We had booked a nice, large apartment in the Alstadt Palais for 4 adults.
The two bedrooms were furnished with antique furniture.
The small kitchen had 2 hotplates. Not suitable for larger dishes.
Unfortunately the bathroom was very small and narrow. The tile joints were partly foxed.
Need to be cleaned urgently.
Since this apartment is located in the old town, you can quickly reach many cafés, bakeries and restaurants on foot.
We were not offered a parking space when booking. There is no parking on the street.

We were able to book the apartment at the last minute after our hotel room was canceled by Booking. Com on the day before we arrived. The staff are nice, the apartment is large and very nicely furnished. The central location is of course a huge advantage. Parking at the central bank can be reached in 6 minutes. Everything was wonderful, it was a nice weekend.

It was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to all sights and to lots of good food!

We had booked the apartment for 2 nights, it was supposed to be our first vacation as a group of three.
As soon as we got there, we were greeted unfriendly by the boss, but the maid was, in contrast, friendly.
Our apartment was cold and not lovingly furnished. The carpet was dirty. The kitchen looked like a cellar dungeon and was also very dirty, so dirty that we voluntarily ordered a pizza instead of cooking there.
The bathroom was small and everyone from the other houses could look in. We covered the window with a blanket. Since the temperature outside was only 10 degrees, we turned on the heating. Although this worked, the apartment didn't get warm. We were sitting in a dirty, cold apartment with our 3-month-old son.
The most audacious thing is still that we had to pay a parking fee of 7 euros per day, but it was a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. You had to walk back through alleys for 15 minutes. And asking for money for that is really bad.
By the way, we left after one night and are looking for somewhere else to stay. So if you like dirt, cold and unfriendliness, you are welcome to rent it.
