Friendly staff. Family run hotel. But Wifi issue needs to b rectified.

Very friendly, a bit lifted and extraordinarily good Food, which I Think was not good, was the ice coffee that the Seat options outside very small Tables, where unfortunately you can not sit closed as a Group. There were 2 small round outside Tables put together, it was Ok. They did not have all the Dishes, although they could only be ordered, only afterwards the zb potato Soup or various Types of Ice cream or Rump Steak was not available, but you can also see this positively, as it was all freshly prepared And Demand was high. Everything in all we will eat there again when we visit the Resin.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs. Though 1 can not understand English, she tried her best to understand my needs. Stone throw away from shopping street. The rooms are big and updated. Seems like it was recently renovated. It is a family owned hotel. Really appreciate when the owner offered to ferry us in their limousine to train station for free when she knew our taxi is late.

Super Cozy there and very hospitable.

Lack of and partly rude staff, breakfast often lacks stuff so bread cuts and so on and at dinner some things can not be prepared e. G. Potato soup, french fries and some meats.

Super Rustic kitchen and quiet rooms. I was satisfied and will come back.

Very friendly family-run hotel Dignity on the next visit to the Harz to return there.

A totally lovingly managed family hotel!
I decided to book in the morning and spent two nights in the hotel. In-house restaurant made me two evenings very well cooked and the waitresses were very friendly. The breakfast was really rich and really tasty! I had the onion schnitzel and amazingly delicious fried potatoes! In any case, I'll come back again when the next opportunity:)

Ok. Breakfast restaurant was new renovated, but rooms old. Clean and tidy.

Just for dinner! — It was really good and inexpensive.

Nice restaurant/hotel in the heart of Bad Lauterbrunnen Mountain. Parking facilities good and on foot you can reach and experience a lot in the area.
As the house is pleasing for a long time, it is noticeable, for example, on the stairs, small paragraphs and ceiling heights, that over the decades it has probably been rebuilt again and again. This cannot always be changed in the old building. There is a lift.
The room itself was nice and spacious. At the darkening, something should be done — with a small child, unfortunately, a little too bright for midday sleep. For this the baby worked thanks to the wooden ceilings from the 2nd floor to the dining room or The bar — perfect for young parents!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food delicious and the price was appropriate. A big compliment!
Conclusion: recommended.

We went on our hiking tour for one night and were pleasantly surprised.
Super room class food and a friendly and fleet operation. There has been lack of nothing. Can this House for hiking guests only further recommend.

Great hotel and good food. We were a group of 7 friends on motorcycle trip to Harzen, we stayed at the hotel 4 nights. The rooms were clean and in good condition. We had booked the rooms including dinner, and the food was really good. There was also great schwarzbier at the hotel :)

Very nice, in the stem of the ' 70s-held Hotel. Everything neat and clean. Friendly and nice staff. This Hotel was with a lot of love for the Detail. The Breakfast did not wish for. Food was also very good. In the evening you could hear the nice little Bar on the end of the day. The only thing that disturbed us, was the noise by a crane, because the Hotel on the outside was removed. But that must eventually be made.

Was yesterday with my family when you eat.
We had to wait and my chicken breast Tuscany tasted really good, the price is reasonable, but not cheap price.
Staff were also nice and special requests at dinner my brother's were not a problem.

New hotel rooms with balcony are really very good. Breakfast is TOP of price-performance ratio. A very freindlicher and attentive service. Good regional Harz and international cuisine. I was very satisfied and come back in the summer. The wonderful Kirchberg Spa is just 5 minutes away.
