We stayed here for six days and are very satisfied. Of course, you will always find something to complain about when you are looking, but must it be? No, it was just very nice here. The location, the breakfast, the staff and also the daily cleaning of the room can not be criticized. We like to come back and it's also something for younger ones.

Once and not again we had probably the worst room in the Hotel Alt unkempt the balcony gambled the walls dirty and defective switches and glued with tape. Then no hot water! can happen but then only 20% discount if you can not shower and wash.

Great ambience in a venerable house. A huge park is directly adjacent. The swimming pool has come of age. Breakfast is recommended. It is very extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Directly in the pedestrian area and still close to the casino. But it's not as shiny as it might have been 20 years ago.

Pretty worn off, unfortunately. Staff not particularly motivated and accommodating. The base is right, but there would have to be a rudder torn around NOW, otherwise …

The staff were friendly but also a bit overwhelmed in places. At breakfast, the coffee ran out. Not for the first time either. The room was very quiet. For a hotel in Germany, I found value for money quite acceptable.

Very nice old-fashioned Hotel right on the river. Unfortunately, there is no Parking which is a real Problem. The room or what I got was something really creepy and in the night I was by a loud noise awakened. Swimming pool was ok but could use a new coat of paint. The Sauna was unfortunately during my stay. But it made a small but acceptable. Dinner was super expensive so we have somewhere else looking for. Breakfast was Top and the service was very friendly.

Good location, house has come in the years, some is ailing. Breakfast is top. 3 course menu In the evening is an imposition and something for the hollow tooth. Hot water in the shower in the room needs a lot of patience.

The location of the hotel is great. Parking space is scarce. Conditions in need of renovation everywhere. Carpets are partly black instead of beige. Curtains rather gray instead of white and dusty. Spider weaving in the window (and that wasn't him since that week there). Staff was too little for so many guests.

We had two double rooms and a family room for 5 people. The rooms were partly in the old part of the building and in the newer building.
The rooms have come in the old part somewhat in the years. The rooms in the annexe are slightly larger and modernized. The food in the restaurant is overrated. There's much better in the neighborhood. (E. G. At the casino, about 300 meters away as well as in the council basement about 600 meters away).
The in-house swimming pool is reasonably large for a hotel bathroom. About 20x12 meters. Bathrobes are also available, but not in the rooms.
The location in the centre right in front of the park is appealing. The city can be easily explored in walking distance.

Only the food (3-course menu) and the service were an imposition.

Once and not again! The pictures on the website had nothing to do with what we found as our room (537).
The first thing we came up with was a strange smell, which could not be lost even after a long time of ventilation. Showers in the bathtub were only possible under dislocations, as you had to be careful that the wallpaper, which was mounted above the ca hip-high tile mirror, does not get wet! Who comes up with the idea of wallpapering a bathroom, especially the wet area? Unfortunately, one had to take extra care that the bathroom was not flooded, as the width of the shower curtain was also saved. The sink had rusted fittings. Since we wanted to have a warm bath the next morning, we turned on the heating. This could have been saved because the windows were leaking and so they had been heated for free.
And as if all this hadn't been enough, both travellers had an itchy rash on their bodies the next morning (flea bites?, mites? ). This was the reason to cancel the trip prematurely. The above was mentioned at the check out, but you only got a lacklustre "I'll write this down, but that's still 7€ tourist tax" in response. No offer for another room or any other compensation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, the hotel promises far too much and can't keep anything like it. Prices for the rooms not justified!

Stayed 2 nights and slept Ssehr well. Breakfast was plentiful with great selection including fresh fruit and raw food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll come back.

Hotel with Flair. Good breakfast, nice rooms and hotel own pool and sauna. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located… Many rooms with a view of a multimedia fountain that you must have seen. The only drawback is the parking spaces. But public parking is within a short distance and is inexpensive.

Nice place. Very friendly and patient staff. Especially to toddlers very accommodating.

Wyndham Garden in Bad Kissingen is a great place to relax with the whole family. The Hotel is near the rose garden, so you got a beautiful scenery from your room. The rooms are quite big with a double bed and a seperated toilet.

The surrounding area is really nice to see!

The rooms were very clean, friendly staff. All in order.

something cool atmosphere in the dining room, here you can create more atmosphere with soft background music and room dividers, not like in the Bahnhofshalle… wir dinner had a candle light gebucht… naja only after rain at and request it was better then.
The room service is something strange, is busy from morning till night with the rooms. With us the room was set in the morning and in the evening someone in "bubble" with "want to clean the room" came yet again.
The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

So first of all to the pleasant impressions of the 3-day short break in Bad Kissingen. Bad Kissingen is very nice, and you can "could" there are really a few pleasant days to spend, if you are in a decent Hotel landed. The Motto "Just let time Drift" was in this Hotel not possible. The Hotel is by and large good. The Best was the pool, it was relatively large and pleasantly warm. Also the rooms with bathrooms were quite good. The price — performance ratio was. Unfortunately, tasted during the dinner, the Wiener Schnitzel sweet, a strange taste. As a Dessert we have been given a Crememousse with fruits given by the previous guests, the half Board had booked, was. (Was not touched, the guests are already gone) Overall, however, recommended to the staff is also friendly.

Not at all what we expected as booked. Hotel pool was cold with a defective heating pump during winter, but still left open for guests to figure out. Needless to say, the pool area was empty and worthless. We were NOT informed prior to check in of the problems.
Our room was dated, drafty, with a soiled stained and filthy carpet. Not comfortable nor hygienic.
Only positive point was the tasty restaurant offering fine meals.
Look elsewhere for a comfortable stay.

Bad Kissingen is always a journey worth! Even in the winter months, you can relax wonderfully here and enjoy the thermal baths. We chose this time Hotel the Wyndham Garden, which is next to the rose garden. We must be sure again come in the summer, the views from the rooftop terrace must be gigantic. The House impresses with its antiquated charm and has just the right size. I'm visiting often in houses on the road are laid out on mass processing. It is family and individual, exactly my case here! The hotel has this Wohlfühlatomosphäre and boasts a warm colours (beige and Brown). We were actually in the city, but us what to eat, then but in the short term to decided and have the kitchen of the hotel auspropiert which is really excellent. The service must be called once. Often leaves to be desired this today. In this House, even though much was going on. The next day, we were quite surprised what everything was offered for breakfast. The Wyndham Garden will see each other again.
