Just beautiful. Kindness and super service top. Also in summer worth a trip.
Fitness room very well equipped sauna wonderful.
We will go on holiday there again.

Super super great time spent just great for bikers. Price performance quite simply awesome.

Not a big deal, but quite expensive. You have to pay additionally if you want to use the squash, bowling… We had a feeling, that we have to beg for the staff to do anything for us.

Very nice hiking trails, but sometimes not well maintained (fallen trees, e. G. Fallen trees, e. G. On the way to the old sports field in Fehrenbacu)

Very well equipped with various sports facilities, food great, room OK. I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and attention of all employees… there is a special feel-good atmosphere in the hotel. Also the treatments in the wellness area are highly recommended. Good value for money, staff very nice.

All in all OK. The room had a tube TV and no WLAN + cleanliness rather deficient. Fun in the hotel was good you could do a lot like playing billiards, playing table tennis etc.

Ideal for families with children. For GDR lovers just as the old FDGB home still exudes the old flair. However, all facilities such as baths etc. Modern and practical furnishings. Also the staff, whether reception or restaurant were always helpful.

Rating depends very much on the price paid (i. E. At low price may Also 5 stars). Very good pool facilities and good location. Clean rooms etc. However, the facility has already come a little bit in the years and reminds of leisure homes for groups.

Those who do not have too high standards, feel comfortable here. Great clean rooms, bathroom a little small, including a bathrobe walk to the sports center with swimming pool and sauna included. Tennis, squash and bowling.
Top is the winter sports offer with ski school for Young and old and lending for all winter sports.
Our 4-year-old son has learned great skiing there after 5 × 1, 5 hours.
The ski instructors and all the staff are super nice and are also very good for the little ones.
Overall for the whole family a great overall experience at really humane prices.

Here you always try … The staff is up and running and are trying to fulfill all wishes according to the possibilities. The object is in a neat state. Let's try one likes it, the other doesn't … The buffet dinner is okey, but just not the bang …

To relax here in peace it is recommended.
The food is good and something for everyone.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is adequate.
The breakfast staff is apparently overwhelmed, which is commented with negative statements on their part.

Simple equipped but Clean rooms.

Unfortunately, we were not fully satisfied with the hammocks height Werra Park Hotel. We could order the dinner from a menu at breakfast. No buffet and the quality of the food did not like us. Very often, it lacked the Spice in the food and the appetite for fish had passed us on the first evening. We had to return it. Our complaint was not responding.
We had to go further when snow and wind to smoke out the door even though the object is very large. There is simply no room for smokers.
At the offered Spa, I had to realize that what is on the flyer, was not made. I got no body peeling with apricot oil as promised, but only a back because I wasn't with the flyer and I was unsure, I spoke to the beautician it. When I came back down from the hotel room, she was already gone.
To mention positive, there is also that the staff and the breakfast, because it includes fresh fruit.

Stay over 3 days as a small group meeting (10 persons).
We were travelling a lot, could use little therefore the hotel deals.
The time in the hotel was very good with regard to food, space, cleanliness and staff.
(In the dining room you could even have a simple space Division, E. G. Four areas with an open centre,
which can be removed if necessary, think! )

It was a relaxing weekend in a quiet, comfortable environment. Offer is the price-performance
fully in order. Are positive to raise the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff,
as well as the many relaxation options within the entire hotel complex, which are included in the price. A special thanks for half-board, in quantity and quality nothing to wish

The review with 4 stars only due to the somewhat expensive w LAN, which unfortunately did not work, but was returned without.

Very child friendly hotel that offers various activities and mostly good weather variations and thus a relaxing holiday.

We have the hotel, because the offered kid clubs and booked the well-equipped gymnasium. The deals have fallen very our children and as a result, we had little time for us. There was also ample opportunities for shared family activities (E. G. Bowling, excursions), so it was a nice vacation for all (despite the bad Schneebedingunngen). Through children's play corner in the dining room and the children's play room, also the meals in the restaurant were quite relaxed.
More courses in the gym are what we want, (there were 2 adults and 2 children in a week just). Also, it would be better, if the TV in the family suite not in the rooms of the children would be.
In the changing area of the swimming pool, it is always quite cold and drafty, what is quickly uncomfortable with smaller children. Especially since the showers only slowly in the warm area come and still in the heat output range (from too cold and too hot).
The W-LAN is overpriced in our eyes, the cell phone reception (depending on the network) greatly restricted and not available at all. This missing/limited availability can be of course also Pro-recreation (but not if you are waiting for an important message).

In October, we three were on vacation.
In the first moment, we were pretty scared when we arrived in front of the hotel. The exterior looks anything but inviting. The Lady at the front desk was friendly, explained everything to us and given us the room key. The route to our room was carpeted floors slightly aging, which smelled a bit.
The rooms, however, were for 3 star OK.
We were thrilled by the fitness — and cardio-room.
We were less thrilled by the swimming pool, because this was quite small compared to the pictures and several courses were held in the week during which the swimming pool could not be used. Two small saunas were OK.
The possibility to play tennis or squash court we have used and found this good too.
The best of the best at the hotel but was the food!
Very extensive breakfast with fresh bread from the bakery.
The dinner (we had half board) was absolutely delicious!
No wishes have left open a large selection of salads, dessert (cheese) and always five hot dishes in buffet style.
The price was totally OK for these 5 days.
So with some renovation work, one could give four points.

Short break in Heubach food and rooms okay.

This lady with a dog is probably as an adult, was born.

Here, we have two weeks of vacation. Positive were the food, the bedding in the house and the beautiful surroundings, as well as the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the Hotel is a bit in the years to come, the room is tight and the staff at the reception is sometimes a bit annoyed.

I was, for a short break in the Hotel Werrapark with my dog. Sad and disappointed I was that I was 10€/p. Night for Him to pay and for Him not even a welcome-to-bone or similar in the room was! In the 2 days it took him only what water and for 20€? Really usury and outrageous! Also that he was not in the dining room was, I found unattractive. There were very many children in the Hotel, and, accordingly, was the noise level in the dining room! "In peace to eat dinner" I noticed nothing! Neither the children's fingers in the buffet put that food back on the shelf was still the noise/Schreiattacken seemed the parents not to interfere. A pity, because children should be mutual respect and Behavior, early learning, I'm convinced my dog the rest of the guests less disturbed would like some unerzogenes child! One thing is for sure. The next holiday is only in the homes in which children are undesirable.

Nice hotel. Rooms clean. Food very good.
