We sat in the beer garden in fine weather. The food was very good and one was served for the whole restaurant was full very quickly. Overall a very nice evening at which nothing was to be done.

Goes better. Friendly service, overloaded kitchen. 1 hour waiting time.

When the cloudburst set in, we waited 50 minutes. The schnitzel wasn't right through, the roulade sauce a mixture of flour, butter and cucumber. Nevertheless, correction to three stars.

Dinner was very delicious, service was OK.

Very attentive service and really good food. My crème brûlée was with fruit on the menu, I had exactly two fruits that I found funny. Location for young and old, great ambience.
Otherwise, it would be very happy to return.

Unfortunately, I and my Partner Did not taste this food … We wanted a Dessert but it was forgotten. We didn't get a Card any more like you said by det Operation.

Nice location, good service, but the food was not good … Bambes were burned, on a plate there were things that did not belong to the food and the prices are partly exaggerated.

The food was delicious. The service power was friendly and afloat. On the food itself we had to wait relatively long (45 minutes), although at the time we were there no longer were many guests.
The restaurant itself is very attractively decorated. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Quaint and cozy. Food and drinks are also priced in order and the portions adequate to large. Gladly again.

Close to the Vogt Land Museum. Quaint hospitality that takes you to a bygone era. Service and food very good. An experience always.

Ate quite well here. I had a very tasty knuckle and I got tired. Colleague a schnitzel dish, tasted good, but not a real "men's portion". But definitely recommended.

The ambiance is really great, staff friendly, food was OK, service worthy of improvement!
We were placed in the café, that is, smaller tables than in the restaurant, anyway it happened to me.
In general, the process in the café was unorganized and slightly chaotic!
Sometimes a long wait until you were served! (But there was also only one service force constantly there)
A bit more attention to the guests would be desirable!

The open kitchen did not like us so much, for the café operation certainly OK, but for the restaurant operation rather less!

Quaint, cosy restaurant.
I ate delicious, was very attentive and kindly served and the prices are really OK.
The room is rather simple but very authentic and fits perfectly to the building in a central location.
It is all clean and well maintained, enough space for an EZ, a small seating, desk…
Not a typical four/five-star business place (I often have enough) and that's why it's recommended!

Food was ok but bit too little. Desert we had to give back as it was freezing cold.
We sat in the transit room in Hall where Christmas party was, so it was loud and uncomfortable.

We eat for the Christmas party with the sports club here. So about 20 people. The cellar vault was cosy and well suited for our group size. The food was delicious, the card versatile and the operation nice and courteous. All in all, worth a recommendation. Since I was not here for a long time was a surprisingly positive experience. Last time, unfortunately, it was rather underground. But there we also sat in the associated rooms of the café Heimweh.

We had ordered a table for two at 8pm, which I can only advise everyone for the evening. Because it's getting scarce, especially on weekends.
Sour roast and homemade roulade were great and hard to create. The service was friendly and attentive.

Recox the positive: Opentable in the vogtland surprised me and it worked as it should! To the criticism: Gastronomic and culinary it was a real blatting oath! Definite no ochsenbaeckchen (of whatever butcher (sic) were), unedible zaeh, the sauce was kind of between dose and instant … the rest was okay! Did my criticism communicate the service factually and discreetly … and? Nothing! No feedback from the kueche, no apologies … Nothing! Doesn't work at all! The owner's comment on a negative pre-evaluation ("set up mund" in the restaurant) therefore appears to be pure hohn. Sorry, but I can't imagine showing up here again.

After entering the inn as a small group of 3 people, we were turned away as the service did not leave us at a free larger table. We were not offered to come later or any other solution. Unfriendly staff. You definitely shouldn't deal with customers like that.

Great ambience as well as a very friendly staff. Food is just fantastic and very plentiful.
It's definitely worth a visit!

For that we came spontaneously and was pretty much going on we got a beautiful place. Drinks and food order went quickly and the waitress was very friendly. We waited on the food but just over an hour but that it was very good. To the numbers we went to the dining room, but I think it's not so bad. All in all it was very beautiful and taste very good.

The steak had a sour taste, gave it back, food was cancelled.

Absolute disaster… Please do not go for breakfast! 9.00 reserved, no table free, in the Biergarten itself compiled table, empty except for a few Obstfliegen on the yoghurt, plate we took buffet from the dishwasher to use. Desiccated and cold scrambled eggs. Coffee and milk from the kitchen. Operation very friendly but totally overwhelmed, hardly in the guest room anwesend. Waren couple there, 6.90 for the breakfast was appropriate. Today, we have paid €8.50. For that price increase? But staff save… Quality doesn't matter… I'm sorry but never again.

Over an hour waiting for our food. This is for my taste too long. The schnitzel was too puny and my steak tough. Because I was long too hungry by the waiting I had out of necessity. It would have declined among other circumstances. I have experienced better, so we went well again. The last time was for the time being. Sorry.
