In no way is this hotel recommended. In this house you do not feel like a guest.
The hotel staff are cheeky and absolutely under the belt with their behavior towards guests. I have never experienced…
The rooms are clean, but the drain in the bathroom was clogged so a short time later the floor was completely wet…
On the whole, a pension for little money is more worthwhile than this house.

Location is very central. Everything in the village can be reached within walking distance.

I must say, in the now difficult times, the hotel TOP is organized by, staff super friendly, rooms good, food good!
The mask is almost no longer noticeable!

Fabulous Hotel away from the busy city with covered parking!

The hotel is very friendly and service-oriented. We celebrated our silver wedding there: this was the best choice: Extra-time beautiful the decoration, a very good cuisine, a very great service at the table and in the preparation, thank you dear Mrs. Fröhlich. We didn't see each other last time. Best regards to Reinbek.

Dedicated staff, very friendly. However, the rooms are every 80/90s and should be renovated. Very clean but outdated.

Pleasant hotel with very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was normal, but there were excellent buns. Free parking in the underground car park.

Spotty towels, and hair from the predecessor are still to be found in the bathroom. Lady at the reception but was very nice.

Nice well-groomed hotel, very nice staff. What I didn't like is the lack of air conditioning of the room and the misdesigned interior of the hotel. What good is a closed mobile phone shop in the evening. An open bar with beautiful music would have been nicer.

In some cases, seating in the breakfast room and in the rooms has been renewed. Nice young staff, who has been wagering more glasses for devaluation have been wagered … Nevertheless, overall quite nice.

The Hotel and staff are top. What I was very annoying felt that the driving was holding the chair always at the front Desk.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Nearby is a great restaurant and supermarket, there is parking. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Not for the first time Here I stop, and Do not want to change to other hotels. It's great. Plus a great breakfast yet.

The Hotel is located in a Passage, you have to find it first. When you are plugged in, you have to look for your room and go partly over the Hotel Roof. The Rooms are bright and modern, the Staff friendly.

Very clean and pleasant Hotel. Despite age, it flashes everywhere. Attentive and friendly Staff. The Food wasn't very towering. But so far fine. The Comfort Room was pleasantly large and even the Bathroom had Windows. Ger Again. Pity is the connected Passage. This one has had the best Of times and is sad.

The Sachsenwald Hotel is really cool! It is very cozy and beautiful to look at. I like the hotel rooms and the delicious food! Again and again I like to go on holiday there and I will recommend the hotel too!

Excellent stay, many more clients so less place for choice of breakfast table. never have I had a 'soft-boiled egg' as it should be! either totally raw or too hard, but hever a soft-boiled agg. For a hotel of 5 stars, a little sad. personnel excellent, helpful, hardworking. Room excellent and clean. Sorry that furniture too heavy to move (big leather seats / sessel) easily, as not convenient as positioned. Thanks,

I was, by and large, highly satisfied with my stay. The room was well and quietly located, which was important to me. I was only disappointed that my wish for a spicy vegan spread for breakfast was not fulfilled despite a previous request.

The whole staff is really very friendly. The beds are great, even if the ambience is no longer quite contemporary. Everything ost very clean and well maintained. Great bath with tub. The arrangement with 3-course meal, 2 x breakfast and Thai massage is very tasty and pleasant. However, the parking spaces in the underground car park are extremely narrow and low. Not so easy — but not the main thing, therefore full score.

Nice hotel, however a bit old rooms, they're reasonably spacey and fitted with all accomodation needed. good bar and friendly service. I liked the 0, 5l beers :-)

By booking through the CheckIn to the farewell, everything went smoothly, quickly and easily. How were totally impressed by the beautifully decorated rooms! Breakfast was very large with a great selection and very nice in the morning, obliging service. The reception staff were also very nice and have allowed any extra request. Thanks for the great stay!

My wife and I have spent two nights in the hotel with a 6-month-old child.
The room of the first night was very hot a boldness, directly under the roof, and a bathtub with shower, which is not usable because it is built into a roof slope. The neighbor could reach our room via the balcony.
The second night we got as a replacement for the sleepless first night, an upgrade on a comfort room. This, for a child are not sufficient, darken is, was however otherwise ok, but also very warm.
The staff is friendly, the first room but an impertinence, such as the "generous upgrade". The children's beds are not suitable for children under 12 months of age!
Conclusion: Not again. Small city hotel come in the years medium-quality under poor leadership. Too bad for four star standard. Air conditioning would be appropriate.

The hotel is rustical flavored with kind and engaged personal. The event was friendly but not so informative as suggested.

I look forward in the when I saikam Thai massage. Have liked me very well.
