We celebrated our wedding 29 years ago in the Waldhaus, like to eat there again and again and celebrated our silver wedding there again. This became an unforgettable event due to the excellent food and the remarkably good service. We just always like to come to the Waldhaus and have enjoyed a feast summer again today, which is looking for its equal! A menu that is equally imaginative in the composition and excellent in its implementation. Great praise to the kitchen!

The Waldhaus Reinbek is an older but very nice hotel in the middle of the forest and yet in the city. It is noticeable that a lot is done here to keep the hotel up to date. The rooms are large and very well maintained, in particular the bathroom must be mentioned, everything is available and large, also there are enough mirrors and sockets. Thanks to the team of Waldhaus Reinbek for the good performance.

We spontaneously celebrated a birthday party with almost 30 guests. The food was tip top, the waiters friendly and courteous. We were enthusiastic about the atmosphere and had an all-round successful day.

Typical German food. Well cooked snd well served. The service is excellent and the ambiente as well. It is well worth its price. And if you feel like going for a drink after dinner their bar is excellent.

The Waldhaus is a hotel as well as a restaurant. It is a 5 star hotel in a beautiful forest where you can go for a good walk. There is a children's area, a bowling alley, a bar, installation rooms and a large pub and lounge. The food is fabulous, also the service is great, it is nice, friendly and helpful. The best hotel:-)

"Our new favourite hotel in the Hamburg area! We'll be back! "Positive: We had booked the junior suite for one night. As we always travel with a large dog, the size of the room is also important for us. Expectations were fully met. Comfortable sitting area with table and an additional large desk. Top! Bathroom was also huge. Beds very comfortable. Location of the house very nice. Breakfast was great. Soft drinks from the minibar free of charge. In addition, a large bottle of water and sweet "bedtime candy". Something like that is the little difference that you don't expect before, but that makes you come back. Very clearly "thumbs up"!
Negative: Very large and good TV, but the table on which the device stands is very shaky, due to the much too small rolls at the table legs. Were already bent and it is only a matter of time when one breaks down and the TV thus herrunterfällt. This will result in a significant risk of injury to humans and animals.
Two bowls would be good for the dog. He's hungry and thirsty:-)
Internet awfully slow.
Conclusion: Great 5 star hotel at a decent price!

Excellent food, but otherwise unfortunately the 5 stars not worth it!
Far too little staff to supply drinks to 100 guests, let alone clear empty glasses from the tables in the hall or the dance floor.
Served on the floor were removed after three courses only after request from the service.
White tablecloths with stains, missing cutlery, even (calculated) at the place of the bride!
Three times it had to be pointed out that the toilet paper on the ladies toilet was empty, towels were constantly empty!
The upper cheek, when after repeated bescheidgeben the old ones use towels were put back as fresh up.
At night at 4:30, room dividers are fed into the hall, whose noise does not make you sleep on the first floor. For over an hour!
Breakfast is advertised until 11:00 p. M. But there is hardly any further recourse from 10:00 pm. That's a pity. In addition, a table for 15 people was reserved for at 10:00 p. M. However, this was also only found for 6 people. In the end, almost no collusion was held.
Conclusion: A room for €166 in a 5 star hotel I imagine differently. In every Best Western for €80 you can sleep more relaxed and enjoy more well-groomed toilets as well as much more efficient service.
What a pity! First and last visit to the Waldhaus.

One of the best hotel. Very good local food.

I do not know… that has pretty much abated. Quality of the kitchen continues to be at a good level, albeit somewhat unrelated in the composition of the dishes. The waitress friendly but sometimes seems overtaxed and hectic.

We celebrated our wedding here in the year 2012. It all fit from A to Z. Thank you once again for the successful celebration. The staff was very friendly and attentive. You want to get married again the childcare was very nice for everyone. The kids could play while the big ones were celebrating. The large ballroom (Four Seasons) with adjoining terrace and outdoor bar has a good complement to the party area.

Very good breakfast buffet and then a great wellness day spent! Great location. The dinner was excellent, delicious!

Rooms are really sweet with a balcony for some of them but the restaurant in the hotel isn't that great.

Feel warm welcome as always and we can smoking anywhere except at the restaurant. That is heaven ❤ decoration make you on the mood to celebrate.

A very nice hotel, away from a street. Idyllic location, Gastonomie very good, very appealing ambiance. Many possibilities to book premises for celebrations. The best, in the house is a great wellness area, where you will be pampered properly.

Very nice room. The hotel is quietly located and the food excellent. I had the carrot soup as an appetizer and Zander fillet on champagne herb as a main dish at dinner. I can recommend it to anyone.

The Waldhaus Reinbek is a truly unique experience. It's almost like a family atmosphere with a very professional approach. There are different room styles to choose from, the fine restaurant with an exceptional menu, a very good class spa and then the excellent bar with superb bar tenders. Access to the main expressway is 10-15 min depending on traffic so a good choice for my business location. I can actually live there without the need to waste time moving all about; this is important after traveling 10-14 hours and then working 10-12 hour days. Enjoy the experience of Waldhaus Reinbek!

I was here with my company in 2006, is a family celebration and that was the Hammer. Since I am a regular here.

We are often in the Waldhaus Reinbek food, and it is every time Top. The staff is well trained and can always be of help. The dishes are very selected seasonal and very tasty. The portions can be seen.

We go for dinner on Valentines every year. Faultless food and service.

Excellent service, but you tried to put us on top of a discotheque one night.

Although it is about 20-30 minutes away from Hamburg, the location is great (in the middle of a forest) if your point of activity is Reinbek (it is about 2-3 kms). The decor of the hotel is very nice and the rooms are large and comfortable. The only negative points: my room had the odor of tobacco (although it is true that I didn't tell anything to the hotel staff) and the nordic (I do not know for what reason) are smaller than the mattress (for 2 people it would have been really uncomfortable).

An excellent kitchen, a very pleasant atmosphere and the Service very attentive. Highly recommended. :)

A really beaufitul and relaxing hotel.

Professionally, I spent with my Dogue SDE Bordeaux "Nighty" in the beautiful Waldhaus Reinbek. The Hotel is picturesquely situated on the edge of a nature reserve — and as the Name suggests, on the edge of a very large forest. Vitality, simplicity and absolute kindness are hallmarks of this family-owned gem of a hotel. One enters the house through a small Park in the centre of which a fountain is located, in which the stored Christmas carp already are and enters the entrance hall. To the left of it you will find the Bar, which is an El Dorado for every smoker needs to be — so for me. Behind it there is the exquisite Restaurant where absolute hospitality prevails. The staff here is friendly, accommodating and you can tell them that your Job is very much like exercise. The prices are not exaggerated, but luckily not the usual Suspects in a Michelin-star restaurant. Here you can really, even with small children to go or the dog. The rooms are all very individually held and, without exception, have huge bathrooms. What particularly impresses is the unsolicited helpfulness of the staff. The headmistress went with my dog for a walk and Mrs Martens, the good soul of the house provided me all the time with Apples and chatted with me early in the Morning.

Super nice welcome and attentive Service, very good cuisine and a great wine selection. In the summer on the terrace to sit, is wonderful. Funny is, that at every door Messingschilder are attached, in which celebrities there ever stayed in had the 115 for example, Were it the footballer goat and Naomi Campbell. Again at any time.

Stunning and awesome hotel. Very spacious rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Been here for almost 3 weeks and still loving it. Only thing that could be better is selection of food in the evening from restaurant. That said this is the 1st hotel I have stayed in in Europe that offers full English breakfast.
