Very nice location with short walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and tidy, more in an old style. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, also the friendliness of the staff is to be emphasized. Small deduction, however, as the employee at the reception had no local knowledge and gave false information. Another point of criticism is the noise at night, as the hotel is located directly on a slightly larger street.

Although I travel more often for work, I have rarely experienced such friendly staff. The check-in was sensational. Booked was a triple bed room for 4 people, but they even put us a folding bed for our little one free of charge. I would stay there at any time. Breakfast was also very good.

The 4 stars are already a bit accustomed to. Various things (e. G. Various sanitary products in the bathroom) which belong in this category for the guest are simply missing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet also has only pension levels. The 3 star category would better describe the status quo. Perhaps in the medium term there will be investment and the state of affairs will be improved. Only we can't complain about the quality of the Wi-Fi reception.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Hauptverkehrsader. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend — leider trifft dies nicht auf die Hotelleitung zu.

Nice hotel with easy access into the historic town centre. Pleasant staff and our room was clean and well presented. Bathroom was a little small.

The Location was ver Good. Close go the Railway and bus station. Rooms were ok but not very modern. Service ok but food not that good.

No hotel parking available as Hotegast!
At night power outage for about 30 minutes for which the hotel is not to blame.
But in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom at 8am.
As compensation, breakfast was issued.
Due to the parking situation you can not recommend the house to anyone!

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located close to downtown Eisenach. The rooms are clean, but it can be rather loud due to the vicinity to one of the main streets. You have to ask for Wi-Fi.

We have seen a venerable, very nice Hotel. After a friendly welcome, a cold beer in the Lobby, enjoyed a very good sleep and Breakfast, we were thrilled! In the Hotel we will gladly come again! We do not want to enjoy the wonderful Restaurant once and in the case of light, because the Dinner in the Dark corresponded to our expectations.

The hotel is centrally located in the Centre, the staff is very friendly and obliging, but hotel gives the impression of a "usual". In the lobby you will received sat through, dingy chairs, tarnishes the first impression. The wallpaper in our room was Tatty and the Chair needed a new fabric covering (approx. 10 cm crack). Otherwise, everything was very clean and tidy. Due to the very strong road noise (crossing with traffic lights and bumpy pavement) day and night (trucks), opening the window is not advisable. In the summer, a stay is almost impossible, because many rooms — zumindes double rooms — are located to the side of the road and have the Sun throughout the day. We had about 32 degrees in the room day and night — despite supplied fan was almost not to think of resting and sleeping. In other seasons, it may be quite nice. We had fortunately only 3 nights booked, longer it would have been too much in the heat.
