Great service. We're on tour and having access to a pool & sauna, good breakfast, nice, clean rooms and friendly staff for such a low price has been great. Staff (especially a nice indian man by the name of Madala) was helpful and friendly — gave us access to late checkout, a few minutes early check-in, no problems when we came last minute for breakfast because of working until 2am. All around a great experience. 10/10
5 stars for the comfort and breakfast. I dont understand why people give 1 star for this hotel, when the cost is €61 for the night in a single room and is clean, nice, comfy bed and great breakfast. For me is a good deal and for this reason I give 5 stars. Breakfast open from 6:30am until 10:00am and is a buffet and is super nice with a big variety of food.

We have stayed multiple times and this place is doing everything right. Madala who helped us out yesterday and this morning was one of the nicest most helpful hotel workers I've ever met. We even stayed at the Ritz last time around and still out treatment here is at the same or a higher level.
