Slanted roof makes walking around and showing a Pain for taller people. And the Wi-Fi was bad. Other than that a good stay.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location, at the upper parking lot already starts a hiking trail from which you can start. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, have given us many tips. Breakfast very good and rich, we have always left ourselves a lot of time and enjoyed it. Small playground is also available, despite the older guests, one has also thought of the children. Swimming pool is not big, but we have experienced big crowds in 5 days, only once. Sauna area is also good, with an indoor and an outdoor sauna, there is also a relaxation area and a meadow with loungers.
The whole complex is older, but you notice that there is always something being renovated.
If you have a house, you always have something to do, it's normal.

More appearances than being. Looks ageing, you smell the chlorine used in the swimming pool almost everywhere. A water swap or maintenance of the pool technology would be the order of the day! Dinner and breakfast are OK, but nothing more. The location is nice and quiet but will look for an alternative next time.

I can only rate the times before the takeover by Best Western and everything was always perfect! Much cannot have changed, so clear recommendation! Update: Nothing has changed except the food: It's not as good as "back then" and the prices aren't quite as ok for that.

If you like a quiet stay and love nature, this is the place to be. But you need a car to get here. Approx 22 km from Fulda center.

A little secluded hotel, quiet. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast buffet plentiful and good. Staff mostly friendly.

Rooms in the category we booked were very nice and the staff very friendly.
Unfortunately, in the period from 1 to 3 March renovation work has been carried out. Noise nuisance caused by the drilling machines, even to the sauna and resting room was not to be overheard.

Fireplace, which was very inviting in the bar in the photos, was not even in operation despite minus degrees.
The bar is only manned by service staff from the restaurant.
No cocktails were prepared, although the menu offered very wide selection. Block sauna reached just 75 degrees.

Very nice and quiet location. Rooms are great, restaurant good, staff very friendly, super breakfast, wellness with sauna and swimming pool good, dog friendly. We are with 2 dogs in the hotel.

Very nice hotel with lovingly furnished rooms and own charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And a very dear, neat-clad hotel manager. We felt very comfortable and could only recommend it to the extended;)

Heating in the room did not work. Complained twice. Nothing happened. So two nights in a cold room. Mold at the door to the shower. No extra towels in the sauna area. Overall, the hotel has a solid renovation jam. For the price too expensive. Many older guests.

The hotel has deteriorated since it is no longer run as a family business. The new Türschliessysteme with card are closed so loudly that the whole has something for it. The rooms and the food are excellent, but in two days the Fruhstücksbuffett was already looted at 9:30. Only after the request was made.

Away from the highway, with excellent Service, a beautiful spot on earth.

Again and again our Kurzurlaubsaufenthaltsort, to escape the daily grind and recharge. The kitchen offers something for every taste in a very good quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We like the ambience in the house and the landscape all around and not just in case of bad weather, the indoor pool is the Alternative to relaxation.
