Friendly staff, clean, food selection is top-notch.

Very nice hotel close to the city center, very friendly staff and a great kitchen. Very tasty and visually great. We were completely satisfied. Everything also very clean.

Pleasant ambience, very good cuisine, always happy! Small note: I would prefer ice cream without chocolate or nut pieces as dessert at the buffet.

We stayed 3 days here and are mega satisfied with the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Food is great. The service staff are very attentive, super friendly and cordial.

Except for the bathroom it is good, here is still a bathtub in it, for older, not so mobile persons unsuitable, breakfast very well sauna and salt grotto available, sunbathing rooms very pleasant.

Hotel is located in the center of the city. E-bike rental. The restaurant offers a variety of German wine. Breakfast buffet is simply great! You will find everything you need. — Nothing was said about the cost of parking at the reception. Otherwise all good! Happy to return.

The only minus point are the prices for the parking space, floor space €10 per night, underground garage €15 per night!
I definitely find too much!
Otherwise the mattresses were way too soft and the pillows too hard, but that was our personal feeling. Others may see the Different!

Those who go to the city and park in the public parking lot should definitely keep an eye on the time, the OA is very active in Eisenach;)
There is also the possibility to extend the parking duration by SMS! The number is on every Parkautonaten!

The décor of our room was really not the latest craze. But everything was very tidy, clean and above all the staff was very friendly!

A nice weekend in the cold Eisenach. The breakfast was perfect, a great selection :-). The dinner was also very successful, a great praise to the kitchen team. The staff was very friendly and attentive, a special greeting goes to Eileen, greetings from Willingen :-)

Worst Only breakfast was good.

Good breakfast. Otherwise the hotel has come in the years. The card key to the room had to be renewed three times rather it worked.

Hotel Super — just like the food. Staff very friendly and attentive. I'm sure I'll go again.

I was there with my friend and we had previously booked a complete package via mydays. So also for the use of the so-called Beauty & Wellness "Center" initially we were positively tuned-room clean, with drink and fruit platter, when we finished to visit the Wellness "center", we were a little disappointed, because the one sauna that was there had Not for more than 3 people, the hangings were OK.
But… we were not allowed to use the Partnernbadewanne-despite the booked wellness package, also you were on your own at the bottom of the wellness area, because there was no contact person on site.
When we left the hotel we should pay €10 parking fee, but the sign where this was stated was not visible in the field of view and from €4 cultural levy was nowhere to be read.
So, all in all it was OK, but I wouldn't book there anymore.

The restaurant is in the breakfast room of the hotel, which does not have the nicest atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating but the food too pricey for the offered result.

Good value for money, centrally located and good tasting.

Very good location. Extensive breakfast buffet. Well appointed rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Parking fees should be paid as a guest.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Rooms are not super modern furnished but perfect OK! Delicious breakfast! Can recommend to anyone.

Clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a buffet, morning and evening. Good blend of meat, fish, vegetarian and regional dishes.
Good wine list.
Improved Wi-Fi and the digital TV reception will be must however. The room service is particularly worth mentioning: we had opened in the morning all the Windows and a few birds were flown in. When we came back in the evening they were gone. All killed? Sprayed? As well, which were gone. You again.

Unfortunately it was although separate beds, not possible to make the beds separated. The room was indeed roomy but already old and overlooking the parking lot. All in all I was not entirely satisfied.

A nice clean hotel which is worth every penny. The staff is very friendly, and the food at the restaurant very tasty. The operation has very well on special requests.
The sauna area is comfortable, not too big, but sufficient. There is a 90-degree sauna and a steam bath.
The rooms are comfortable and we slept very well since.
The hotel has a perfect location, as you can very quickly reach the pedestrian walk. Also the Wartburg Castle is very easy to reach.

I was with my family for the second time in Eisenach and this time we have opted for the Göbel's Sophien hotel and have not regretted that decision.
Fantastic location, very friendly staff's even two rooms of a traumhauftes room, where I have to say that were with roof terrace, so brilliant.
Also the breakfast was a stunner and also at the dinner, there was nothing wrong.
The moderate costs were also positive.
Negative? — nothing
Just a very nice weekend.
We will once again be guest with safety in this hotel.

During a day visit on 11 09 2015 positive impression of the House, friendly staff, very clean, parking by the House, rather high-priced food and an alternative to an ice-cream sundae a packed ice from the freezer! The latter does not fit into the 4 star "Nimbus"!

So, quiet location, I would not say. But otherwise okay.

We were Rennsteiglauf weekend in Eisenach and have a double room booked. Location good, rooms good, food good, staff friendly. The price seems a bit high, but maybe the event "Rennsteiglauf" adjusted. 14 Euro for Breakfast is perhaps a little too expensive.

Well from the railway station. A quiet location, as it is in a one-way street. It is all well within walking distance from there. When I get back to the city should take a vacation, I would use the Hotel again. Only to recommend. :-).
