My wife and I were surprised how good and good it was, the super good service and the staff as well as the food are first class. And you will be greeted with a smile and laughter. From an obvious employee. Where we give 5 out of 5 stars, it was just good from start to finish. We will be back in August. We booked when we got home. :-)

Those who prefer the coastal kitchen will here in an extraordinary way flatter their palate. In a typical northern Frisian way, the guest is received there. The food is rich and if the hunger is particularly tormented, he sticks to the plaice, until, as with Max & Moritz, only the fish tail ludes out of the mouth.

Even if the restaurant is a bit "hidden", in the hotel… and the furniture and furnishings have gotten a bit old… it tastes good. When ordering, the waiter kindly pointed out that they were large portions and that an appetizer was not "necessary". He should be right. We ordered the fish plate and the schnitzel. Both tasted very good and the salad featured a small highlight, the homemade dill dressing. As a greeting from the kitchen came pre-bread with a dip. The only blemish, the mayonaise came out of the bag and the fries most likely also, but that the cook certainly wouldn't have needed his other skills, especially since we were the only guests. Overall a round thing and highly recommended at the price. We're happy to come back.

In the stress of the waiter and waitress are falls nice but it can also be a naughty answer, if it fits. But I find it is a all-round carefree package.

Have stayed here many times when visiting from Australia. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. All the meals including breakfast are very good. I have gluten free diet and staff were very helpful and no problems at all. Recommend drinking a tote tante.

The hotel is located in the historic harbour and offers tranquility, relaxation and at the same time the proximity to Sankt Peter Ording. We felt warmly welcomed in the cosy room and in the quaint comfortable restaurant.
Host, hostess and waiter were very polite, competent and accommodating.
We spent 3 wonderful nights there and the extensive breakfast buffet brought joy every morning. In the evening there were good fish and Nordic specialties.
We will definitely be back.

We had invited 7 people to eat. We had 5 different dishes. Cooked the side dishes :potatoes are extremely soft, red cabbage and 3 days old! Dead cooked. Brussels sprouts, cooked, and soft. Sauces with no taste of meat partly cooked (inedible). Bowl, plates were not preheated. It had sauces can be reordered and onions, everything took forever. The Service was very attentive. My father will Complain in person! Will report what comes of it. My father was so that he fobbed off to one immediately to complain. Then we would have had to give everything back and leave the restaurant. How we would have stood then at Christmas there. Not satisfied and disappointed.

For the second time here, this time in winter … Still great friendly service, food super-delicious, I'll be back …
