Sehr gute, lokal geprägte Küche zu einen guten Preis. Tolle Sonntagskarte! Gutes Timing bei der Zubereitung von Fisch und Fleisch. Komplizierte Sonderwünsche waren möglich und wurden freundlich und präzise abgeklärt. Auch beim Wein gibt es eine gute Qualität mit Winzerweinen; neben den bekannten Regionen auch Saale-Unstrut. Das Jagdzimmer ist wirklich eine Freude für Leute, die gern auch Wild in einen passenden Rahmen essen.

Complicated special requests were possible and were clarified in a friendly and precise manner. Even with wine, there is a good quality with wines; In addition to the well-known regions, Saale-Unstrut. The hunting room is really a pleasure for people who also like to eat game in a suitable frame.

We have been here several times with the family food. The food was great every time. The menu is very Fleischlastig, but there are also 2 or 3 vegetarian dishes that are not only made of salad. If it is warm, it is advisable to sit in the beer garden, which is really nice. The restaurant itself is also really great, but when it is full, it is so noisy that you hardly ever understand your own word. This is really a pity, but it is probably due to the high ceilings.
At Easter we also had a table reserved for the short term. I believe, however, that you should definitely reserve a table for weekends, holidays or larger groups.
Unfortunately, there was no vegetarian dish on the menu during the Easter dinner. The kitchen, however, was so flexible and has conjured up something delicious for me. Thumbs up. Also a compliment to the waitress, she was very accommodating.

Hotel was fine, came after closing time and staff came with 5 min and arrange a room, breakfast was ok, not continental but still good enough.

In my eyes this is the chef's attempting to whitewash the weak quality of the individual ingredients. Moreover, little meat and much supplement are served.
