Nice rooms, nice location and great Breakfast Buffett. Always happy here.

Zimmer für 79€ — klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Einrichtung (Möbel, Tapete, teppich) gefühlt 20 Jahre alt. Für den Preis kann man besseres erwarten!

Very well maintained hotel, good price, good location (at the kitchen garden), underground parking in the hotel but also a large parking lot nearby (2€ for 36 h), friendly service, very good breakfast (14€). Gera is a quiet, well-kept town. It's easy to explore by bike. Very good bike path to Bad Köstritz along the White Elster.

It's always great. Especially the cleanliness, friendliness of the team, the breakfast and the restaurant or its food — very good! The bar has good rums in stock.

The staff polite but not friendly, except for the cleaning lady.
The rooms are fine, breakfast too.
Two things bothered me:
The service staff for breakfast were not professional and gave a "pennant" impression.
The invoice was issued in English only.

Cleanliness is a top priority at this hotel. It is also perfect for sessions or presentations. The buffet was definitely sufficient for me. That is how it should continue to be!

There was nothing wrong with my visit to Gera at the hotel (pentahotel). I felt very comfortable there. Except for the situation with the few parking lots, nearby parking spaces. But it is now often so that the hotels no longer have their own parking spaces.

Nice yet close to the main train station. Rooms very good and clean, but to get out to the street a bit too noisy. Fr0hstücking room crowded at prime time, after waiting for something but tables were free again. The staff is nice and courteous.

Pleasant but a bit old fashioned hotel. The city is boring. But the hotel itself is nice.

I was a guest at a seminar for a day. The hotel did not seem very lively to me. The hotel was clean in the areas where I was allowed to stay. For lunch there was a 3 course meal, it was O. K. But not overwhelming, good mediocrity. It is, like any typical conference hotel, unspectacular and comparable.

That's fine. Have stayed there twice for one night. Rooms are clean (except for minor flaws in the bathroom). Are not stingy, but 14, — per person for breakfast we consider to be too expensive. Otherwise, are as satisfied.

It's a decent hotel to spend a couple of nights comfortably in Gera. It's located close to restaurants, cafés and convenience stores. The fares are also pretty decent.

Great hotel and easy to reach. The rooms could have been a new carpet for a long time and are a bit frumpy. The TVs are still waiting for HD too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel bar was very well sorted and the breakfast did not leave any wishes open. All in all a good address where the value for money is still right. Gladly again.

The ambiance is pleasant, the food in the restaurant good. The operation in T-shirts for the bowling alley completely evaluates everything else. This is an attempt to implement a questionable American style.

Good installations, simple but I guess more than enough for the city!

Good hotel in a beautiful location. Directly to the city park and the city forest. The rooms are clean and well cut. The beds are also good. The gym is great and the directly adjoining sauna is nice and sufficient. Breakfast is adequate and with a good selection. On warm days you can sit in the Therasse and drink something for a good price.

Always a great service. We really like the hotel and the staff is really always excellent.
The rooms are simply furnished but the most important things are there. And it's super clean. For the price, no wish remains open. Sauna in the House… Bathtub in the room. But the nicest thing is that staff is just so awesome. We like to come back.

Avant-garde room, poor bed, nice bathroom. Food and drinks very expensive and more or less good according to the staff who cook.

Buffet was good, only for the last there was nothing left.
Chairs in the restaurant could be re-upholstered, with some the fabric at the seat edge was very close.

One of the best hotel in the city of Chemnitz.

When you came into the hotel, you were greeted in a friendly manner. The hotel has an elevator, which for me is always an important point, because I have often experienced hotels where there was none and the room is then in principle at the top. The room was quite small but adequate and was on the 2nd floor. They came in and had a small bathroom on the right and straight out of the bedroom.

This time, some clumsy staff at the reception. Endless discussions about making a booking. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
The location of the hotel is very good. Easy access to the city centre, yet quiet and beautiful location close to the castle of Easter Stone, next to theatre and Orangery.

Nice front desk staff. The room was very well equipped. The prices are reasonable.

Even if the hotel is OK, the staff and or the management are real escros! Despite a reservation of 3 rooms with a predefinis rate and fully paid upon arrival, it was permissible to us on our CB more than €40 without explanations and without contacting us… I do not even mention the tickets Blue card undelivered and without invoice… I LS Taking advantage because we are etrangérs? C is a rogue's way… Hotel has strongly advise.

Good breakfast, good price, room was nothing special but overall comfortable.

I was here for a seminar and therefore can not say anything to the rooms. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and the eater super tasty.

Friendly, comfy beds and clean. Very central, great walks in the area possible. Öffi Anbinung right outside the door. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast buffet is really great.
Bathtub in the rooms, sauna and gym in the basement, very well maintained. Free bathrobes and towels are available at the front desk. The TV lights up at night somewhat disturbing and sockets are unfortunately very scarce.
A free car park is always available. An underground car park is also available in case of emergency.
Unfortunately, carpeting in the rooms.

Service staff in the evening in the restaurant should also tell the bus driver that they do not have a free drink where the entire tour group does food there! But on the 2 evening after ordering kahm then only the set they did not pay their drink yesterday. The food was ok.

Nice room, good bathroom, good beds. Only unfortunate thing is that there is no swimming pool. Too bad!

Great room. :) On request, you can get a smoking room bathroom with bathtub. Gastronomy is varied and delicious breakfast buffet. Good location.

I would find it very interesting that man bed had to pay tax. It would be good for this man because fitness can make.

Class instead of mass: Sky and sauna available, but clean only "satisfactory" and unfriendly, inadequately trained personnel. Although the room was paid in advance, a further reservation was mistakenly made on the credit card. Staff was not able to clarify what it is doing.

Das Frühstück mit 14€ pro Person sehr teuer ist, haben wir darauf verzichtet. Ansonsten ist Hotel gut renoviert und sauber. Zimmer war schön groß. Personal war freundlich. Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Gera. Man benötigt einen Tiefgaragenplatz, mangels Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, Kosten pro Tag 7, 50 €.

Nice, quiet business hotel in good central location. With a little luck, you have a room with views of the Orangery and the kitchen garden.
