite in my opinion with a king and queen bed plus an L shape sectional sofa. You can get at check in bracelets that give full access to the waterpark connected by an above ground enclosed tunnel to the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, hot and cold, but a little expensive.

The ambience of the newly designed restaurant "Oakland" was inviting, but otherwise nothing has changed unfortunately… The service was embarrassing for a four star hotel. At the entrance we were first asked our quickly even to store wardrobe before you showed us the reserved table. The cutlery was cleared away with the starters and only after one had wished us already good appetite for the main course, we got new cutlery on demand. So it went faster, the next table was cleared without further ADO and it's in front of us formally "and threw". Then, the silverware came in time before the dessert. When our waitress asked whether with the cheese plate all right is that she even noticed that the plates were missing. Overall, the food was good, but the price is wrong!

I was with my colleagues to the brunch in the triad… just underground… we were greeted nice and the atmosphere was quite appealing but otherwise indescribably bad and the House in a 4-star. There was little choice and the buffet was not added. 2 types of cheese lachscarpaccio just a juice… apple juice. Kron4blin, cooked ham. 1 small portion of onion mett, roast beef. The wars. No boiled egg… late then scrambled eggs… no fruit, no quark. For tons of chopped vegetables. Not made without dressing. Wow we were pissed… 2 hot meals completely tasteless… have breakfast each small pension better. Triad… sorry again. Don't seem to get there. I just saw a year ago a similar assessment.

Gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis, zumindest beim von uns gebuchten Wochenendtarif. Zimmer sind sehr groß. Frühstück ist gut sortiert, Personal freundlich. Das Bademäntel in einem Spa-Hotel 5 Euro/Person extra kosten finde ich unverschämt.

In January, I was in the triad for Brunch. It was quite good and I liked it. For this reason I have for today, Sunday, 8.3.2015 my guests for Brunch in the triad invited. It was "underground". It was indescribably bad. For example, no Saftauswahl, hardly any bread, and then only if "Weißmehlbrötchen", no brown bread, the lunch unloving, without taste! For my guests and me it means never again.

Positive: reception staff is very attentive. Rooms: The garden is very quiet. Negative: Speisekartenangebot has since the beginning of the year 2015 strong consumption. Lukewarm food came öffters. Spice has often been lacking. There is a tendency to einrm pure steak restaurant. For a**** the house is very negative. Room service is inattentive. Very negative: In the only Bar you can smoke. For non-smokers, there is no enrsptechende Alternative. Conclusion: price/performance ratio is no longer true. A**** Hotels that I, unfortunately, only with Abstichen can recommend.

Great Hotel, great food! We were thrilled! We had a Romantic WE booked and were not enrtäuscht. Also the connected Holstentherme was really great.
