Have been here many times and also like to be here. Breakfast as well as the restaurant's menu very good.
Are back here in about 3 weeks and look forward to it.

My wife and I really liked it. Our room was very clean, and pleasantly quiet. Breakfast is perfectly fine, and for a 3 star hotel more than enough.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service and a great brunch.

The best Sunday Brunch. Selection, quantity and quality simply 1a. And a super nice boss. Make sure to reserve!

The Sunday brunch is just great, highly recommended. We'll be back.

Today it was now so far, brunch in the historic country house Spannan (Jevenstedt near Rendsburg) was announced with the family.
General Information: — Welcome on arrival impersonal: there you have to go to the workshop, it was said only (unfortunately no one in the premises was known). On request, a service force accompanied us to the reserved table.
— the reserved table stood far away, the room seemed to be "stable-like" (small steel sprouts firmer and not open).
— The service force poured a glass of sparkling wine over an elderly lady at our table when serving. Short apology and the rich of a napkin was the whole reaction. The boss commented on the incident only by saying that she was still new to it. No further reaction to this mishap, neither an apology or even a different kind.
— The buffet was very plentiful in the selection and very tasty. However, I have to say negatively that, after 1 ¼ hours, some offers, including fried eggs, have not been redefined. Specifically, someone had to be contacted to get a fried egg. This condition became more serious with increasing time.
This is an unacceptable condition for a fully occupied house.
My personal conclusion: the brunch offer initially rich and tasty, but due to external circumstances that were mentioned, this was my first and at the same time my last visit to the historic country house Spannan.

Never have I experienced such a great brunch buffet anywhere! So class, versatile, really for everyone. Even smoked salmon, lots of fish. Everything really delicious.

We stay at this hotel every year for wacken and we have had nothing but good experiences with it the staff are really nice and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is varied and the brunch on Sundays is especially good.

We were carried out via email to the Sunday brunch reservation and was promptly processed and confirmed. A reservation for the next week sifort possible! No waiting weeks as in some other places.
I, even Hobbyköchin, had long not so tasty. Whether warm or cold — the food was absolutely great. The price for the variety is totally justified!
We shall return guaranteed.

Nice, clean rooms; nice, friendly staff; on Sunday there was a Brunch, which is very good. The country hotel only recommend.

Who is not reserved, flies mercilessly out. Not a destination for people to spontaneously eat something, or want to drink.
