I stayed here before covid, and had a very positive memory. Sorry to say, I think they've become too greedy.
€ 15 to park your car, € 15 for a dog (in other hotels normally 6-8)
And € 10 to go into the pool and sauna landscape. Otherwise you have only access to a small indoor pool full of screaming children.
And, on a 4 * hotel you normally expect coffee and tea in your room, or at least free in the lobby. So, if you don't feel like paying another € 17 you don't even get a cup of coffee in the morning.

Not as expected.
Well after Travelling 756kms on my motorcycle this hotel seemed like an oasis. Very flashy if not dated entrance a fair walk inside before getting to the reception. Very friendly and efficient staff at check in. Then things started to go down hill. Room without AC only a window that opens to a roof of a building and cigarette butts that have been thrown out there by smoking guests.
Decided to try the restaurant, finally got seated and ordered my food, I’m being generous it took at least 30 minutes for food to arrive. Was it worth the wait, no sorry it wasn’t very good, I ate the burger meat and salad and a few chips that’s it. On the way I asked the very helpful young lady behind reception to put in my password for the Wi-Fi I tried 3 times but was obviously going wrong somehow as she got it first time, turned out to be a waste of time as the Wi-Fi signal in my room was not strong enough so used my 4G instead. So much for claiming “high speed internet” it’s that fast it’s gone. So €99 with breakfast and it’s not as good as last nights Ibis budget hotel for €58. And I’m still here what could go wrong, will keep you posted.

Hotel doesn't look nice from outside, and inside you can see old spirit, but everything is clean and in good condition. We had lunch and dinner a la carte and it was really amazing. Spa area is big and diversatile. Rooms are new and spacious.
Would recoment for a shot stay with spa treatment.

Advertised "large double bed" was two singles. No mini bar, tea, coffee etc in the room.
Make sure to clarify whether you needed to reserve weeks in advance to get any service. Over Christmas all service was taken up by special events.
Breakfast was very good and I expect the Spa facilities to be nice, but left early this time around as massively inconvenienced.

We chose this hotel for its location as we were driving north through Germany and needed a stop on the way. We arrived late and were checked in quickly to two comfortable adjoining rooms, with an extra bed in one room to accommodate our family of 5. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Above all, this stay felt like really good value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good quality of sleep, versatile and enjoyable food, oasis of well-being.

Service of 10, clean rooms, super bar, super attentive and helpful staff, Spa and Sport facilities in very good condition.

The wellness area is highly recommended.
The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

We (couple) often go to the spa of the hotel. Several saunas, steam bath, pool and other wellness rooms offer pure relaxation. Very nice staff and pleasant gastronomy.
The only downside: Bring your own bathrobe, as there is only one size in 3XL to borrow in the rental.
Otherwise definitely recommended.

Poor service, not fully vaccinated pregnant women are not allowed in despite Artest and negative test as well as current general order. Instead, solo travelers under 3G prefer😠

Very incompetent staff, no one knows what they offer at all, or What is included in their packages. Food ordered, got wrong, glasses were dirty. Drinks were carbonated (mezzo mix). When paying we had to wait 15 minutes for the other colleague, because our cards were booked incorrectly, until we could pay another 10 minutes passed. The only positive thing I can say were the massages, super nice staff there and they also knew what they were doing.

Room big, clean and functional, food very good, staff extremely friendly and well trained. In addition, they were very fair to us with the prices. Gladly again.

We had a visit to the goose taxi today and it was megalecker. The food was hot, it was plentiful and also visually great. Thank you very much, great praise. We are and remain fans of leisure in. Stay healthy until soon.
