Very nice restaurant! Everything was clean and well maintained, despite the numerous decorations there was no dust to be seen. The service was excellent and the food tasted great. There is also a beer garden where we would have liked to have sat in better weather. The prices are reasonable.

A great country inn! Menu contains something for everyone. Dining room very clean, despite the hundreds of porcelain coffee pots that stand decoratively in the room, especially under the ceiling. No dust to see. Value for money is good. Staff is very friendly. Despite a high amount of space, you should make a reservation. Outside there is a beer garden. And otherwise, the inn is picturesquely located in the air spa town of Bosau in Holstein Switzerland. The only shortcoming: No or only very weak net!

We can highly recommend the Gasthaus Zum Frohsinn. The food is very good and very tasty. The breakfast is rich and very well prepared. An extra wish is fulfilled immediately. We'll be back.

Great food, friendly staff. Not a huge menu but everything on it is delicious. Especially recommendable are the 'Bratkartoffeln'. I've been visiting the place a couple of times a year for the last 5 years or more, and have never left disappointed. If you're visiting the area, this is without a doubt the best place you can go to eat.

What a hot people, what a mega kitchen. We two Berlins "get Lost" on New Year's Eve to Bosau and experience an unforgettable evening. Thanks to everyone who was there. Thank you especially to Birgit, Jens, Anne and the chef Olaf (be proud of what you are doing). I'll see you again sometime.

It was a wonderful holiday. The owners as well as the whole team were super friendly and attentive. The room was always very clean. The view from the balcony to the lake was great. After a hike, the own bathing jetty has always invited you to take a dip in the cool water. The beautiful beer garden is also worth mentioning.
The 5 stars are not enough for the kitchen performance, no matter what we ordered was excellent and lovingly prepared. Keep it up! We wish you all the best.
