A beautiful family hotel with friendly staff that fulfills almost every wish. There are many opportunities for activities in the surrounding area.

SUPPLEMENT July/Aug. 18: 2 star print. We were very disappointed this year. When we went to dinner at 7pm, a lot of things were nifty, cleaned up or not replenished. In theory, food is possible until 8 pm. The shortage of staff was immediately noticeable,
the staff was very annoyed, especially one employee was outrageous. If half of the order was made, then brought the wrong bill and when it was pointed out it made us look like we were to blame. In the evening we had to wait over 40min to place a cocktail order.

Plus points go to the ladies at the reception!

It is a really nice hotel and especially with the children it is a good place to go for holidays

I only lacked a fly screen because the mosquitoes had stung me.

Otherwise the rooms are well equipped and even an intermediate door is there, should the children sleep in the adjoining room, so you do not always have to cross the hallway.

Great holiday with a small child. Always happy! I pull off a star because the glass selection at the time we were there wasn't quite as big, otherwise everything was really great.

Great hotel, nice rooms with comfortable mattresses. Good breakfast and delicious dinner. Very nice service. Ideal for families with small children. I can recommend the hotel.

The apartment on the racetrack has offered us a modern, spacious room with great views. There are several playgrounds for small and larger children. The service is very good, but there is no service at dinner for half-board guests. Unfortunately, the buffet meal cannot win a flower pot. It is varied but, in my view, not sufficiently diverse. I can't find hints of vegetarian dishes, even if always a component seems suitable for vegetarians. There I'm used to other things from the family hotels.

Bad food. Unfriendly staff (has yelled at us and our children. Too cold. All. Costs money.

Hotel super, überall für Kinder ausgelegt, es gibt eine kostenlose Kleinkindbetreung von 9-12 Uhr täglich, ein kleines Kindermittagsbuffet, kostenlose Kinderwagen und ein großes Spielzimmer für die Kleinen. Der Standort ist super, der Anfahrtsweg teilweise jedoch schlecht ausgeschildert, Navigation ist ein Muss. Es gibt ein kleines Hotelbad, das Wasser ist für Kinder jedoch etwas kühl, und täglich auch Programm für Kinder, eine kostenlose Trinkflasche, die täglich wieder aufgefüllt werden kann. Für uns einziger Nachteil: die Essenszeiten zum Mittag ab halb 12 und abends ab halb 6 sind für unsere Kinder zu spät, aber sonst ist dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert für Urlaub mit Kindern.

Nice family hotel. Especially the large family rooms are the hammer. Staff always friendly.

For families with children just the right place. There is a fairly large indoor playground and for the little ones up to 3 an extra playroom.
For the beds you even get a set up walls so that the little ones can't fall out. You really notice that it is a family hotel. Even in the breakfast room is an extra corner for the kids to play.
In short with children a great goal.

Great getaway just had. Great for kids. Massage was also great. Rooms are clean. Great creative offers for children. Swimming pool is very small though. Food at the Abendbuffett could have been warmer. Wi-Fi is almost not at all. But at 4 days it's okay.

With children in the. Short Break Super! Driving for many years now and again, the children's employment in the Children's Club is simply great for small and bigger children. The food is sufficient, Jefoch has diminished the quality of this year somewhat, unfortunately. The staff is as always friendly and helpful. Would love to come back. The Wellness Oasis is especially recommended.

It is "only" a 3 star hotel. So don't expect too much, especially when eating. Otherwise, OK. Unfortunately, there are a lot of small things you can and should do better. The service is good and endeavored to make the rooms small but clean. The swimming pool is very small, the water of the baby pool is a bit too cold. Unfortunately, you can't go into the game room as an adult with pure. This is regulated as a kind of daycare. An educator supervises and employs the children there. But we gave our little extra a few days of vacation from the daycare. Why, if he wants to play, does he have to go back to some sort of daycare? Why can't we, as parents, or grandma, Grandpa, play in the game room with our kid? The children's lunch consists of only one offered possibility. But what if the child doesn't like it? Empty pans are replenished much too late. This is unfortunately the whole hotel. Conclusion on my part: overall OK, but even enough. There are many who make it so much better.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday at you in the hotel we were totally satisfied rooms were sour food was all very good us the service staff was totally friendly we really felt best thanks to the next time family schemed:)

Unfortunately, no service at all. Wait forever until jemamd came to order something. Does no one feel responsible. Used dishes will not be cleared off the table.

Well. Pool times and Wifi could be better.

A great hotel for the whole family. We were there last week and had a nice time. All rooms have a balcony and a small kitchen is integrated into the closet. There are 2 great playrooms and a tober room that invites you to climb. THAT phone in the room can be used like a babyphone. Stemanthing is all very friendly and helpful. There is a small deduction for the unrefrigerated cold cuts at the buffet. Otherwise, the food was really great and sufficient. There is still a small deduction for the cold water in the children's pool, which we could not use because of it. Everything in all it's been a great week and we're definitely going back there.

All ok but prefer to book within the season … In the beginning we didn't have a buffet at all in the evening, now we have at least salad and appetizer buffet and only the main course is served. Babypool is too cold for me for my little one and you can only go to the sauna 1x for free. For the price a bit little. Super is the baby call system over the phone. If the small or the small sleeps activate and then you can go to the bar and the reception tells a modest if erwas.

The hotel is an old building of the plates and was renovated in large part strong: it's good (like the pool or some family rooms), on some corners you have to answer but still (staircase at the front desk, elevators, some of the old rooms). The food is modest (such as summer school but no level of hotel), selection just as ok. To eat in a large dining room :/ With child care to learn Spanish

Very nice family hotel! It offers much for the little ones and it is equipment such as carrying backpack, Bottle warmers, baby strollers, baby monitor lots of etc. Free of charge.
Considering it's next year should go in which Familotel.
To complain about two points there: the evening meal during the week when little guests there are left to wishes left… It was hardly delivered and very much fried… And the baby swimming pool is located at 29 degrees! The specified 30 degrees are never reached.

Very nice family hotel. There is available a lot program for children and from the bicycle to the stroller or backpack you get loan from everything. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Baby equipment one gets everything what is needed. Wellness programs are available for parents. Only the food wasn't told to US. Just at the supper takes it long again be filled up empty buffet trays. We can however recommend it.

For families with children is interesting, because many offers. Otherwise, small clean rooms, terrible mattresses… lived off, Bathroom reeked of urine. Morning after 5 minutes run hot water available. Food average. Price performance do not fit.

Super Familienhotel, schöne Zimmer.

Easy genial. Fahre in 2 days back. The food is really awesome. For children of just super none complain immediately if it becomes even louder do not understand some opinions. My daughter is happy without end.

The child — care and employment opportunities are very good. The staff was during our visit, very friendly and helpful. Also the food was consistently good, plentiful and in a pleasant selection. Unfortunately, the interior is already very old. The carpets would have to actually time to be renewed. Also, the swimming area was now not so much. The water was too cold and the wooden beams already moldy and in need of renovation. Overall, we were still satisfied, because for children, really very well taken care of.

Yes no go, if you don't have any kids. The Hotel is ok, food also (if you have it on the terrace occupies), but everything is very old (carpets are terrible). The Pool is half as large as in the picture, and made us not really as full of children. Late Check-out does not work, because someone in front of the Check-out time knocked at the door and so, there — has been calculated it anyway.

Nice family hotel, great modern rooms, swimming pool and Indoorspielzimmer. From the Indoorspielzimmer you could, however, be doing more. The cuisine is superb.

Very good Hotel especially with children. Food is good.

From the outside the GDR charm, redeveloped from the inside. The rooms are unfortunately much too small and noisy. The food is very good, however, must be in a huge dining room to be taken, in the one with noise to Hauptessenseit reckoned with. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of Wurzbach. Those who have something other than the resort wants to see, must be either hikers or drive a car. Towns are far away. For babies, the Hotel is not suitable. No changing tables in the room, to cold swimming pool in the Hotel's own swimming pool. The from the Hotel organized activity program is very diverse.
