Guests highlight the efficiency of the check-in process and flexibility in resolving non-standard situations, such as the need for quick and fair rebooking. However, there are isolated complaints regarding mold in the silicone seals of the bathroom and insufficiently thorough replacement of bed linen in cases of staining. In general, the corridors and common areas are well-maintained.
