A dream location directly on the lake, absolutely sensational food and a top service from the service staff Marcel and Juliana! Unrestricted recommendation!

Excellent cuisine with an extremely friendly and pleasant service. In addition, the magnificent view of the lake and the pleasant ambience. At least 5 stars!

Upon recommendation of two local families we came for lunch today. Gorgeous spot on Lake Plön. Great service, pleasant host and very good food! We heartedly recommend!

We were there to celebrate our dream wedding. It was an unforgettable day! really EVERYTHING was very good. The Service and the kitchen are doing an excellent Job. All the rooms have a view of the lake and are very comfortable. Noteworthy are the owner of the hotel, as these take care of everything and ensure that THE Tag is implemented to be 100% perfect. We were at Strauders for dinner. Excellent cuisine and exemplary service. A must, you should make a stop at the Plöner See in Bosau. We will certainly be back.

Very nice stylish hotel with great location by the Lake. The restaurant is pretty good as well!

The Strauers Hotel am see is Super the time was much too short but we will come back here again.

The location of the hotel can hardly be better.
The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly.
Breakfast is the bang! Implemented down to the last detail. There is nothing missing. You can see that the staff lives and loves the hotel industry.
I did not test the restaurant because I spent the evenings on the beach :-)

Very friendly staff, clean and large rooms right on Lake Plöner. Large and rich breakfast buffet. Would I book again at any time:)

Dreamlike Ambience overlooking the Lake We celebrated our Wedding There The Food was first class, but was not replenished (at least no Meat etc. )
The flying buffet for Welcome was simply completely forgotten. There was no Compensation for That either …
At the Celebration itself, the service was completely overwhelmed it had to be waited forever for Drinks Many were only there in small Quantities and quickly no longer available. A Waiter has been so tipped that he got nothing left in Conversation with fr rahbari was her the uninvited Hm especially as Photos of the Staff in unpleasant Situations came To the Table but no Excuse especially for the calculated flying buffet that there was no such thing as a really great House which unfortunately was not professionally occupied! Too bad for big celebrations We won't recommend it any further.

Would Have preferred to stay even longer.

After many positive experiences in recent years, we have unfortunately been disappointed. Poor organization, sometimes very unkind. Food was partly cold. Asparagus probably due to different thickness different from the consistency. Sauces were not served though shown in the map. Submitted only after repeated requests for all persons. Unfortunately, they were also freezing cold.
The burger was always delicious. This one, too, was very cold this time.
Unfortunately, this was not the case and at the price we will probably consider something else about Pentecost 2019.

A wonderfully luxurious but unexcited atmosphere. Really nice, actually cordial staff, fantastic food, great view of the lake. Again and again I would go there.

Beautiful location, with an extraordinary view of the plöner lake.
The food is just incredibly good and very tasty.
Here you feel really comfortable, in addition directly opposite a bicycle rental, so you can also spend the whole day here directly.
Furthermore, we have seen that there is a tour over the entire plöner lake.

Actually recommended. Had reserved to go to the 3rd MAL for the 2nd Christmas Day delicious food. Mind you, three months in advance. On 18 12, a cancellation of a staff member came by phone. We could not be boiled down as all the chefs are sick over the holidays. Unbelievable but true! If you deal with your customers like this, you shouldn't be surprised if you don't come anymore. Especially since you have to assume with every future reservation that a telephone cancellation comes …, completely unprofessional this behavior. The chefs, by the way, both had flu, where the sick report went beyond the holidays. Furthermore, 80 reservations had to be canceled by phone. Who is supposed to believe this is disgusting to me. 1. If you don't have a grip on your staff or pay poorly, you should leave it! 2. If, as a restaurateur, 80 reservations times about 4 people, so about 300 food cancelled with a average turnover of 50 euros per person, i. E. About 15000 euros in sales, who wants to sell us for stupid. My guess is rather that due to a lack of interest, that is, too few reservations, there was a cancellation.

Were there for coffee. Very cosy. Good service.

Friendly, professional staff. Bright, spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness in the bathroom. Premises in the home stylishly furnished, pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet excellent and impressively presented. Very much recommended.

Perfect Service, beautiful facility.

This is a place of culinary tranquility — the only thing you hear are the seabirds. The restaurant offers authentic dishes, they get the ingredients from local farmers, everything is cooked fresh and served in a beautiful ambiente. Breakfast, coffee and cake, dinner, everything was just perfect, the way you get treated makes you feel like staying in a five star hotel, without any fancy attitude. Outdoor sitting at the lake, garden area with sun chairs for hotel guests, indoor pool with lake view, bike rental in front of the hotel. Absolutely recommended.
